Fantastic experience: I am a relatively new patient to this practice. However, with Dr. Sconion, the staff has a very professional and cheerful vibe. This doctor has changed the climate in the office. There seems to be a team approach now. For example, all the staff had on team tshirts. The service received was excellent; the doctor has a friendly demeanor as well. I recommend this practice where you receive one stop shopping--dental service and periodontal maintenance. Jill, my hygenist, and the staff at the front desk were professional. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for about 4 years now and the service has been amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and wonderful bedside manner from the doctor/hygienist/assistants. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Positive experience: This was my second visit after the deep cleaning. I was not told that every time you come they require antibiotics for every tooth that bleeds and your tooth number is 4 and higher. Insurance will not pay for this each time. It is a good practice but can be costly. I think this should be told to the patient on the first visit. Cost can run 180.00 on your visit. People like me on fixed income paying this or more every 3 months, requires budgeting. Care Credit is not the way. The service is great.

Positive experience: I was in search of a dental office that would allow me.to be a part of the decisions that affected me. Upon my arrival, I waited while they were helping someone who was.leaving (who seemed pleased with the repose they were receiving) which only took less than five minutes. I only waited approximately 5 minutes before my name was called. Everything was being explained as we went. The X-Ray process, the point process, additional X-Rays and even the cleaning. Once the doctor came into tje room, he was professional, warm and kind as he explained everything that was done and needed to be done. Also allowing me to ask questions as he went. We came up with a plan together and he actually listened to how I felt and what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends as well as anyone looking for a dental office. Thank you for your warmth and caring nature for my first visit.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff understands good customer service. They are personable and professional as they execute their various responsibilities. So glad My husband and I found them when we moved to Douglasville a year ago. Most people don’t describe going to the dentist as a pleasurable experience. Dr Sconion and his staff truly make the experience surprisingly pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I used to have serious anxiety going to the dentist. Everyone at Chapel Hill has worked with me and been so kind and supportive. The hygienists never make me feel less than or unheard and are encouraging and supportive throughout the process. When needed they even brought someone else in to hold my hand and them acting like it was normal truly helped me. I cannot thank them enough. Now going to get my teeth cleaned is truly not a big deal and I honestly didn’t know that was possible.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the work they have done to fix my teeth. Time was running out to use my dental funds and they made room for me. I needed two teeth pulled and some bone work done and a partial. I did have pain yesterday, I took one Tylenol 3 at 8p.m. I woke up without pain. I have not taken Tylenol 3 or, anything for pain today. I do not have swelling. I want to say “Thank You.” Thank you! You did awesome dental work for me.❤️

Fantastic experience: My Dentist retired and I needed one for extraction of 2 teeth. I’m petrified of Dentist’s as I grew up so I’m googling local dentist’s trying to find one for emergencies. Chapel Hill was the only one that accommodated my needs. I was in the chair thinking about going under and she said there will be nothing, not even gas. I was ready to walk and was persuaded by the assistant to go for it. I didn’t feel anything except embarrassed. He’s one of the best dentist in west metro!

Negative experience: Be careful, check your benefits, they will over charge for unnecessary treatments. Then blame the insurance company for not approving.

The dentist isn't intimidating and resourceful/knowledgeable and Lisa was great taking the x-rays and helpful answering all questions and making me feel comfortable and accepted and not judged. They used updated technology very impressive Hopefully my insurance and the dental fee's aren't out of this world but can't wait to restore my smile again. I can't wait to feel like a human being again. They do dentures and having a lot of extractions done. I appreciated when you took my anxiety seriously and the work on bottome that he could do here he referred me to an oral surgeon to be calmer if needed. That made me feel at ease. They are up to date with technology and my dental experience is always phenomenal, especially since I hate going to the dentist. Most recently, Dr. Sconion and his staff superseded my expectations. He completed a cavity fill for me and not only did I not feel a thing, he walked me through each and every step. This will be my forever dentist.

I decided to not “judge a book by its cover”. Glad I did. The office is equipped with the latest technology and each person I met were both professional and knowledgeable.
