She explained everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Negative experience: Front office was great. Hygienist made my 15 year old son feel like awful the whole time talking about how awful his teeth were and speaking repeatedly about needles after being informed that he has an extreme phobia of them. He walked out of there feeling completely disheartened and beaten down. Horrible experience for him as a patient.

Negative experience: I made the mistake of getting my daughters braces done here not realizing that they have no sense of time. If you decide to make any appointments here just plan to be there for the whole day! My appt was at 10:30, I checked in at 10:05, was not seen until 11…..smh

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal patient at this office for over 15 years, and it’s really sad to see how much things have changed. At my last visit, they told me I needed several fillings and that my insurance would only cover 30%. Since I just switched over to my stepmom’s insurance, I had my mom double-check the coverage, and sure enough, my plan was supposed to cover 80%. When I called back, they changed their story and said, “We quoted you that amount because your insurance may not cover it all. Here’s the new quote with the 80%.” They also charged my Mom’s girlfriend $80 for something they did not ask her if she wanted, nor told her they were doing until she went to check out. To me, that felt like a clear attempt to overcharge and take advantage of a long-term customer. What’s worse is when my mom called to let them know they were losing five patients from our family, the receptionist actually laughed. This practice used to feel honest and trustworthy, but now it seems like just another money grab. Really disappointed, especially after so many years of loyalty.

Negative experience: After over 20 years with this practice and the purchase from Dr. Graham by BLVD Dentistry we are looking for a new practice. Every time anyone from our family has had an appointment over the past few years we are given quotes for unnecessary work, overcharged, and just feel taken advantage of. It’s disgraceful to try to make money instead of provide quality patient care.

Positive experience: Good dental office. Had some work done that was supposed to be small fillings. I felt like I just got a cleaning and was charged more than I expected. They need to be upfront with pricing and work getting done.

Fantastic experience: I’m no expert at leaving reviews, however I just had to take the time to recognize the staff at BLVD Dentistry in Spring Texas! The quality of service , and treatment was excellent! I like the fact they they promote their employees and everyone is so nice. I have to add that communication is key to success for any business and they did that! Flying colors! Great job on scheduling and reminders of my appointment, keeping me informed on the process while getting my checkup and cleaning. My dental hygienist took her time and made sure to explain improvements and recommendations to keep my teeth healthy. I definitely recommend BLVD to anyone looking for a quality dental care!

Negative experience: BEWARE! When you go to this dentist office, they will try to sign you up for a yearly subscription with a company called “THRIVE” who is not actually a part of the BLVD Dentistry by offering you a discount on your treatment and when you decide you no long want to use them or you move out of state, they will continue to charge you $100 a year and deny that you cancelled. They have charged me twice since I told them I am leaving the state. I will now have to have my bank issue me a new debit card with a new number to get them to stop. The dentist was good but “THRIVE” is a scam. Refund my money and I will remove this review.

