Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the honesty of the dentist and dental hygienist here. They did not try to up-sale expensive treatments. I felt like they cared for my family and listened to us. I would totally recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This place is for the scardy cat people like myself! I was petrified of getting a root canal. They were patient with me and did not rush through this dental procedure. I was constantly asked how I was doing while they were doing the fixing. Great service, very professional but personable! This staff is awesome!

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and I was waiting in the waiting room until 10 am without being seen, so I had to leave with nothing. This also isn’t the first time I’ve been left waiting for hours. Last time I got called, and then I was left in the dentist’s chair for an hour with no updates or anything. The lady’s at the front desk are also not informative at all. So upset, I will not be coming back.

Negative experience: This Dentist did not keep medical records and was only interested in making upcharges for more money. All but six Veneers have broken/chipped off and had to be replaced in less than two years. He is also very limited in his medical experience about Veneers and caused my grandma mouth scarring for life while telling her it would go away. He used some type of glue that changed her skin white around her mouth but he didn't keep records so we'll never know. Don't trust this guy, his Veneers or his work! Just Say No!

Negative experience: I’m honestly very frustrated with my experience today. My appointment was scheduled three weeks ago for both a deep cleaning and fillings. When I arrived, I paid $252 expecting to have the full cleaning completed. Once I was seated, I was informed that the deep cleaning would only cover the upper left and bottom right quadrants , and that I’d need to schedule another appointment for the remaining areas. I’ve never heard of a “partial” cleaning before. Thankfully, Sierra was wonderful, professional, kind, and transparent. However, neither Dr. Dunn, the staff who scheduled me, nor the staff who took my payment mentioned that the cleaning would be split. That should have been clearly communicated so I could plan accordingly. After speaking with Sierra, I requested to go ahead and complete the full cleaning today. She provided the price breakdown, and I paid an additional $169, totaling $432 for today’s visit. It’s frustrating that this wasn’t disclosed up front. It feels misleading, as if the information was withheld intentionally to require another appointment (and another charge). I can only assume it’s done to make insurance billing easier or to generate additional revenue, but either way, it’s unacceptable and deceptive. What’s even more concerning is that my insurance provides a $1,500 annual allowance, yet after one deep cleaning and four fillings (plus $432 out of pocket), I was told I’ve exhausted all my benefits. A deep cleaning and four fillings should not consume my entire $1,500 plus a large personal payment. At this point, I will not be returning to this office. I’ll also be contacting my insurance provider to review the billing and ensure everything was submitted appropriately, as the situation feels questionable and untrustworthy. Sierra was the only person there that made me feel seen and valued. The person who was in the room with Dr. Dunn while doing fillings didn't really even speak to me. Sierra , while working with another patient even took time to make sure I received my bag with mouthwash because Dr. Dunn and the his staff who assisted him in fillings didn’t remember. Thank you Sierra for making my visit 10x better. Dr. Dunn was very nice also… he checked on me throughout the filling process to make sure I was okay. I think they scheduled me for 1/7/2026 but I’ve decided I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: My experience at this office was deplorable-from the staff to the doctor. I will not be back, nor will my family. I have been coming to this place for a few years and have never been treated with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and the doctor seemed rushed and uninterested in addressing my concerns. It's truly disappointing to see how far the quality of care and customer service has declined. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value being treated with basic courtesy and competence.

When I tell you Dr. Bunn has saved my life on multiple occasions, I’m not even being dramatic. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bunn for over 8 years now and have not even thought to look for another family dentist practice. I’m so grateful for him and all of the staff. Everyone is always so welcoming, sweet, comforting, very supportive. The times my mouth has been in extreme pain, they’ve always went out their way to assist me or see me on the spot. Negative experience: I took time off work to get myself and my wife's annual exam and teeth cleaning. I waited almost 2 hours and in the end. I didn't get my teeth cleaned because they tried to upcharge me for a deep cleaning, which I had last year with another dentist; oh, my wife didn't get hers cleaned either. They said we both had cracked teeth. WTH... by the way, we have excellent dental insurance from my company.

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for over a year for my cleanings and I like it so far. My first appointment back in May/June of 2023 was suppose to be an X-ray and cleaning but they only did my X-ray and rescheduled me for the cleaning which was a bit of an inconvenience since I thought I’d get my cleaning too since that’s what I scheduled with them. When you go, be prepared to wait 15-20 even if you’re early to your appointment. The hygienist and the dentist are friendly. Once you’re in the chair, your teeth will be cleaned with 20-25 minutes. I’ll continue to come here as long as I live on this side of town.

