Fantastic experience: Always get great service with Heather. I have been using the same dental office for cleanings and each time she does an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with everyone from the beginning! The whole team was genuinely so sweet and supportive. I had Dr.Burrows and honestly 10/10 experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better one. She was very gentle and understanding of my sensitivity. She was also accompanied by Kat who was very generous and helpful always checking to make sure I was in a comfortable environment. Anything I needed was attended to me. Paired with the duo was Riley who was excellent at explaining the breakdown in pricing and effective. All in all this was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this dental practice is great. From the reception desk to the technicians and of course Dr. Ghazal. She has a wonderful way of making me feel comfortable. As much as I friend as my dentist.

Negative experience: New patients, beware. This practice seemed more interested in maximizing insurance reimbursements and patient charges than providing necessary care. We were new to the area and needed to establish care with a new dentist. During my first visit, I was told I needed a deep cleaning and two fillings replaced, with an estimated cost of nearly $1,000. I explained that I couldn't afford to pay that all at once and asked if the treatment could be spread out over multiple visits. While replacing the fillings, the dentist told me they would likely need crowns and quoted me an even higher cost. I declined the crowns and proceeded with only the fillings and a partial cleaning. Before the fillings, I had no pain. Afterward, I experienced severe pain every time I ate. I was so uncomfortable with my experience that I chose not to return to have them evaluate the problem. Instead, I went back to my previous dentist, who discovered that the filling had only partially covered the tooth, which was causing my pain. After the filling was redone correctly, the pain disappeared completely. My husband also had a consultation and was told he needed a deep cleaning which was estimated to cost thousands of dollars. When he explained that he couldn't afford those treatments and simply wanted the basic cleaning covered by our insurance, he felt he was dismissed rather than offered other options. We were also concerned about the billing process. Once the office learned we had dual insurance coverage, they repeatedly attempted to bill both insurance companies, even though they had only performed limited treatment. We have never returned, and I feel it's important to share our experience so that other new patients can make an informed decision before choosing this practice.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I usually dread going to Dentist. I never thought I could have such an amazing experience , Ashley, Kathy, Emily, and Diana were all awesome and made me feel very welcome there. Dr Mulé did an amazing job with cleaning and fixing my teeth. Will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: "Hats Off" to Dr.Joe Mule and staff! These guys are THE BEST, and I give them an an absolute 5 out of 5 rating. They honestly couldn't have taken better care of me in any way. I was greeted by Riley, who very graciously heled me to fill out the forms I needed to fill out and did it with a sincere smile on her face. The x-ray gal did an outstanding job positioning me and got the pictures they needed the first time. Dr. Joe removed six teeth in preparation for my new dentures and I never had any pain when he pulled them. He kept me very informed and had my complete trust thru out the process. He checked and double checked that I had no pain, he genuinely cares! His assistants Ashley and Kathy made me feel like I was the only patient there, even brought me a nice cozy blanket to cover my legs. And this office was busy, but every one took the time for me. The financial gal (Diana) was the BEST! She gave me a great price with an unbeatable payment plan! I can't say how completely and totally happy and thankful I am to have found this knowledgeable, caring team! I absolutely could not be happier!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Menifee Dental office for the past 6 years and I always receive exceptional service and professionalism from Dr. Ngai and Arleen. I currently reside in the High Desert, but I gladly make the trip to Menifee, due to the outstanding customer service and respect. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with this dental office for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning. Upon arrival, the staff completed a series of examinations, X-rays, and evaluations, which were billed to my insurance. Afterward, I was brought into a consultation room where treatment recommendations were discussed, including plaque removal procedures and the extraction of a wisdom tooth. At that point, I was informed that none of the recommended treatment—or even the cleaning I originally scheduled—would be covered by my insurance and that all services would require out-of-pocket payment. I then provided a secondary insurance policy, and the office spent approximately 15 minutes attempting to verify coverage. What was most frustrating was that after completing the examinations and consultation, I was ultimately told that I could not receive the cleaning I had scheduled due to "liability" concerns related to their diagnosis and treatment recommendations. As a result, I spent nearly two hours in the office, had diagnostic procedures performed and billed to my insurance, and left without receiving the cleaning that was the purpose of my visit. The experience felt inefficient, poorly communicated, and focused more on identifying additional billable treatment than addressing the reason for my appointment. Patients deserve clear explanations regarding insurance coverage, treatment recommendations, and any limitations on care before investing significant time in an appointment. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and that my time had not been respected. The practice had built a strong reputation for professionalism, patient care, and trust for me in the past from what I could recall. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not reflect the standard of service I remember.

