Fantastic experience: Brought my son here for his first ever dentist visit. I wasn't sure how he'd do but he did just fine and the staff made it a great experience! Vee was absolutely amazing with him. I would definitely recommend bringing your kid(s) here!

Fantastic experience: Took both of my boys for their first visits and the staff could not have been kinder and more patient with their questions and curiosities. The boys loved getting to watch a movie on the ceiling and seeing their teeth on the computer screen.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this dental office. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter on June 1st to have her front tooth extracted. I understood that they had no openings in June, so I agreed to an appointment on July 9th. Then, on June 23rd, they called to reschedule to July 20th, and I agreed to that as well. But this morning, July 6th, they called again wanting to reschedule to August 13th. They are treating me like a child. Is it because I use Medicaid, or because I am Asian and not fluent in English?

Fantastic experience: Dr. De Vera was so incredibly kind. She spoke in medical terms I could understand. Included me in the best treatment plan for my toddler. She had wonderful bed side manner. Her staff was also kind, caring and personable. We came for a second opinion and now my children will be seeing her moving forward.

Fantastic experience: The staff is nice, and accommodating. Wait times are very short. The doctor explains things thoroughly without making you feel like a bad parent or incapable of understanding. The equipment is state of the art - had bad experiences with X-ray imaging before? Try it here. Is your child nervous? No worries, there are TVs and headsets at every station so they can watch movies while getting their teeth cleaned and checked. I only wish we had found Champions Pediatric Dentistry when my son was younger! I see little kiddos every time we visit now and they are all taken care of very well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: As a mom with a large family (nine kids that were seen!)finding a dental office that can handle us smoothly is very important. From the moment I called to schedule appointments, the staff was very respectful, helpful, and had excellent customer service. Coordinating appointments for that many children can be a lot, but they handled it with patience and professionalism. At first, I didn’t fully understand the referral process for certain dental services, especially with multiple children needing different things like additional dental work or braces. I ended up mixing up some of the referral cards for my kids. The only suggestion I would have is that it might help parents if each child left with a clear note explaining their specific referral or next step. That would make the process even smoother for large families. Even with that small confusion, the referrals went through for the children who needed additional work or braces, and everything was resolved without me having to make multiple trips back for more dental work. The dentist herself was very calm, organized, and professional, and the entire team works together extremely well. I actually loved how the staff communicates through their headsets — it reminded me of a smooth “in-and-out” system. Even with many kids being seen, the process moved quickly and efficiently. We were in and out without a long wait, which is a huge plus when you have several children with you. Although the office is about 30 minutes away and there are closer dentists near us, I will definitely continue coming here. Another thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness and organization of the office. Everything looked updated, spacious, and very well maintained. I also loved that I was able to go to the back with my kids and see how everything was run. The teamwork among the staff really shows. Fantastic experience: They were amazing! We had a dental emergency and they they fit us in right away and got the situation taken care of. I so appreciated their help! Update: I've since returned twice to their office, once for a significant dental procedure and again for cleanings and checkups for three of my children. At both appointments everyone was just amazing! They put my kids at ease, they put me at ease, everyone did a wonderful job and actually made going to the dentist a pleasant experience! This is definitely our dentist from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. De Vera meets your child where they are at, is gentle and patient, and takes time to answer all your questions. My daughter is now 2 and is growing comfortable with dentist appointments. I am so happy to have found a dentist who provides excellent care with compassion!

Fantastic experience: We've been going here with my 2 year old since his first appointment. The front desk people are always nice, we are never waiting around too long to be called back, and all the staff has been great! No issues at all. I'll continue to take my son here!

Negative experience: This dentist will never get another dime from me. Mom of 3 here and my youngest was having cavities filled. My oldest gets the flu and I have to find someone to watch him while I take the other. You think this new mom had any compassion for my situation? I called them to let them know the situation. She walked into the room and didn’t say a word to me and had an attitude the whole time while she was working in my son’s mouth. People may forget your name, but they will forget how you made them feel. Take your business elsewhere if you don’t want an ice queen.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly staff!! I had to reschedule my daughter’s appointment multiple times and they were extremely helpful & patient. Our appointment was quick and easy, this will be our new dentist from now on!

Fantastic experience: We went for our third visit today over a 1.5 year span and they’ve been consistent from day one. I LOVE that the wait is minimal and have been in and out within 20 minutes for our check ups. My child is 2 years old and have enjoyed our visits so far!

Fantastic experience: We had Vee as our hygienist and she was fantastic! It was my daughter’s first visit and she cleaned her babydolls teeth first. No tears! It was quick no wait and doctor wheeler was wonderful too. Happy to know these visits will be painless haha

Fantastic experience: They are so wonderful! My son has some sensory issues so he has a hard time laying on the table for them to look at his teeth. They were so patient with him. They let him stay in my lap while they looked at his teeth. They tried to get pictures of his teeth and when he was overstimulated, they immediately stopped. They worked with us so he felt comfortable and so he could enjoy the dentist experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my twin daughters to this pediatric dentist for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which is a must for kids who can get nervous about dentist visits. The dentist themselves is really knowledgeable and gentle, making sure the girls are comfortable throughout the entire process. What I appreciate most is how they explain everything in a way that's easy for kids to understand. My daughters, who are 7 (almost 8!), have actually started looking forward to their appointments. The office is also really clean and modern, which gives me peace of mind. They're definitely one of the best pediatric dentists in the area, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kid-friendly dentist.

