Fantastic experience: My fourth and final visit to Admire Dental was again nothing short of absolute STELLAR CARE. Dr. R made me partials digitally mastered that were finished in less than a week! They fit so well there was barely any necessary adjustment needed! As the daughter of a retired Oral Maxillofacial surgeon, I am a bit biased when it comes to dental care due to the standard in which I held my father’s care. But I will honestly state whatever your dental care needs are: general care/cleaning, deep cleaning (SRP) prosthedontia (dentures or partials), oral surgery (tooth extraction), or cosmetic (bleaching, etc.), you will not find a more pleasant, highly competent DMD on the CT shoreline if I may opine. Thank you again so very much for your superb care you showed to me from the very first visit, Dr. R! I’m definitely a loyal patient from here on out!

Fantastic experience: Efficient and very welcoming front desk women. Dr Shen is an amazing dentist, who explains in detail what he's going to do for each dental procedure with all my extractions, I must say Dr. Shen is compassionate and always makes sure to ask if I feel any discomfort..I have not had major pain while having major Dental surgery. I would highly recommend Admire Dental and I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Shen and my journey of all my dental work, I know I this will benefit me immensely. Fantastic experience: I called today and made an appointment for an exam and cleaning. The staff was amazing, explaining to me step by step the process of what they were doing and also how to take better care of my teeth. I highly recommend. They were kind, they were friendly, and my mouth felt way better leaving there. This way by far my best experience at a dental office if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Negative experience: They are way too pushy, and expensive. The only time they treat you decent is when they are putting together your plan! They send a confirmation text but you can only confirm your appointment not cancel it. Very unhappy

Fantastic experience: I had called early and was answered by their AI Agent. The AI Agent was impressive to say the least; answering questions as I, how I said them and when I said “no thank you “ it replied to the thanks I said… 3 stars to Admire’s dedication to patients. They called me once they opened and got my urgent filling lose corrected, explained and I left knowing I was being taken care of by the whole staff … at once.

Negative experience: I can’t speak for every dentist at this practice because I have only been treated by Dr. Singh. Unfortunately, my experience with him has been extremely disappointing due to what I believe is a lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity. What should have been a routine root canal turned into years of unnecessary complications. During the procedure, my tooth was broken, and a crown was ordered. When the crown arrived, it was not the one we had agreed upon. I had to return, and that is when I learned the tooth had fractured. Dr. Singh told me it was “no problem,” that he would extract the tooth and order me a flipper. The flipper was promised in 2025, but despite my calling the office month after month for updates, I never received it. At one point, I was told it had arrived, yet the office could not locate it. To this day, I still do not have the flipper that was promised. During this time, I also developed hyperpigmentation on my palate and was referred to another dental provider for evaluation. Although Dr. Singh told me he would eventually complete my implant, I repeatedly asked to be referred to an oral surgeon because I no longer had confidence in his care. My concerns were not taken seriously. I returned today hoping to finally have the broken tooth addressed. Unfortunately, the procedure could not be performed because my blood pressure was too high. I genuinely believe my blood pressure was elevated because of the anxiety and trauma I now associate with this office after everything I have experienced. I left feeling defeated. I have now been referred to an oral surgeon—the very referral I requested well over a year ago. This entire experience has been emotionally exhausting and could have been handled much sooner with honest communication and appropriate follow-through. Instead, I experienced delays, broken promises, and a lack of accountability. Based on my personal experience with Dr. Singh, I cannot recommend his care. I sincerely hope no other patient has to endure what I have experienced.

Negative experience: A horrible experience...they were rude ; they had no business booking an appointment without checking insurance approval and THEY kicked me out...a 40 minute drive on I95 for NOTHING!!!!

Negative experience: The dentist definitely treat you differently if you have state insurance. Not in a good way.they WILL try to convince YIU to pay 1700 for a root canal crown because the one the insurance pays for won’t” look good.” Then do they had all the girls using their personal hot spots on their cell phones to get Wi-Fi in order to take X-rays. I drove an hour there for them to tell me that they might not be able to do any X-rays for my 1700$ crown that’s been giving me excruciating pain!!! Since day one!! I get in the room for the Dentist to Then tell me all I need is an antibiotic injection that will be another 100$ because my insurance “doesn't cover it” I pay the 100$. I get no warning no numbing no nothing, he just rushes and injects me not once but twice in the exact area were I’m having the pain that fees like I still have nerve pain. I came out in 100 % worse pain!!! Literally had to go to McDonald’s and ask for a bag of ice to drive home with because I was in so much pain. But they took my payment perfectly fine. If you have HUSKY DO NOT GO HERE!!

Fantastic experience: I just brought my 13 year old daughter in for a cleaning. It's taken entirely too long to get her to the dentist because of her fear of them. When we left, she told me she will now go regularly. That's how good they are. She had a few small cavities painlessly filled. The staff could not be nicer and are so helpful. Negative experience: They have no dental hygienist, just an assistant who does a very cursory minute long polish and then charges for a cleaning and gum check. They put a lot of money into the spce and none into the quality of care.

Positive experience: The dentist reviewed options for crowns and the importance of doing that work proactively. Front desk staff very friendly and personable.