Fantastic experience: I came in terrified and afraid because I had not been to the dentist in years. After diagnosis I was worse and almost having a panic attack. But the Dentist, hygienist and all the staff were very good. Calmed me down, and I did the deep cleaning and didn’t feel a thing. Best dentist I have ever been to. Thanks a bunch!

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth that I needed it removed. I tried removing it myself but couldn't. I found Dr. Bunn's practice through my dental insurance. The location was close to my home and the staff was amazing. I think I am going to make it my new dental home.

Negative experience: When I came to this dentist I really hoping to have had great dental care , how ever that was not the case at all , I had over 3000 dollars of dental work done and they done me a dental plan on all my dental work , well half way through they just give up and didn’t follow through with my dental plan . They just kinda dropped it all . The clear coat on 3 of my teeth are rough and not even and just didn’t do a good job on them at all . I felt like the young girls they hire as dental assistant are not good at there job at all . I was very disappointed in my dental work and then not following through. Staff are nice tho . Never got to see dr bunn or get his opinion on anything thing either .

Negative experience: The first time I came in the wait time was long and the x-rays were rushed and were painful, then the dentist did a filling and didn't check the bite. I had to come in the next day because I got zero sleep from the discomfort from the filling. I decided to schedule a cleaning again because my treatment plan had already been started here. I came in today and had been waiting for 35 minutes when I decided to leave. Don't come to this dentist if you're looking for a thorough job that isn't rushed.

Negative experience: Unorganized and poor customer service. I had a new patient appointment. I received several reminder calls and text for my 9 am appointment. Arrived about 8:50. The woman at the front desk was not welcoming, she never called me up to check me in. After waiting until about 9:20 I went ask how much longer it would be because everyone after me had already been called on. She tells me my appointment was at 10. I correct her and she keeps trying to tell me my time is at 10. I literally had to show her the text reminder. She then goes and gets who I assumed was the office manager. Finally they tell me they are getting a room ready for me. No apology from either woman. At this point I just leave. I refuse to pay for poor customer service and have a dental office that is so unorganized do any work to my mouth. Other cons was the waiting room only had an about 6 chairs. One woman had to sit in a chair with her daughter because a huge piano takes up half of the waiting room. There was also a huge spider hanging on a web near the piano a few feet from my seat. A huge waste of time.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Was charged for a mistake they made back in February but still have yet to see refund. They’ve made no attempt to fix the issue. Excuse after excuse. Issue could’ve been resolved months ago. Requested to speak with the Dentist but nothing. Unfortunately, they’ve stopped answering phone calls/emails so will have to take action in other ways. Beware, would NOT recommend.

Negative experience: I'm never coming back! Charged $350 out of pocket, after insurance for a cleaning. 3 months later, charge $55 or off pocket, after insurance for what is stopped to be a free quartly cleaning. They add extra charges you didn't ask for. DON'T GO HERE!

Negative experience: I had a noon appointment today. I arrive 15 minutes early. The front desk staff were oddly dismissive. They treated me like I was an inconvenience. I go back to get my X-rays and cleaning. The tech is also quite rude and dismissive. I cannot understand why everyone seems to be inconvenienced by a customer. Their tone, and body language was off putting and frankly, very rude. I get all of the X-rays done and I finally meet with the dentist. She was beyond nice! She explained that I would need a cleaning. She then left. The rude tech comes back and brings me a form with the treatment plan and costs of services. She tells me that I will need to schedule the routine cleaning for a different day. That has NEVER happened to me at a dental office. She said the hygienist was busy. She goes “they didn’t tell you that over the phone when you scheduled?” NO. When I called to schedule NO ONE informed me that i would not have my teeth cleaned DURING the appointment FOR A TEETH CLEANING!! Why else do people go for their routine appointments??? TO GET THEIR TEETH CLEANED. I inquired as to why this wasn’t explicitly stated and she just looked at me like I was dumb. She then said “ok well thats everything for today.” She was beyond rude and dismissive. I took of off work to attend this appointment and I leave with nothing done except X-rays. What a disappointment.