Positive experience: Review july 25, 2025 It's a MIRACLE! I got a call from a very nice front office person on Friday morning (their half day of week) that there was an opening to seat my permanent crowns. I took the opportunity instead of waiting another week for regular appt. I went in, got my crowns installed, and had a beautiful job and fit perfectly. Great dental assistant and dentist!! TODAY, The front office people were nice today, too!! Wow, fantastic turnaround today, i guess it's a see-saw experience there! Review July 22, 2025 I am very disappointed! Since Dr Bonin had left the practice; the quality, consideration, follow-up, and responsiveness have sharply declined! The front office &/or person answering the phone is now unknowledgeable, sometimes rude, and uncaring. I had crowns replaced & temps installed on July 2, I was told new crowns will be in about 2 weeks, but after 3 weeks, I called to check on new crowns. The person on the phone was very confused and then inconsiderate. Miraculously, after 2-days, i got a return call that I will be getting my new crown on July 29th, when they are next available. It's ridiculous to wait almost a month. I used to love this place, but now some in the front office don't have people skills, no follow through, and have become out-of-touch with their patient. Beware!! Review Feb 2025 I had had several appointments at BLVD in the past 2 years. The people skills & tech knowledge and expertise are extraordinary. Dr Ronin, Athena, & Anna are amazing! The only thing I'm not happy with is that when I have an appointment time, oftentimes, I've had to wait 20-25 minutes past my appt time to begin my appointment. That long wait time is unacceptable. The patient's time is valuable, too. This office is the best I've had in the area, but I think, with changes of staff, the customer experiences naturally change over time. Review Sept 2023: I gave them another try because their prices were great with the Trive program. I was pleasantly surprised at the high caliber employees they have now. Also, Dr Ronin is still there, and he was always excellent!! The new office manager is great. He ensures the efficient and high-tech office is run with knowledge, friendliness, and compassion. My first appointment: 1) I had Marie as a hygienist - she is great! She is knowledgeable and explained everything completely and listened to my concerns to address them. 2) Dr. Ronin, fortunately, had time to treat an urgent tooth issue that very day. He is fantastic: painless, efficient, and compassionate with extensive knowledge and skill. 3) My experience with dental assistant kayaini & Athena are also top notch. She has people skills, extensive knowledge, and highly technically skilled during procedure. I'm totally impressed with the total turnaround in the past couple of years with quality care at this dental office. Old Review from 2019: I went there to get my veneer reglued (I brought in the veneer) because it had come off. I don't have insurance, so the estimate from the office is very important. I got an estimate for putting the veneer back on, which will be $50. The quality of dental service was great. My issue was with the clerk at checkout, I was surprised to hear the checkout person added 2 extra charges; one for an x-ray of the one tooth, and 'dr. exam". This would more than double the estimate. These bait and switch for extra charges was quite a surprise. I made it clear that in order for the dentist to reglue the veneer, he already was looking at it. An extra charge for this is not ethical. I didn't see the reason for the x-ray of the one tooth either, overkill. I paid for the x-ray for an extra $29, waiving the Dr exam fee. I left there feeling bad about being cheated by the checkout person in front. I don't recommend this office unless their bait and switch overcharges don't bother you. I won't ever be back, I don't like unethical billing.

Fantastic experience: I moved from a high-priced dental practice that I used for over 20 years to BLVD Dentistry. My former dentist would not accept my Medicare Advantage insurance and BLVD Dentistry does. Accordingly, I anticipated a much lower quality and level of expertise and service, but WOW was I pleasantly surprised!!! Dr. Ahmad Khalil, the general dentist, was not only very patient and understanding with me (I'm a very difficult patient with a terrible gag reflex), but he actually was very thorough and spent lots of time with me; he was not hurried. He did an excellent job on multiple cavities and replacement on a damaged crown that my previous dentist had not identified during my December 2024 exam. My copays after my Medicare Advantage insurance were very reasonable even though BLVD does require that they provide some services that I did not believe necessary and are not covered by insurance. When I compare my prior dentist with BLVD, BLVD is equal to or better in all categories (price, expertise, time spent with patient, etc.) except for the equipment where my prior dentist has an edge with slightly more modern/newer equipment. The greatest compliment that I can give is to recommend BLVD to my friends and family. I've already directed two new patients to them.

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me within a couple hours for an emergency appointment. They were great did an assessment and made a treatment plan. And provided temp relief until treatment can start.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my cleanings here consistently for the past 2-3 years. My teeth and gums are definitely healthier now with their guidance and reminders to floss! I’ve had a couple different hygienists but lately have been with Meredith and she is quick and efficient. They also haven’t forced unnecessary services or products on me. Thanks BLVD! Updating to say, after another 3years, I’m still with Meredith for my cleanings and have continued to receive excellent care and efficient service at this practice.

Positive experience: I love this place. They have the cutest girls working here. I would give it a 5 star but my last visit the dentist kept moving room to room and I was there much longer than I feel I needed to be because he had multiple patients at one time. Get me in and get me out. I got stuff to do

Fantastic experience: BLVD is great and very convenient for me. The staff JP, Estelle, and Dr. Kallie are truly amazing. They always display excellent customer service and are very big on patient satisfaction if you want to receive great dental care this is the place for you.

