I was reminded of appointment via text, taken promptly upon arrival and was told thru out the procedure what the next steps were and was there as long as he said I’d be. For someone who has great fear and anxiety of dental appointments Dr Michalak and his team have definetly made me more comfortable and confident being in that chair! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr Michalak is a no nonsense dentist. He is quick, efficient and pleasant. He repaired a chipped tooth, I can’t tell which one was chipped…perfect! The office is organized and clean with a nice staff. Plus he summits your bill to the insurance company for you. Great practice!!

Fantastic experience: I had chipped a tooth late on a Thursday afternoon and called called Dr. Michalak’s office wanting to have it examined and assessed. It was after regular office hours when I called so I left a message explaining the situation and requesting the next available appointment. The office called me back the very next morning and said that Dr. Michalak wanted to have me come in and be seen that very same morning. Within 90 minutes of receiving the call I was at the practice, received dental x-rays and was in an exam room with Dr. Michalak who examined the injured tooth and assured me that the damage was minimal and the tooth was sound. Needless to say, I was relieved and incredibly appreciative of the rapid response by the practice (especially on a busy Friday morning), the patient-focused service and the courteous and professional treatment by everyone at the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Michalak and the staff at the practice to anyone needing high-quality, patient-focused and service-oriented dental care.