Negative experience: Normally I have a great experience on my visits. Today was the absolute worse, I had a 1100 appointment 51 minutes later I'm still waiting to be seen. Each time I asked it was a different lie, no type of customer service. Their was no regard given for my time. As a medical professional I know things happen, at least inform the client as to the delay. Just like I respected their time,I should have received the same respect.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other Dentist and the price and service were terrible, but here at smile symphony I was treated like a King, I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough money to get my 2 teeth pulled, it was so affordable and I was able to watch a documentary as he pulled my teeth , the pulling took 6 minutes and it was gentle as a butterfly kiss. Fantastic experience: I’ve had to come on different occasions and I had a same type of service every time. My hygienist Nicole was helpful and informative. You can tell she’s been doing this for a while. I had to see Dr. Bostic as well and she kept me informed about my procedure every step of the way. Her assistant was helpful and nice as well. The conversations are always good and they make you feel like you’re at home. Even when I wasn’t there to see Nicole she checked on me to make sure I was good. I wish I found this place earlier. They are very affordable and compassionate. I also love the text feature because sometimes you don’t have time to call.

Early in my twenties, I had a bad painful dental experience and since then I feared for dentists. Dr. Bunn changed my perspective. He is experienced and knowledgeable, but also caring. Negative experience: The office space is beautiful. The customer service is severely lacking across the board. Today was my daughter’s rescheduled appointment as a result of the office cancelling her appt.in January. My daughter sat in the chair waiting for over 50 minutes. I tried to call them to see what was going on as I had returned home. I tried to call three times and couldn’t get an answer so I drove back to the office. The door was locked. After being able to enter, I asked the receptionist for an update as my daughter had been at the office now for almost 2 hours, but still no service. I guess she went in the back to speak with the doctor, but instead of updating me, she began talking to another staff member. After 3 minutes or so, I interrupted them and said “hey, can you tell me what you found out about my child?” She responded. She didn’t find out anything because his door was locked and he was on the phone. Finally, they tell me I can come speak to him. He explained what was going on (family issue that needed his attention)but he didn’t introduce himself and cut me off when I tried to introduce myself.Life happens so I understand but someone should have checked on my daughter and updated her. He wasn’t overtly rude but certainly curt. When he went back in to see my daughter he didn’t greet, offer an explanation nor apologize to her… All he said was don’t grab my hand this time… She grabbed his hand earlier (to signal) because she wasn’t numb enough. Upon completion, he again said nothing to her. I asked for her records as this seemed and felt passive aggressive which is very dangerous coming from a provider.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t trust this PLACE! I work construction and had to reschedule my appointment! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 2-14 at 1 pm PRETTY EASY TO REMEMBER! I GET A TEXT TODAY on 2-13 saying I’ve got an hour to be there. I call the office and the girl who answers tells that she called me yesterday and I confirmed for today? Okay? I am getting older so I check my calander and yes my appointment is 2-14 at 1pm . I then check my call log ,She never called yesterday! She proceeded to tell me she did talk to me and I did confirm this appointment and it’ll be a $100 rescheduling fee. BASICALLY SHE WAS SHAKING ME DOWN FOR $100.00 AND CALLING ME A LIAR! TO THINK I WAS ABOUT TO SHELL OUT 22.5 K AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! NO THANK YOU!!!!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS! 1BAD APPLE RUINS YOUR WHOLE TEAM !

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Bunn was great love his caring nature. Got my extractions and dentures the same day. The only issue I have is on my follow up visit they told me I owed the remaining for my dentures and would not see me until I paid for them. After arguing with receptionist for a. Few minutes my mom paid the remaining balance. So I wouldn’t have to go home in pain without a follow up care. Only thing I have a problem with is turning a patient away due to oversight on the staff part. When I return for my bottom dentures I will just pay myportion upfront so there won’t be any problems. Apparently the patient is responsible for the payment and thenthey file your insurance smh.Its seems the office care more about money than the patient. That’s it that all

Fantastic experience: I had been going to another dentist an hr away for over 11 years! I met an awesome dental hygienist name Nicole who said "let me clean your teeth!" I was scared because I had been with my hygienist as long as I could remember. Let me say this was the best decision ever. I've never had an experience like I did here. Nicole was very very thorough. She explained everything to me as she was cleaning my teeth. First, when doing my x-rays, she put protection around my chest as usual and around neck and to protect my thyroid! In all my life of getting x-rays, NOBODY has ever done this! I was blown away. Another thing she does is use warmer water. I would always get manual cleaning because the cold water hurt my teeth too much. First time in over 11 years I was able to get it cleaned without it being a manual cleaning. The icing on the cake was she brushed my teeth with an electric toothbrush AND manually! Yall my teeth felt like they had just left a five stat spa! Nicole, thank you for your patience, generosity and thoroughness! You rock and my teeth can't wait for their next spa day with you! The rest of the staff was nice. But If you want this experience, you better book with Nicole! Your teeth with be singing when you leave!

