Fantastic experience: We visit the practice for a tooth extraction for my son. The staff was wonderful from the beginning. They explained the procedure very clear and office manager Sherita took her time and explained the costs to me, making sure I have no questions. Then the dental assistant Violeta took care of my son and prepared him for the procedure. She was calm and knowledgeable, which make my son very comfortable. When Dr Saood came , and started talking with my son , I knew everything will be fine. He took him time and told my son step by step what he was doing which was incredible helpful for us. We had an incredible experience at the dental office and I really recommend it.

Update Feb. 2020- my whole family goes here and my kids love going bc they feel so comfortable there. They walk right to the play area. Phyllis at the front is so sweet and amazing at working you in. Dr. Garza is fantastic, and so is Ovney- the dental hygienist. We moved but continue to drive to this area bc we LOVE them so much! Also Kylie was gentle during my cleaning with my sensitive teeth - much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bilal is an incredible and experienced clinician who I am glad I chose to be my treating dentist. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate that he takes the time to explain everything. I had x-rays taken and he explained to me that there were some early/incipient cavities that do not necessarily need treatment right now but we should keep an eye on them in the future, which I appreciated. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Bilal!!

Negative experience: They do not perform root canals in house and also don’t do dental cleanings on your first couple visits, unless they are able to bill a lot for it. They manage to bill the insurance for expensive teeth photography and X-rays though.

Dr. Garza is wonderful, professional, and perfect for children who may be a bit apprehensive. Dr. Garza also gave my daughter’s girl scout troop a tour and helped them earn a Girl Scout badge- very family friendly and a great place to go.

Negative experience: My family and I have been going to this practice for 3 years and have been satisfied with the care. Recently, I have started having severe dry mouth. I have been tested by a rheumatologist and have some abnormal labs. I wanted to have the dentist review my medications and assess how bad the dry mouth is. My optometrist feels that I could have Sjorgrens Syndrome because I also have dry eyes. I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone told me that the dentist would tell me to use Biotene. I told her I knew what to do for dry mouth and I wanted to discuss etiology with the dentist. She said, “ you can have an appointment, but she’s just going to tell you to use biotene.” I couldn’t get an appointment for over a month away. I told her never mind. A couple weeks later, I called the office to file a complaint and spoke with the office manager. She listened to my complaint and said she would tell the dentist. She DID NOT offer me an appointment. I have heard nothing from the dentist’s office. So, I guess these guys are ok if you just have basic stuff, but if it involves anything more than that, these folks will do absolutely nothing for you. They have lost my business.

They were very personable and made me feel at home like I’ve known them forever. They also taught me basic habits I should practice and what could happen if I don’t follow those best practices. They showed pictures and data on my specific issues which helped keep things in Lehman’s terms. I am very happy with my decision and hope future treatments continue to be as good as this one.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Wong for my first appointment. I had the best cleaning I have ever had, no painful gums afterwards. Second appointment was a temp crown & cavity filled. I really liked how Dr Wong told me what she was doing, asked my permission to file off a rough filling. She was wonderful. I highly recommend her. As for everyone else I encountered, they were as polite & as nice as could be. Very happy with both visits. My family already has appointments to see Dr Wong too.

Our family moved here from Michigan and we have been going to see Dr. Tina Minh Garza for three years now. She is amazing. She is thorough, polite and dedicated to excellent service. I recently required a crown . Dr Tina Minh Garza made the process as comfortable as I have ever experienced. She was insistent everything be to her high standards and I have a fantastic outcome. Throughout COVID, the office has implemented safety protocols that reassure me of my safety. If you are looking for excellent service and an environment that will put you at ease, make yourself a patient of Dr. Tina Minh Garza. You and your family will not regret it.
