Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has had a fear of the dentist for years, the staff at Smile by design is top notch all the way. I could not ask for better people to be taking care of my teeth, I cannot wait for my next visit. I just had a lot of work done in my mouth and they made it as pain free as possible. Dr. Ard performed and extraction and I didn’t even know the tooth out until she told me. I would definitely recommend smile by design to anyone especially those with dental anxiety, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by the VA as part of the community care program. I needed a crown and night guard. They exceeded my expectations as anytime the VA referral process is hit or miss. Smile by Design is a solid hit. The staff is welcoming and professional. I felt that I was the priority patient while I was there. Dr Jen explained everything and answered questions - I appreciate her skill and professionalism. Too bad other dentists don’t participate in the community care for veterans (I’m looking at you Carrollton dentists). I highly recommend for all your dental work.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office! Hands down - One of the best!!! Initially I came here when I fell and chipped the front of my tooth. Of course, this was traumatic and I was super stressed out. I needed somebody who could see me immediately, of course! Dr. Jen hooked me up! She did such a great job on my filling, you can't even tell that I had a chipped tooth. It looks amazing! I was so pleased with her AND her work. Then, I decided to use them again to get a cleaning. I was hesitant because I had not had one in a while and wasn't sure what to expect. Tasha was so pleasant and gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. This office truly cares about their patients! The receptionist, Sherrie, was also wonderful. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get me an appointment right away BOTH times! It started from the moment Tina called to book my appointment. And it continued with Destiny and ended with Genesis attention to details. Im afraid of the dentist for some odd reason. But Genesis was very patient, knowledgeable, and I respect the fact that she asked for help when necessary instead of making assumptions. This place operates like a good ol GA country family. Team work at its best and finest.. No one assumes anything.. They communicate with each other flawlessly. They showed each other respect and the same dignity no matter their title. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!!! You want Great and Amazing customer service and your mouth handle with care and done RIGHT.. SMILE BY DESIGN is your one stop shop. Fantastic experience: With a change in dental insurance, I needed a new dentist. After reading the reviews I chose Smile By Design and I'm glad I did! Everyone I encountered in the practice is great! All the way from the greetings and helpfulness from the front office staff I received to the hygienist I used (Genesis). They are very courteous and professional. Genesis made me feel at ease and actually kept me inform of everything she was doing during my cleaning procedure. She also educated me on a few tips to better care for my teeth and gums! This was a very pleasant experience for me, and I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I am a mature woman and this Dental team has proven to be the very best experience. It starts with the moment you’re greeted at the front door. The Dentist has never been my favorite place to go but it’s something that has to be done in order to maintain good oral hygiene. Every single person was kind and willing to accommodate me by any means to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Rolle is the STAR of the EXPERIENCE because he cares about what’s best for the patient. He took his time and explained everything. He was also very gentle and he treated me with respect. Unfortunately, in the past I have been very disrespected while receiving dental services. As well as treated with harsh and cruel measures. So thanks everyone at the Smile By Design for treating me the way all patients should be treated while receiving dental services.

Fantastic experience: I never usually write reviews, but since I left I’ve been telling my friends and loved ones how much the staff and doctors were so amazing. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and I was beyond nervous but everyone made me feel the complete opposite. Ms Sherie (hope i spelled that right) was such a ray of light and so nice. Ashley was so attentive and was so sweet. I was in and out in no time. I’m glad i found my forever dentist home!

They truly excel at keeping patients calm, even during the more intimidating parts, like the big needle! Their professionalism and care really stood out. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here through VA referral and this one of the best dental offices. The staff is A++ caring and so considerate, and up to date technology for the best treatments.

Negative experience: Called and was told a new set of dentures was 3,400.00 and asked if we had insurance to help, I explained that the price was way too expensive and she just hangs up. No there was not a sorry we can't be of service, no thank you for checking us out - nothing, JUST HANGS UP!!!! How rude can a place be when talking to a potential customer. Will never be a customer now!!! Got a response on Google Maps from Smile By Design saying that they would "NEVER" hang up - So now are they calling me a lair!!!! I was the one that it happened to! And sadly since they are not accepting any responsibility for the young lady that was on the phone. I don't see any remorse - they could have said we are sorry for your experience, sorry for the inconvenience, none of that, just immediately say basically "We didn't do that" and imply I am lying about the situation when this is the first time I have ever done anything with this company. So, so sad!

Fantastic experience: Had to pay another visit to Smile By Design to get my fillings. Sherie was at the front desk and she is just amazing! She is sweet, considerate, and an excellent communicator! Didn't take long before I was seen. Dr. Jen and her assistant Ronnie (sorry I may have spelled her name incorrectly) were great as always. It was an intense endevour regardless but they are so effiecient on what they do. Also, they were playing christmas music from their Alexa so that helped eased things during the process. I'm willing to drive 45 minutes, just to come to this dentistry. Highly reccomend!

I was greeted warmly, moved to the X-ray room, and into the dental chair in a very timely fashion. The professional staff members were excellent in my treatment and provided me with a reasonable plan to move forward with my dental care. Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying that I absolutely hate going to the dentist with a passion. I've always had bad experiences. However, Smiles by Design has changed the opinion of going to the dentist. The visit and the staff were completely amazing. I went in to get a crown, and it was completely painless. My appt was at 8 am, and shortly after my arrival they took me back and explained the whole process. To my surprise, my dental appointment wasn't bad at all. From start to finish, I was pleased. Dr. Jen put a dental plan together to get these pretty teeth together. I want to thank the whole staff for such a great experience, and I'm looking forward to my future dental appts. If you are in need of a new dentist, I highly recommend Smiles by Design.

Fantastic experience: Seen within 5 min of appointment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made a guy who is scared of dentist and suffers from military PTSD feel welcome and safe. Wish I had known about the practice sooner. The doctor and her dental tech installed two bridges for me and I had no issues after the procedures. I give them six stars.

Ronnie was great as well & so caring. My BP was up a little, as I was a bit nervous but believe me they made me feel at easy and I relaxed. If you need great dental care pls consider this place. They will take good care of you from the office manager to the Dentist it was a great experience. I have more crowns to get done so no photos at this time. Smile By Design for awesome dental care!