Positive experience: I don’t know where to start. Let’s start with my consultation. I went in to replace 2 teeth. Was told I needed x rays even tho my orthodontist sent over previous x rays. I paid for new x rays. My consultation was for a partial or dental bridge. I was told by Dr. Bunn “ I wouldn’t know what I would do in your case”. I got a second opinion from a visit to my orthodontist. I decided to go with the bridge. My appointment was @ 9:30 am. I arrived on time. I was told by the receptionist my procedure would take 3 hours. I thought I would be ok to still make it to work at 2pm. Dr. Bunn was back & forth out the room seeing other patients which seemed to be 30 minutes each time. After his assistant made my temporary bridge I was unhappy with how they looked. I told Dr. Bunn I thought they looked ridiculous because they were twice as big as my natural teeth. Guess I said the wrong thing because I got yelled at by Dr. Bunn. Thank God I kept my sunglasses on during my procedure because all kinds of debris were flying into my face during my procedure. So bring something to cover your face. Dr. Bunn did fix my concerns about my temporary bridge and made them look better. I was there for an exhausting 6 HOURS which made me late for work! 9:30 am to 3:30 pm! Never stayed at the dentist that long. After 5 days of having the temporary bridge put on a piece of it broke off which is making it difficult for me to eat. I have been experiencing headaches & jaw pain since my procedure. I’m due to return in 2 weeks to receive my permanent bridge. I’m praying this experience will get better when I return due to the fact my bridge work is very expensive considering this is supposed to be at a discounted rate. Let’s hope for the best. And I hope to have a better rating once all completed.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! Not once did I feel uncomfortable…. Came in for regular Clean and wanted to get wisdom teeth pulled following week, Dr.Dunn came in same day I got them pulled NO PAIN! and Neisha is also the best (She the one w/ pretty locs) Service is amazing my wisdom teeth were not impacted and grew in straight so it took maybe 40min … either way they are amazing and Dr.Dunn is the bomb with a really nice character and personality. I’ve referred my family and friends to his office.

Fantastic experience: I had an AMAZING experience at this office. The staff members are super friendly, and Dr. Bunn is fantastic. I had a cavity and was in excruciating pain. They were able to fit me in for a root canal and crown within a couple of days. Definitely book an appointment. You won't regret it.

Negative experience: I guess when you want a value you have to sacrifice actual quality. I realize now that sometimes a medical practice is not really trying to help you medically but trying to sell you like a used car dealer. I don't even consider the price a great value anyway, didn't cost any less then other dentists that have ethics and don't try to con you.

Fantastic experience: I went to this Doctor because I had an emergency in the middle of covid-19 and it was where they only attended me without an appointment, they looked for options and treated me with great respect and the prices have been lower than in other dentists. I am already a client of theirs and the doctor at least he speaks 2 languages ​​and tries to make the patient understand him..All the staff are very friendly and understanding..

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, I was having an issue with one of my wisdom tooth and it need to be removed immediately due to a carie, Dr. Bunn took good care of me as a patient, his bedside manners were impeccable. From the time I walked in, the front desk receptionist were great and kind. All the staff who assist me was phenomenal from receptionist to Dental hygienist and Dental assistant all was kind and awesome at their jobs. Thank You Lord for this place. I’m glad I found new dentist. Everyone listens to what I have to say and the concerns I had. Although, I was afraid of going to the dentist, now I am more comfortable of keeping all my appointments. Oh! As for that tooth, it was removed and I didn’t feel a thing. #HELLOSUMMER now I can consume all the watermelon, corn on the cob, at all the summer bbq. Lol. Fantastic experience: Dr.Bunn and his staff are professional and efficient! He performed an extremely difficult extraction that would otherwise require oral surgery! I was made to feel comfortable throughout the procedure.

Negative experience: This dental office customer service is pathetic!! I was scheduled for an appointment & once I got there the receptionist explained to me that I could not be seen due to never confirming my appointment. I immediately explained that I never received a phone call or text to confirm. She then reads me my number & whomever booked the appointment had my cellphone in the system wrong. At that point she was now saying that my appointment was at 1 instead of 2. It was a bunch of confusion and mess on the office staff's part. In the world of customer service there should've been something to accommodate ME as new patient that was told one thing via phone when scheduling back in July for an appointment in August. Do not waste your time.

