Today I called their office, I've been in terrible pain for the past 2 days little do I know I'm starting to develop abscess or infection on one of my previously crowned molar. Dr. Wu quickly work on the diagnostics to make sure all areas of concern has been covered, I was given the option for my treatment and explained the pros and cons. At at the end I opted for the immediate extraction to prevent further infection from spreading. She made sure that I am comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. Dr. Wu is patient, companionate and so encouraging. She didn’t make me feel foolish or dramatic for being anxious, she was took her time explaining things to ease my worries. From the front desk to the hygienists, every single associate makes me feel at ease and they genuinely care about your experience. I can confidently say I do not dread going to see Dr. Wu and her team!

Fantastic experience: Dental visits can be an overwhelming sensory experience but never at Springlove. I used to har dental anxiety and phobia growing up in the Philippines where the mere sight of a small cavity is a results in tooth extraction. Jenny is the ultimate professional what with her natural caring attitude, gentle empathetic touch and exceptional dexterity. Dr Kim and Dr Wu are both great listeners and clear educators. The entire clinic is highly organized and the workspaces are always clean and sterile. So lucky to have found this place.

The best part was that they are very transparent about cost and will show you at the end what they will be billing to insurance and what my portion will be.

Carol was friendly, welcoming, professional and is clearly passionate about her work and the people she serves. Dr. Kim is very thoughtful and professional, making sure to include me in any and all decisions as well as answering any questions I may have. He is efficient, thorough and knowledgeable, while at the same time relatable and considerate. The front desk staff are a dream. I am always greeted with a smile, my sign in process is easy and quick, and my wait time is minimal. Upon my departure, any and all of my services are thoroughly and thoughtfully explained with the same professionalism and kindness with which I was greeted. I cannot possibly recommend Springlove Dentistry, Dr. Kim, and all of the staff working on his team more highly.

From cranky dentist to another one that wanted to do unnecessary work. And the stories I can tell you. But to summarize this I have found in Dr. Wu an honest, pleasant dentist in which I can trust. And to top it off Dr. Wu’s office staff is friendly and professional. Can’t ask for anything more than that!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wu is Mazing. I got infection in my gum and also my wisdom teeth hurt so bad. I did not have insurance, I was so worry. I tried to call and they try to squeeze me in next day. After have a look he did explain very carefully what we need to do, also gave me a best deal without insurance so I can take care my wisdom teeth. I appreciate he took me that day bc I dont think I can handle the pain much longer. Thanks Dr. Wu

Fantastic experience: Never been here before, but it's in front of my neighborhood. I called Monday as my crown came out and I knew if I went to my other dentist they would charge me over a thousand to get a new crown so decided to try SpringLove out. Dr. did explain that I needed a new crown or it would cause problems. I explained my concern with the cost. Jeremy came explained the cost to insurance and my cost..wow it was a lot less then expected. Dr got a temporary crown on in less than an hour. From front staff, to x-ray tech to dental assistant to Dr... I think I found a new dentist....great job S.L.D.

Negative experience: First thing first, Dr Wu is amazing, her knowledge and skill is the best so far. I thought I would definitely be back for her treatment plan which is around 2k without insurance. However, her office is offer a saving plan but instead lets you make decision after getting treatment or experience how amazing the doctor is. The front desk will rush you to make decision to paid for the membership and service to get the discount. $220 +$300 filling which is not cheap and for a rush decision . He told me I have to make decision now (not even give me 5 mins to talk to my spouse) or I have to reschedule my filling. I paid for my filling only because I have no clue how the doctor performance. After all, I was thinking about getting the rest of treatments done (around 2k) because of how detailing and perfect of my filling is. So I asked the front desk he said the package deal is off the table. Too bad, they just want take my $300 over my $2000. Dr.Wu need to fix the system because she is losing money over this.

The facility is clean and organized. The staff treats you so kindly and all your questions are answered. You are treated like family.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in 12 years and know my teeth are embarrassingly bad. Finally made an appointment and I am so glad I chose SpringLove Dentistry. I let them know my concerns and they did just what I needed. They were able to do a same day procedure after my xrays and exam. They assured me my comfort was their priority and they meant it. They took care of my immediate issue and we talked about slowly, as I am able, getting to my other needs. I felt no pressure but lots of care and understanding. I also loved how easily they broke down the cost before doing the procedure (straight forward). They did not bombard me with a whole list of everything I do need done as I asked that they only focus on one thing at a time. I will definitely be going back and am looking firward to feeling more confident about my mouth as we knock down the list of issues together. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone. Definitely 5-star quality care.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a dental cleaning and found out I needed 4 cavities filled. Dr. Kim did an excellent job with the cleaning and cavity filling. The filling procedure was painless! Looking forward to my next cleaning 6 months from now.

Dr Kim called me back on the weekend and addressed my problem. Another great thing is you don't sit in the waiting room very long like other dentist offices.

Fantastic experience: I visited this place for the first time, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I had not visited the dentist in over 2 years due to the COVID and also had such a unpleasant experience at my last dentist office. SpringLove dentistry made sure I would not have another unpleasant visit based on the questionnaire I had to complete before my visit, the dentist was very personal and thorough with my exam. Several of my coworkers highly recommend this place as well. This will become my dentistry moving forward.

Fantastic experience: The waiting area is very clean and the receptionist was very helpful, kind, and professional! I called in with an emergency at 2pm and they scheduled me to be seen at 2:30pm. I was not at all made to feel like a burden for being squeezed in either. I got the help that I needed and I will certainly be back! My commute was over 30 minutes but I am more than willing to take that drive to receive such great service!

As a senior citizen, I appreciate being informed of the proposed course of treatment, the cost (& payment options), and possible complications involved in each procedure. Springlove Dentistry offers its own insurance, which has been very competive with other insurance options available to me.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience today with this office. They changed the insurance providers, but did not make a mention of it when scheduling me and my husband for routine check and cleaning — preying on busy people making a last moment decision to just pay out of pocket, for which my husband fell. While all providers in the area charge $55-$100 for out-of-pocket visits, this office charged him a whooping $150 and it did NOT include the cleaning! I feel scammed today by this office and do not recommend them for their predatory pricing practices (even though I liked them as a dental service provider in the past as you can read in my earlier review) Original review: First visit today, and I am quite impressed. Let's start with the unimportant (for me): ambiance. The office is very pleasantly decorated, recently renovated, very modern and fresh. Now to the important: the customer service is top notch from the initial phone call, to greeting, to billing. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Next -- the doc, the technician, and the hygienist were all pretty good. Not overboard 'sweet' -- just the right degree of respectfulness and attentiveness. The doc laid out any concerns and recommended actions.I was not rushed nor I was pushed into anything. I opted for a 'gum infection therapy" (also known as 'deep cleaning' sometimes, but includes treatments as well) right on the spot which was appropriate in my situation. The procedure, objectives, side effects and the costs were explained in advance. The hygienist was very thorough, explained every step, and asked me several times if I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My teeth were cleaned VERY well, compared to the deep cleaning I experienced in the past. I will continue using the service, based on this first experience.
