Fantastic experience: From the thr front desk receptionist, to the back office my experience was awesome. Everyone was helpful and patient with my son. I recommend coming here is your looking for a nee dental home.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for about 10 years if not longer. Myself along with my children. I’ve even sent family referrals here. I am very disappointed in the constant turnover of the staff here. From the front desk to the hygienists. My past experiences have not been the same. I’ve had maybe 3-4 DEEP gum cleanings in the past, my last one being 2021.. while I understand inflation, they’re now wanting to charge me an additional $400 for the same exact cleaning. Smh. I’ve never received a coupon, a discount, nothing. No opportunity for savings at all. It’s very disappointing especially with me being a long term customer along with my kids and family members. I hope to feel valued as a patient, a loyal patient at that who have spent thousands over a decade and not treated as a money grab. I brought this to Dr. Alibi and his response was very passive. Very disappointing because I’ve been with him since he purchased this dentist office from dr. boaxwalla.. guess it’s time to move on. The front desk manager is rude also. Smh. I guess times are truly changing when it comes to customer service and appreciation.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! My daughter recently had sealant put on her teeth and the aftermath was HORRIBLE!! I don’t know what they did back there or if they don’t clean properly.. but her lip is now so green/ yellow looking likes it’s filled with puss and sooooo swollen!! They said this is normal, if this is normal for them then maybe they’re aren’t doing something right back there.

Fantastic experience: A coworker of mine recommended I check this place out after going 8 years without dental care. I was super scared and the staff made this experience incredibly life changing. Nancy was an absolute angel. I came in crying after a long and hard day, I was terrified of the dentist and she made me feel welcome and offered me a hug and words of encouragement despite the panicked phone call we had earlier. I was scared she would treat me differently but she accepted me with open arms and didn’t make me feel terrible for not showing up as my best self as I was experiencing some hardship in life on top of my fear of dentists. I’m not ashamed to admit I cried the entire appointment with Dr. Alibhai and Rolando and they handled it extremely well. They were super reassuring, had incredible bedside manner and made me feel safe. They even wiped my tears and talked to me to take my mind off of things. I was so distraught they offered to do all my minor dental work that same day. They did an incredible job and even finished after close because they did not rush, they wanted to ensure my comfort and consistently checked in on me and reminded me it doesn’t have to hurt and I don’t have to power through , I can let them know and they’d be more than happy to accommodate. As someone who had a gigantic fear of dentists I can now say I look forward to coming in for my cleaning. I highly recommend this place for anyone with anxiety surrounding dentistry and those that want to get the best care with people that feel like family every time you come back. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, I can’t imagine a better team of people to put my trust into. I want to box them all up and have them move with me wherever the world takes me. I can only hope to find something similar when I move away.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience at Saifree Family Dentistry. The whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Nancy, the manager, was awesome and made sure everything ran well. You can tell she really cares about the office and the patients. Denise at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The dental assistants were gentle, patient, and really attentive the whole time. The doctors were also great, explained everything clearly and didn’t rush anything, which made me feel comfortable.

Negative experience: I have been a patient of Saifee Family Dentistry for years, and my family has trusted this office for our dental care. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. My minor child was scheduled for fillings and asked that I remain with her during treatment. I was initially allowed into the treatment area, and my daughter was already seated, prepared for treatment, and had been given nitrous oxide when I was suddenly told I could not remain with her because I was wearing an oxygen cannula. I explained that my oxygen was turned off, but I was then told it was office policy that parents could not remain with their children during treatment. When I asked to see the policy in writing, no one could provide it. Rather than working to resolve the situation, the office manager, Nancy, instructed the assistant to stop treatment and disconnect my child. We were then told we would not be receiving services. What makes this even more frustrating is that throughout the many years my family has been patients here, I have accompanied my children during treatment and have never been informed of any such policy. If this policy exists, it should be clearly communicated before treatment begins, not after a child has already been seated and administered nitrous oxide. As a parent, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, professionalism, and compassion shown during this situation. What should have been a routine appointment turned into an upsetting experience for both my child and me. Because of the way this situation was handled, my family and I will be taking our dental care elsewhere and will not be returning to this practice. I hope the office reviews its policies and procedures so that no other family has a similar experience.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is the best !! I’m an old lady never had anything done to my teeth !! I search for a dentist and read reviews decided to visit. What an outstanding group of people that love what they do !! First time ever getting a deep cleaning in February did not feel any pain at all !! I love my Dentist Dr Alibi he is very gentle and patient explains everything!! All of the workers are very polite and respectful!! Great office to visit !!

Negative experience: Timid and lousy, boring personality of the main dentist guy. Hygienist would tell him what can be done better. Atmosphere is uninviting.