Negative experience: I kept calling this office but they never pick up, then after 4 days of trying a lady finally picked up and I went to their office inside the plaza beside Publix and I kept knocking on their glass door for several minutes to no avail. I believe they went on break so I went to Publix to do a little shopping and after dropping d stuff in my car, I went back to d dentist office but kept knocking to no avail. Their blinds are always down and they never pick up whenever I try calling them. Is dis business still running tho cos it is annoying

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bunn and his staff are friendly, professional and never keep me waiting for my appointments. He is meticulous and good at what he does. I still can't figure out how he got a needle in mouth without me knowing or feeling it.

Negative experience: This place is so unprofessional I made an appointment days before, and the receptionist even confirmed that my appointment was set for the next day. so the day that my appointment arrives I call in the morning to confirm that I was running behind, and I got no answer when I arrive to the dentist the doors are locked. I get no answer on the phone, the hours say that they're open and the doors are locked and I don't get any confirmation as to why the business is closed! I wasted my time going to an appointment, I will never return here and I will never refer anybody to go.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. I have been here twice this year and both times i was just treated with over the top perfect service. Last week i went to have my 2nd extraction performed. As i got to the back, they told me of another way to save my tooth, for even cheaper than the extraction!! I was beyond amazed . Dr Kenneth Bunn was kind, he listened and was very laid back and knew how to make this visit incredible. The process was quick and painless. What a great experience. They honesty care about the clients and i will reccomend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Did not fix my pain. In fact made it worse. Even cracked my tooth while doing my filing. I didn't know until I started feeling pain that was worse than before. Went to another dentist to find out it was cracked. Another tooth is still bothering me that he also did a filing on. Sorry, will never go back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bunn and the entire staff is so amazing and pleasant. I was expecting to get an extraction but Dr.Bunn suggested that I get a crown instead which turn out to be happy, joyful endings. Not only was I able to save my tooth, the procedure was pain free. I didn’t feel a thing when it came to the numbing part. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and whoever may be reading these reviews. This is the place to be. I thought my anxiety level would overcome the process but not here. I was calm, comfortable and peaceful through out the entire procedure. They even offer you a blanket to keep you cozy. 10 stars here!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bunn at the Lithia Springs location is absolutely amazing! I am/was terrified of the dentist until I came here. He listens to his patients, is super nice and accommodating. He even keeps my phone charged for me so that I can Bluetooth my music to keep from hearing the drill! I will never go anywhere else. Not to mention, he even fixed a bridge that another dentist did a very poor job on. All of the other staff are great as well. All around great dental office.

The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely caring as well as comprehensive with what they do! Dr.Bunn is truly a SUPER DENTAL! He runs a very sharp and caring looking team. Fantastic experience: My husband had an extraction on a tooth that was causing him pain. We came in got seen right away and immediately he was given relief for his pain. We were in and out at such an affordable price! Great people and experience! We will return!

Fantastic experience: The Dentist at Value Smiles were so gentle and kind. I went in for a full extraction of my top teeth and partial on bottom. The procedure was about 3 hours because of how I neglected my teeth. I'm going back in tomorrow for a reline and different dentures because the ones in are way too big for me to talk/eat/function. I am so thankful this Dentist office handles financing too. The even better part is they accept care credit too. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If you want to have dental work listen to me PLEASE do not go there.....all the assistants are fabulous but everybody in the building is horrible rude unconcerning horrible place I made the biggest mistake going there wanted dentures without asking me they took impressions called to say dentures was ready they had metal clasp not plastic clasp i told them what I wanted they rush so much they don't listen to patients it took maybe close to a year to finish and the finish dentures where horrible but they got your money and to get it back they will want to keep just as well say most of it.....BOttom Line Don't Go In Peroid

Negative experience: Painful tooth. I called, left a voicemail, no callback. The practice says it should be open now, no one is there. I left another voicemail, still waiting for a callback but we are going into the weekend. Overall I really like this practice though when they are available.

Fantastic experience: It has been a couple of decades since Ive had a good hygienist, much less a GREAT one. Finally, My search is over. The Lead Hygienist in Lithia Springs was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. She caught what many other Dentist Ive had in the past did not and gave me real information on how to prevent and treat the issue. She was very understandable and personable. I think I will be coming here for quite some time! Thank you very much!
