Fantastic experience: I recently called my dentist, Dr. Richard Gardner from Austell Dental Assoc, at 3 am because a toothache woke me. I left a voicemail and his office called me first thing and told me to come on in at noon. I had xrays taken and it was decided I'd need a root canal! But, first I needed to get on an anti biotic right away. I've been going to him for over 20 years now...they understand when you are suffering with tooth pain and call you back asap. Love this place, but I hate going to the dentist like everyone else! They're the best!!

She always explains whatever procedure I am having in such a way that I know exactly what is going to happen and what to expect. I recommend this practice to everyone that I know. Fantastic experience: My most recent visit was for a cleaning & full mouth x-rays. My cleaning was completed by a traveling hygienist who filled in for my regular hygienist. And she did a great job! The dentist who filled in for my regular dentist also did well to inform me on what the x-rays revealed. The whole visit was very educational & beneficial!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going here. From the moment you enter the office you feel relaxed. The atmosphere and ambiance is really calming, the waiting room has actual couches and really comfy armchairs and plants everywhere along with a fountain. My hygienist Jessica is AMAZING!! She is super attentive and makes sure my teeth are completely clean. I had a tooth pulled and Dr. Gardner was very gentle and informative, I didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this dentist. Im glad I switched here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Edwards does excellent no pain dental work. I recently had a cavity repaired. No issues the following day and no pain. details matter to me.. such as when being X-ray not having to remind staff to place the vest on me regardless of the type of X-ray and if you have placed your tools or hand in my mouth to offer a rinse upon completion of work. These things do matter. This gives me great confidence in her and the staff abilities and skills. She has calming effect on you and she makes you feel confident that she will complete the work without worry of follow up pain to affected areas. Will definitely recommend to family and friends…she is the dentist to take care of your dental needs. Thank you Dr Edwards and staff members at Austell Dental Associates.

In recent years we have utilized the services of Dr. Melanie Tang who has a remarkably light tough while doing procedures. She recently capped one of my teeth from start to finish in one visit. The cap was manufactured in the office and I was unable to feel any difference between it and the original tooth. I would readily recommend this practice to anyone desiring excellent dental care.

Positive experience: I love ❤️ my Dr Tang and Hygienist Westriea! They are very professional and a joy to be around! The only problem I have is that there is no support for Medicare at all! Also my son just was able to get insurance with Delta Dental Care and no support for it! Which puts us in a bad situation to go elsewhere that does!

Fantastic experience: Had an urgent issue, staff got me worked in ASAP Dr. Tang who is an amazing dentist. Not only did I feel welcomed but also calmed my nerves and fixed a major issue in a matter of minutes all while making feel welcomed and comfortable. Definately will be back for years!

Fantastic experience: So far I'm thrilled with this dental office. I recently had a 23 year old bridge replaced and the procedure was so less painful than I thought it would be. The numbing process didn't hurt like it usually does and the process was efficient. I was in and out less than two hours with the removal and rebuild of the temporary bridge in place. I had put this off for several months with trepidation and angst about the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised and the office accepted my insurance that helped with the bill.

Fantastic experience: I do not like to sit around and wait. When my appoint is for a specific time, I expect to be seen with 10 to 15 minutes. Other than that, in my 76 years, I have been treated by a number of dentists. Austell Dental is the best, good people, knowledgeable techs, quality service.
