Melissa, the dental hygeniest, is so gentle when cleaning my teeth that I catch myself falling asleep. I love Dr. Stacey Smith too. She spends a lot of time with me and answers all my questions. Everything is organized and well run. I’m so glad I found this place!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Smith and the team here! I found this office a few years ago and took a chance due to the great reviews and I am so happy I did. Dr. Smith completely fixed my smile. It took years to get through all of the work I needed. This past week I got my two front teeth crowns placed, and this was the last step to my process. Dr. Smith wouldn’t settle until they were perfect and I was 100% happy. My teeth look so close to the pictures I gave of my original teeth. I cried tears of joy and I can’t stop smiling in the mirror. Truly thankful for the great work and the special care from Dr. Smith and team. I HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this office enough. I came in after going many years without dental care. The entire staff from the receptionist I spoke to on the phone, to Melissa the hygienist who did my x-rays, scan, and another hygienist or tech that did my cleaning whose name I cannot remember for the life of me, and Dr. Smith who did my exam and treatment plan was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely patient and went at my pace. After some initial anxiety tears, I felt heard and comfortable. Thank you so all much!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful for the staff and dentists here. It had been years since my last cleaning and I thought things were going to be horrendous after not my getting teeth checked for years. As soon as I sat down in the chair in the front of the office up until the end of service, I was met with nothing but kindness, understanding, and patience. I was checked on the entire time and it turned out that what I thought was going to be bad, wasn’t even bad in the slightest. Everything was seamless. I highly, highly, highly recommend coming here. You won’t be met with judgement, everyone here is here to help you and ensure that your teeth are healthy. If you’re anxious, there’s truly no reason to be. I’ve found my forever place to get my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to this dental office for years, even through ownership change, because the office staff has remained the same. Melissa is the hygienist and makes everyone feel like family while doing a great job cleaning teeth, Kristin manages the office and keeps everything running smoothly. The only drawback is that they aren't in plan - but I still go there and pay a little extra. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: IF YOU’RE AFRAID OF GOING TO THE DENTIST, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO!!! I cannot express how unbelievably comforting my experience was. I had not been to the dentist since COVID, and knew I had at least one cavity as I was having some sensitivity. I called to make an appointment and expressed that I had severe dental anxiety and also had a traumatic anaphylactic reaction to a common medication in the last few years; both situations made me terrified of what could possibly go wrong. The staff was beyond kind, compassionate, and caring the whole time. Going as far to research other anesthetics they could administer to ensure there was no chance of me having an allergic reaction. They were also incredibly patient when my nerves got the best of me in the beginning and I had a small anxiety attack. Once the procedure actually started, I didn’t feel a thing and they walked me through every step to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t even express how important that kind of bedside manner is. I will forever be a patient of this office. Thank you so much to every person who made my experience so smooth- from Mel at the front desk, to the hygienists and assistants, to Dr. Smith (who even hugged me at the end). I am forever so grateful for you all!

Fantastic experience: I took my almost 2 year old to see Dr. Smith and the dental hygienist Melissa for her first ever appointment. They were so patient with her, and really made the experience fun. I want my daughter to enjoy the dentist and have great dental hygiene, so I was scared that any place I took her would focus the “dental” and not on making her comfortable. This was not the case at Dental Designs. With play and fun they managed to do a lot of a “real” appointment like taking pictures, some brushing with the “machine, and the exam with the doctor, but it was not forced or rushed. If you’re looking for a place to have your young child’s first appointment, and hopefully for them to grow and continue to see in adulthood, I fully recommend Dental Designs.

Fantastic experience: I finally found my forever dentist! I have had a terrible fear of the dentist for nearly 40 years. But after one visit with Dr. Smith I felt comfortable . But the true test was today when she had to do some work on my teeth. She was gentle, explained everything she was doing and listened when I spoke. I can’t stress that last part enough. I controlled the pace and she gave me the confidence to relax and trust she wouldn’t hurt me. I left the appointment laughing . Afraid of the dentist? Go meet Dr. Smith!