Negative experience: It really should be 0. Bait and switch at its best. The front staff is incompetent and misinformed. They feed the patient incorrect information constantly, don't answer the phone and never return calls after leaving voicemail. Now to the good part... They claim to take all kinds of insurances (including Husky). I was sent there by my plan in October of 2025 because of a broken tooth. A Dr came into the exam room (never introduced himself) and immediately told me that my insurance did cover a crown but it would be a metal one and he recommends $1800 out of pocket procedure. I politely declined stating that I was aware of what my insurance covered and what he said was incorrect. In addition I was presenting insurance to avoid $1800 charge. He left. Then another assistant came in and pressured me to agree to the expensive crown again and even offered me payment plan. I declined again. I was told that the doctor would obtain pre-authorization from Husky and I would be receiving call when they do. In 2 weeks I was called and asked to come in for the procedure. When I showed up nobody knew anything about preauthorization and they all assumed I was paying the $1800 cash. When I declined the procedure and told them I would prefer to wait till my insurance authorizes anything I was sent home. Complete disregard for my time. I then called them multiple times during November and December with no answer. Left numerous voicemails. I spoke to my insurance to see if Admire Dental submitted any requests for authorization. Husky said the doctor did not provide full X-rays or explanation of the procedure as they requested (twice). So I drove to Admire Dental Branford office where I was told the my insurance Declined the claim!!! Clearly a lie. So when I told them I had already spoken with insurance and I am aware of the fact that the Dr did not send in correct information they decided to schedule me for a set of X rays. I went there again in December of 2025, arrived on time. While I was sitting in their expensive waiting area I overheard the receptionists answering a call from a patient and commenting "not another husky"... The x-ray tech was standing behind the counter looking at me for 20 minutes before calling me for x-rays. There were no other patients ahead of me. Passive aggressive to show who is in charge at its best. I have not received any calls and no-one answered my calls for almost three moths. So I called the insurance again and was told that the doctor did submit authorization request but for 6 crowns ?!!! This was never discussed with me, the patients and I never agreed to that. So I finally caught a receptionist on the phone who told me that if. I did not want to agree to pay out of pocket I was welcome to go to UCONN. This is despicable . Bait patients telling them you take the insurance then push them both actively and passively into cash payments. Event the charges are inflated as average cost of a crown is $1400. We all want to make money. But I fell lied to and disrespected by a "Dr." who failed to even introduce himself to his patient. Thank you Dr Shen for carrying more about your Tesla than your patients.

Negative experience: Dr sing is a great doctor so like to come there unfortunately Lorraine she is working as a receptionist most of the time when I ask for a appointment or asking for updates she lies to me and she is not respectful too

Then said they would do a different procedure had an appointment they cancelled twice due to what they said was broken equipment they said they would call me when it was fixed. I came for a check up and cleaning but also had cavities diagnosed, explained and filled- — all in the same visit. This is unusual as typically patients are made to make follow up appointments for additional care and that means taking more time off work and finding child care. Fantastic experience: I’ve been avoiding the dentist because I was told from a different dentist I would need a root canal. My biggest fear. I finally decided I need to get it done for my oral health and I was so happy that they were very comforting and I didn’t feel a thing!! Even after the anesthesia wore off I had no pain. I’m so excited to see the rest of the work and future veneers put on.

Negative experience: I'd give 0 if I could. This dentist is a joke. people are rude. it seems as if they don't want to do their job. My was in the chair for about 5 minutes they did not do a thorough job at all. no flossing was done they hardly even brushed his teeth. He went in for a cleaning and I had to ask the dentist to scrape the plaque off my son's teeth or else they weren't going to do it? Their equipment is old and the floors were dirty. They didnt even give my son a toothbrush to take home. This was are second time here and we will never be returning

Fantastic experience: I was born without my second eye teeth and have had a partial since my braces came off. Well while on vacation mine broke after ten years. Call my regular dentist. The receptionist was rude and said we don’t take your insurance. My insurance company recommended Admire and I’m happy they did. My one fear is the dentist. I walked in anxious, upset, and embarrassed with no teeth in my mouth. The staff was extremely patient and so nice to me. Received my new partial in less than a week and it looks beautiful! Thank you so much! I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing from the start. Loren at the front desk, to Jivna as the intermediate Xray technician, to Dr Randhawa, all was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: About 10 years ago it was good. Now it’s NOT - no one answering the phone OR they’re screening calls. They don’t give you full disclosure. I had my teeth whitened, they said just call if you want to come back in to go lighter but NEVER told me I’d be charged an office visit fee and when I requested to have it looked into they didn’t call me back. After that my call always went to voicemail. So I paid, $600 for whitening that I wasn’t satisfied with and they didn’t honor their word! I actually said to her post treatment, “I think I’ll probably do it once more” That’s the moment she should have informed me of the office fee! The wait is incredibly long up to an hour and a half. They seem to be in a rush and it felt uncomfortable. So I won’t be referring them.

Negative experience: I canceled my appointment because they hadn't verified my insurance and rescheduled it for over a week later. I asked them to please let me know if there are any issues. I drove from a meeting in old saybrook to keep my appointment on time. I arrived 10 minutes early. When I got there they told my I only have pediatric dental. Clearly an issue, but one that could have been resolved if they called and told me. When I asked why no one called me she said she's only one receptionist and insurance was only verified yesterday. I don't need the receptionist getting defensive. I need to know why the business waited so long to verify and still didn't call even the day before. I called last week and rescheduled my appointment to be considerate if their time. Now I wasted the middle of my day driving out of my way.