Ive never liked going to the dentist when i was little, ive come to this dentist for about 6-8 years now, and since then ive loved going to the dentist. They truly care for the comfort of their patients and walk through all information with you throughly, helping you to understand.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ngai is hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever had! I walked into the office in tears at the thought of getting dental work. I have a phobia of the dentist and today that was cured. Dr Ngai is the most gentle most thorough and thoughtful dentist I’ve ever had. I skipped the dentist for over 15 years due to a bad experience and a fear of the dentist but after today’s experience that is all gone. Fantastic experience: I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years. Irrational fear. From the first phone call to check on insurance coverage with Riley until I walked out the door, I was treated so kindly. Dr Burrowes was reassuring and took her time with me. The assistants, Cari, Luis, and Kathy did a great job. Cynthia, Healthcare coordinator, helped with getting my insurance to lower the cost of possible. I used to go to another office in Menifee, but after my previous doctor left I kind of fell out of the routine of going to the dentist. This visit honestly helped get me back on track. Dr. Burrowes made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to really educate me about my oral health. Even when discussing something like a possible extraction, she explained everything in a calm and informative way that made the situation much less stressful. The whole team was amazing. Rafael, her main assistant, was very professional and welcoming. Ashley did my X-rays and was incredible at helping me stay calm even with my gag reflex. Ian, the RDH, did my deep cleaning and made the whole experience surprisingly easy — I’ve never felt that relaxed during a deep cleaning before. He also helped me understand why it’s important to stay consistent with my cleanings and checkups. Diana, the Treatment Coordinator, was also very helpful when going over everything financially. She clearly explained the costs for my treatment and cleaning, how my insurance applied, and walked me through the payment plan options so everything made sense and felt manageable. Scheduling was also very smooth. From the moment you walk in, Riley at the front desk really sets the tone and makes you feel taken care of. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I’m really glad I came here. Pia is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. She provides clear education on proper oral hygiene and offers specific strategies to improve my daily dental care routine. Her explanations make it easy to understand how to better care for my teeth and gums. Dr. Mule is equally meticulous and thoughtful in his approach. He explains findings and recommendations clearly, which gives me confidence in both my treatment plan and long-term dental health. Thanks to their guidance, I now have a much better understanding of how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.

Fantastic experience: I experience at Menifee DENTAL has been very extensive and difficult due to having multiple teeth pulled and trying to wear a partial has not been easy. I was about to give up when Marcus came in and said that he was willing to help me as long as it took to get me comfortable and able to be out in public with actual teeth in my mouth. Fantastic experience: I contacted the office regarding complications from a prior root canal, and they accommodated me the very next day. Dr. Ngai utilized a 3D scan to identify a hidden root-tip infection that my previous dentist missed. The intervention was rapid and precise. For the first time in four years, I am entirely free of the chronic facial pressure and pain caused by the initial failed procedure and missed infection. The entire clinic operates at a fast-paced, yet exceptional level of quality. Dr. Ngai is efficient, attentive, and clearly explains preventative care—rather than just treating the immediate symptom. Pia, the hygienist, provided highly practical protocols for ongoing maintenance. The assisting team—Kat, Emily, Heather, and those whose names I did not catch—were thoroughly professional and ensured a seamless experience.

Fantastic experience: 1st time patient, changing doctors due to geography. I was professionally received at the front office by Riley. He was extremely efficient and handled the administrative duties with precision. I was later assisted by a DA gentleman named Raphael. Again, Raphael like Riley communicated in a very professional manner with clear and concise understanding of what services were being administered and why. I then met Dr. Alaina Burrowes. She is well poised and displayed excellent communication and patience with me to understand my experiences and concerns. Her profound professionalism and excellent communication ensured that I understood everything that was diagnosed, and had with a plan for treatment as needed that aligned with my previous experience. I had cleaning services performed by Jullise, whilo was very professional in manner, communication, and over all care. Another reason, I am happy that I am a patient here. I actually look forward to visits vs having anxiety over them. Overall. I feel I am in more than capable hands with this team. They are a top notch group with a supporting cast of dedicated professionals that are second to none. I would highly recommend this dental group of you are looking for great service with an extremely professional and clear communicative staff.