My 3 kids have received care here for a couple years and we have only had good experiences. My youngest has autism and everyone here has been very patient and kind to him. They never rush and make sure he is comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My little boy needed a troubled tooth extracted immediately and Dr. Wheeler was able to work us in for a consult at the very last minute as a new patient. He, Dr. Josh, and all of the staff went out of their way to make my son and me comfortable. The procedure was scheduled first thing the next morning and my son was so happy to have his sore tooth gone and is no longer in pain. We will be seeing Dr. Wheeler from now on and are happy to recommend him and his practice to anyone. A+++

Fantastic experience: This is a great place. When I called to make the appointment I got a text to follow up on my call since I was not able to get a hold of someone right away. They were able to assist me via text. The day of the appointment I got all the forms for me to fill out. We arrived and everyone was very sweet and explained everything to my 4 year old. They were GREAT! We weren't expecting such a great atmosphere to make our kiddo feel as comfortable as she did.

Negative experience: This happens to my 8yr old son after normal dental work. They said it was normal and lied. They never took x-rays. I was told to go home. I got two opinions from pediatric board certified dentists after and they both said they have never seen this happen. Do not come here. Do not bring your kids.

Scheduling was smooth, we were seen right away, the office is clean and simple and perfect for young kiddos. Everyone made my son feel welcome, comfortable, and SPECIAL. This morning we drove by on the way to pre-k and he sang and pointed “the dentist! the dentist!” so, that’s a pretty solid review in itself ;) he’s already looking forward to his next visit.

Positive experience: Excellent service from the provider and the staff is super friendly! The only concern I have is that they do not give reminder calls before your appointment date so I have easily missed my two appointments due to mixing up dates and times! I guess I am spoiled by other institutions

Positive experience: Super sweet staff and doctor. But when i arrived front desk confirmed what insurance i had for my boys. Never told anything was wrong with my insurance or told my insurance was out of network. So My boys went back to do the routine dental exam. Went to checkout and that’s when the front desk proceeded to tell me that they are out of net work with my insurance. And i had to pay 135 for the visit. Mind you when i initially made appointment i asked if they were in network with my insurance i was told yes. Which is why i kept appointment. I feel i should’ve been told when i first arrived and would’ve kindly went somewhere else who was in network with my insurance. Instead my boys were brought back knowing they were out of network. Other than the incident with insurance the back staff and doctor made my boys feels super comfortable

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area and had our first visit today and I am SO impressed. Booking was super easy. I had both my toddlers (2 & 3) and I had originally asked for separate appointments, but they convinced me we would be fine with one. It was perfect. Checked in at front and went straight back. They had 2 hygienists booked and both kids were seen at the same time. As soon as the hygienist was done, the Dr. came immediately out. This was the most efficient, friendly appointment I’ve ever taken my kids to! So happy we found Champions Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to thank the front desk staff as well as the assistants and hygienists for always being so sweet and understanding . I was recommended by another pediatric dentists to see Dr.De Vera after my daughter had a bad experience somewhere else. At my daughters first apt with Dr.De Vera she was very thorough at explaining and answering any questions I had and was very gentle with my daughter . On the day of the procedure my daughter was put to sleep by the anesthesiologist Dr.Sherrell. The procedure went great and I felt very confident in who I had taking care of my child, which eased alot of my anxiety. I highly recommend Dr.De Vera , her staff , and Dr.Sherrell . I won’t take my children anywhere else !

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely AMAZING! We switched from Lovett Dental due to the crazy wait times of over an hour with an appointment, among other things. I brought my kids in for a regular 6 month cleaning and they were seen right after we checked in. When taken back, they had the movie, headphones and sunglasses ready for them. My kids would literally not stop raving and craving about how cool and much better Champions Pediatric Dentistry was and how they can not wait to go back! My son loved the pacman game they had in the lobby. I also noticed that the dentist was far more thorough with me and my daughter's ex rays when she noticed a tooth growing on top of another tooth. Something the last dentist did not catch. They were also much faster with the cleaning. They showed me a loose bracket on my son's braces. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone with children. We absolutely fell in love, felt cared for and will be customers for life.

Fantastic experience: I finally found the perfect pediatric dentistry that is actually AUTISM FRIENDLY. If you are a special needs parent you know how overwhelming and disappointing doctor visits are. This office exceeded my expectations! The response time was within minutes, I expressed my concerns and I was reassured all the way through the process. We were even able to tour the office so that my son could be comfortable and familiar with the atmosphere. We were offered the option of a private room or out in the open. They were so warm and inviting, my son felt so comfortable. They sang to him while cleaning his teeth and spoke to him during his entire experience. The doctor was very informative. All the staff were so amazing and relatable. Truly the best experience we’ve had by far.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care showed towards my daughter and myself. We haven’t had good experiences in the past so it’s nice that this is a judge free zone and the staff genuinely want to help. Everyone was so kind and explained every step In detail. My daughter left happy and said she had fun(which is surprising after a dentist visit) loved it!

Fantastic experience: Our family recently had to change dental providers due to change in insurance. A family member recommended this place. We made the appointments, we’re able to fill out forms online without having to retype same info for siblings. They sent text reminders for the appointments which was great. We were in and out of the appointments with my oldest two kids. They asked me about my concerns and then took the time to talk to my kids about their dental health and answered all questions. The office was clean and inviting. The staff was kind and treated my children well. I would definitely recommend.

When he cried they comforted him instead of just scaring him more. I will definitely be using them in the future for my kids.