I love how professional staff is ( Every time Denise welcomes us with a smile) always making the experience better. Negative experience: Beware of this place!!! If they see an opportunity to scam you with fees they will. I came in for a cleaning and they ended up charging me $322 for that cleaning because of a pile of fees that they added on that I have never heard of. The most I ever paid for a cleaning prior was adding fluoride with an out of network dentist and that was $35 at a far better dentist office. The office manager, (head scammer there) , said “ at least we got the stains off your teeth”. Every cleaning removes my stains but that was her way of justifying the fraudulent charges they charged me with. While I was there she tried to get me to authorize spending $722 on work they said I needed. They said I had cavities they would fill right then and there if I agreed but I declined. I just went to another dentist office today that said I have no cavities after multiple X-rays. My cleaning today was free as usual from a new dentist as it has always been. After my appointment that day and realizing that this manager is a full blown scammer, I told them to send me the estimate they had given me in office and after requesting multiple times for her to send it, she sent (office manager) an estimate that was a couple hundred dollars less than the one she showed me in office. Worse dentist office I’ve ever been to and I believe she picks and chooses who she feels she can pile on fees on to and get away with it. Well she got me for $322 on a cleaning so consider yourself lucky if she doesn’t try with you.

Fantastic experience: The doctor was very nice and addressed all concerns I had. He answered every question and made me feel very comfortable. The whole office staff is very nice as well and I did not feel like just a number to anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone! For extra context I got two fillings and a deep clean. It was not painful at all and I felt very calm during the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Husein Alibhai is my go to dentist after looking for a dentist since moving to Houston for over 3 yrs. My whole family visits him. His bedside manner, attention to detail, care and willingness to help take care of your oral health goes above and beyond what you would expect from a dentist. His staff are caring and equally attentive. Dr. Husein is also an expert in a number of areas such as implants, dentures , root canals/complex root canals that sometimes requires you to go to a specialist but at Saifee Family Dentistry - it is all taken care of under one roof. He cares deeply and his service is 7 star ⭐. It is rare to find someone of his calibre. We drive from houston to Spring, TX, which takes approx. 1 hr but no other dentist will do for our family - only the best. Thank you Dr. Husein.

Anyone who says anything bad about her or this office in general must have stanky breath or something because this place is beyond amazing. I recommend them to any and everyone for any type of dental needs. All 4 of my children go here, and we've seen Dr. Reem as well for Orthodontist needs. My daughter's teeth are beautiful!!!!! I seriously couldn't ask for better service! 10 stars hands down!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience here. Dr Alibhai is spectacular. I was a new patient and have had such bad luck with previous dentists but Dr. Alibhai took such good care of me. He spent so much time with me and walked me through everything and really listened to all of my concerns. He listened to all of my questions and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I’ve never met a dentist who was so patient and concerned with a patients well being. Highly recommend Dr. Alibhai and will be coming in the future.

Negative experience: Only the rich! Even with insurance I can no longer afford! The price Doubled over the last year!

Negative experience: Beware of the Scam going on there!!! My wife had gone there for a routine cleaning which was fully covered by insurance… they lured her into paying a huge amount out of pocket and also billed the insurance. I did inform the insurance company of this scam!!! Hope they will be investigated and audited for the scams they are up to.

Negative experience: Been coming here for a while and always love the staff and dentist here. Recently I brought my kids back for their 6 month check up and Mrs. Nancy at the front desk is rude as hell and cuts people off while talking or asking a question about their services. She also is so unprofessional when I walk up to check in she was asking me questions and the stops to answer the phone and holds a whole 10 minute conversation then proceeded to ask for my ID and things while still on the phone talking to another patient. Then when another patient was talk to her she talks the person behind him clip board. She was violating all privacy acts to all patients. Someone should to teach her professional customer service skills. Plus what HIPAA laws are. Maybe also tell her that when she is already helping a patient in the office to be polite and tell them to hold on while you PUT a call on hold because that how you professional treat patients. Horrible visit and bed side manner as we say in the medical field. How about we just sitting in the lobby with this big old TV with nothing playing on it for a hour while my kids are in the back. As for the staff in the back sorry for the one star but y’all were perfect and really great with my kids. I miss the old front desk staff….

Negative experience: Used to be a great place to bring my whole family but has put policies into place that don’t work for our family. Namely they force X-rays every time you go even if your insurance doesn’t cover. Refuse to see you even for a routine exam/cleaning without the X-rays. Ended up my moving my entire family to another dentist…

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 2:3. Got there and no one was in the waiting room when the lady got off the phone she called me up to check in. I had been here once before as a new patient. They made an appt. for me to return today and said it would cost 160.00 today. It was written by them. she said it would be 229.00. I said they told me it would be be 169.00 and she said it was a new year. Considering they made this appt. for me and printed the price on it I felt quite deceived. I don't like that. It is not about the money but the fact they new it would be in a different year and did not say anything. I guess it was one of those SURPRISE pricing. I walked out!

Fantastic experience: I always love coming to the dentist with my boys. They are comfortable here now, and it’s all because of how patient everybody is. My little ones do resist sometimes, but the dentist said he doesn’t want the dentist office to be something they’re scared of. So he waits for them to be ready and let them do what they have to do. And I just loved that.