Negative experience: I came here for a year, but am now canceling my upcoming appointment because every time I have been there, the hygienist has tried to bring up Trump and politics while working in my mouth. It’s extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate when you’re in a vulnerable position. I’m also not convinced they didn’t do significantly more work than necessary since they’re a corporate practice. I’ll be finding a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth extracted a few weeks ago. Dr. Beetar and his staff were amazing, they made me feel at ease and the procedure was over before I knew it. I was expecting to be in a lot more pain but recovery was a breeze. I highly recommend him and his team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using BLVD Dentistry for the last several years after moving to the Spring area. Dr Bonin has always provided a common sense approach to treatment plans at a fair price. The hygienists have been top notch and get you in/out quickly. I recently had to get a chipped tooth fixed and it was my first time working with Dr Miller. She was super friendly, worked me into their schedule last min and I felt like she was very thorough. I will continue to work with BLVD as long as I live in the Houston area.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found BLVD. I went a very long time without dental care (no insurance), and I also haven’t always had the best experience with dentists in the past. I started coming here over a year ago for cleanings and have even had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Wilkinson, which will be complete later this year. I am so beyond happy with the health and look of my teeth now!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome yet I recommend this place to anyone if they ask me where I go for my teeth I tell them here the dentist isn't cheap however they work with you but just know there great people an love to work on teeth is what they do yet haven't been to the dentist in years and I ve been going with the follow ups and it looks to be that my over all health is better from the first time me walking through them doors to get the process started to bring my gums an teeth back up to par.....not a 100 percent but it's a slow process without having to get cut on if your able to with stand a little pain

Negative experience: They will send you a bill TWO YEARS after your service that insurance was supposed to pay and then say you have a week to pay it. Absolutely not. Never coming here again. How does it take you two years to realize insurance never payed. This is on yall.

Negative experience: Not at all happy! A porcelain veneer broke abs BLVD wants to charge $3000 to replace it! I paid $11K for 8 veneers in 2018 and I expected better customer service. I will give BLVD bad reviews on every social media platform!

Negative experience: Inefficient, uncommunicative, and expensive! I chose Blvd Dentistry because they were in my insurance network, but was horrified to find out that I was paying twice the price (with insurance) of what I was quoted without insurance at another expert dentistry for a deep cleaning. In addition, they filed the claim 6 months after the appointment and billed me another 5 months after that for the amount that my insurance unfortunately could not pay at that late date. I was stuck with the entire bill because of their lack of efficiency. The young lady at the front desk was rude and I felt like it was an imposition for her that I deigned to come into the office! Not good... It would be a negative star for me as far as the people at the front desk and those that take care of the billing. But I give this review 2 stars because the oral hygienist is awesome! And if you have the money to pay twice the price for expert care...then Blvd Dentistry is for you!

Fantastic experience: I set up a visit to BLVD DENTISTRY for June 26th by the friendly, helpful phone staff, JP! I was welcomed by a nice receptionist with paperwork to complete! Kenya came out after I completed paperwork and did my X-rays. She was efficient and kind! Afterwards, Anna the hygienist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly yet without pain! I am very sensitive so I was amazed that she could clean them so well without pain! When she finished, she had Dr Bonin come look at a problem area that was sensitive. He looked over my whole mouth, asked some questions and recommended what he thought should be done. I really liked Dr Bonin because he is friendly, listens to you and gives you options if there are any. But mainly because he has a good dentist and he has professional. He did some work on my teeth a few years back and he remembered me and I have never had any problem with the work he performed! I really liked Anna! She was great! She has a really cute personality, funny and gentle, just what I want in a hygienist! I requested her for all my follow-ups and even set her up for my husband and his return visits! I highly recommend this dental firm!! I have trusted them for years, even when it was owned and run by Emily Graham and I will continue to stay with them though I drive over 35 minutes to get there. You should trust them, too.
