Fantastic experience: After 12 years, I returned to Hill Dental Group to see Dr. Chumbley after my crown came off unexpectedly. It was as if no time had passed. Dr. Chumbley and his support staff immediately made me feel welcome, and the genuine connection we had years ago was still there. What impressed me most was Dr. Chumbley’s honesty and ethics. Another dentist had suggested I would likely need a root canal and a new crown. Dr. Chumbley took the time to examine the tooth thoroughly, obtained X-rays, and explained that the tooth was healthy and the crown was still in excellent condition. Instead of recommending unnecessary treatment, he simply recemented the crown and advised me to return for a comprehensive exam and cleaning. In today’s world, that kind of honesty is rare. On his website, Dr. Chumbley shares that he loves the Lord. As someone who met him 12 years ago and again today, I came away feeling that his compassion, integrity, and genuine concern for his patients reflect the values he professes. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and confident that I had found my dental home again. I highly recommend Dr. Chumbley and the entire team at Hill Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the Hill Dental Group since 1985. This group is the only Dentists for me and my family. I Highly recommend them every chance I get. When my wife and I started to see Dr. Hill, it was just her and I. Now, we have Dr. Hill and Dr. Chumbley that sees my wife and I, our four daughters and their husbands, and our 11 grandchildren. They are simply the best of the best.

Fantastic experience: My wonderful Pankey-trained dentist retired. I searched for another Pankey-trained dentist in Spring and found Dr. Heft at The Hill Dental Group. Just had my new patient exam and cleaning today. Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was nice — but more importantly — highly competent. I have thousands of dollars worth of dental work in my mouth and it’s critical to protect my investment with great dental professionals. Dr. Heft clearly knows her stuff. Her assistant, Jessica, is excellent. Kerry, the hygienist, did a thorough and careful cleaning. I can’t speak for the other dentists, but it’s a beautiful facility with modern technology. I would think you’d be in good hands with any of them. But I’ll be sticking with Dr. Heft.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Chumbley and his staff approximately one year ago. Approximately six months ago, I had a severe toothache, and they were able to see me rapidly. Dr. Chumbley gave me the proper treatment that I needed, and my toothache was gone within the week. I wanted a dentist that I can trust, and I have never felt pressured to do anything out of the ordinary at Dr. Chumbley‘s office.

Fantastic experience: Update: I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Chumbley called me today to address the way I was treated at his practice. He explained to me that since I was a patient last time that they had rectified the issue when they became aware of it. Thank you Dr. Chumbley. I am changing my rating because I cannot fault the doctors for the way I was treated if they took efforts to reach out and remediate the situation. I will be making an appointment back to Hill Dental. ****************************************** Please do not go to this dentist location. I was a patience for several years along with my 5 kids and husband. Doctors are great as well as the nurses however the office manager is not a great person. During my time as a patient sometimes they would ran late (sometimes 30-40 minutes) which is fine as I was willing to wait and I was loyal to them so I would usually just work it out if anything was ever to delay my appointment. However one day I was running late for my appointment and I called them and I let them know that I was late but when I got there they told me I was 17 minutes late and they could only take me in if I was 15 minutes late. The office manager went on and on about how I was just making the whole office late and how I just needed to make another appointment almost 2 month later etc. mind you this is after two days earlier I waited on them for 45 minutes bc they were running late. Well I left and found another provider. Then 1 years later the same office manager calls me to try and understand why I never went back. I told her if she didn’t remember how she was scolding me in front of her whole staff and her clients bc I was 2 minutes over the appointment and how she wanted me to wait over 2 months to reschedule my appointment and how badly she treated me. She said well I’ll just remove you and your family from our whole system then. Again no apology or not a care. Again, safe yourself going here bc if you ever have an issue you will be discarded like trash. The doctors are great though.

Fantastic experience: 1-30-2026 Had my teeth cleaned by Zil and then went to Dr Heft for a cavity. What an amazing experience again. I am so fortunate to be able to be treated with such professionalism. If you want the best experience and care ask for Dr Heft and Zil. You will not be disappointed. I have been going to Dr Heft for four years for dental work which included crowns, implants and cleaning. It has been the greatest experience. Dr Heft is a “Pro” and so is everyone else at the Hill Dental Group. Rachel did the cleaning today and it too was a great experience . You will not regret going to Dr Heft ever.
