Negative experience: I had previously posted a great review raving about my first impression of this dental practice. I have zero complaints about the staff, they are all very warm, friendly and professional. The office is very clean and welcoming, I love to give credit where it's due. With that being said, what upsets me very much is the hot temperature in the office, I cannot believe they have my friends there working in these conditions. There is a heatwave going on and they have not fixed their AC for at least weeks because the last time I went to take my daughter for a cleaning the AC was also not working properly. I came in for back to back appointments this week and noticed some of the staff was red, lethargic and looked visibly overheated. Another had a rash on their hand from being sweaty under their gloves. These are unsafe conditions for people to be working and also for the elderly patients. Shame on the management for not taking care of their patients and staff who have to be there all day. I walked out of the office and it was almost the same temperature as inside the building. I don't mean to complain but hopefully this will motivate whoever is in charge to take better care of their patients and staff.

Negative experience: Updated Review: The company’s response to my review is inaccurate. This was the first dental office I visited regarding this procedure, and I ultimately scheduled and completed treatment with a different provider, Marketplace Dental. I have also attached a copy of the treatment estimate/receipt for reference, as the company claims they provided multiple pricing options and reduced the cost of treatment by hundreds of dollars. The documentation clearly shows that no such reduction was provided. My purpose in posting this review is not to criticize unnecessarily, but to ensure that others have accurate information when making decisions about their dental care. Based on my experience, I believe patients should carefully verify any pricing and treatment costs before proceeding with this company. Original Review: Complete waste of time. Found them through my insurance portal and during my visit they informed me that I needed my wisdom teeth removed. I asked them about my insurance coverage and they told me my insurance would only cover around $250. They did not offer me any additional ways to lower the cost for the procedure, they tried upcharging me not even giving me the option to elect for things like a lower cost anesthesia (they automatically charged me for the highest one and did not inform me there were other options). Went somewhere else and they immediately told me the cost that my insurance would cover as well as all my options related to lowering the price for service. Waste of time and they will charge you more without even offering other options

Fantastic experience: I typically hate going to the dentist but I will say my experience at this dental office has been great thus far and I’ve had anywhere from a root canal done too, even a tooth pulled. The dentist does great work and I’ve been to enough dentists to know the difference! But he also has truly the best staff. Jay at the front desk is always SOO nice and friendly plus accommodating with my crazy work schedule … she also is extremely knowledgeable with my insurance so she makes sure i never pay a dollar more than I’m supposed to and that goes a long way in my book! His assistants Lori, Thomas, and Maribell are truly the best as well. Maribell made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain the entire time and always checking in with me. Even when I had a bad taste in my mouth she made sure I got mouth wash to rinse and brought me a water to drink making sure I was good and comfortable. It’s one thing for someone to do their job but I could really feel that she cared which made me feel comfortable! Lastly I thought it was super cool of Thomas to strike up a personal conversation with me while he was getting my temporary implants ready! Really helped me take my mind off of the fact that I was at the dentist. Plus my temporary implants came out great … they feel great and look great one could say he’s even an artist with his craft! Truly I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. 10 out of 10 for me!

Fantastic experience: Came here because I was having extremely bad tooth pain which caused my face to swell, called this office on a Sunday they got me scheduled for the following day… the day of my appointment they reached out because they had something sooner I took it came in everyone from the front staff to the techs and doctor were super sweet and patient they helped me with my issues the same day I did not have to come back. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. They do everything in the same office! I needed a root canal on back tooth that was infected and had no idea that was what was making me have severe sinus issues for the last couple years. Other dentist offices in the area wanted to send me to specialists that we’re gonna take two weeks to see and I need to take care of the infection immediately. Marie got me in within two days with the specialist they have on site . There is no need to be sent out to a specialist and incur extra charges at this office.They work with you on pricing if you don’t have insurance. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Angie is a great dental assistant. Definitely will be coming back for some cosmetic work. Doctor Kassir did an amazing job on my root canal and saving my tooth.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had any work done yet, I came here to get information on a future implant for one of my teeth. After the dentist was done examining my teeth I heard him tell the assistant that I would need a regular cleaning. I stopped and asked excuse me can I ask you a question did I hear you say regular cleaning? He said yes I told him that’s interesting because my dentist appointment on Monday with a different dentist at a different location told me that I would need 2 deep cleanings with each cleaning costing $500. He said I did not need that that my teeth are healthy, which I absolutely agree with the only issue I have is my one tooth where I was a kid when I got a cavity and it has followed me in my entire life. Hearing that confirmation was great because I have always thought my teeth except for this one, have been in great shape because I enjoy flossing and brushing my teeth. Since then, I have upgraded my insurance to an insurance that this Office takes and I’m going to be waiting to switch dental offices. The staff were all very kind and very interactive with me and my daughter. I got the answers I needed regarding my implant. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My daughter referred this dentist office to me. Immediately arriving, I was greeted by the front desk personal with smiles and friendliness. Once back in the chair, the dental assistant was so kind as well. The Dr came in and drained my infection for me to relieve the pain. Their prices are reasonable unlike other offices or are charging atrocious costs. I highly recommend this office!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Elsinore Smiles on sort of a last minute decision because my primary dentist wouldn’t see me until a week from when I called and I was in too much pain and Elsinore Smiles were so kind enough to find a space for me even though they were booked! The whole experience has far exceeded any dentist I have ever been! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the dentists and dental assistants as well! As someone who has major dentist anxiety, I felt super welcomed and relaxed and like I was in good hands. Fantastic experience: I was going to another local dentist prior but they stopped taking my insurance. I have Delta which is super popular and great so I was surprised. I was in the middle of treatment so trying to find a new dentist was disappointing stressful. After researching I came across Lake Elsinore smiles. I went in just for new X-rays and hopes to start a new treatment plan. Wasn’t expecting much. They blew me away!!!! All the staff were exceptional. I ended up get work done same day! They were straightforward and I didn’t feel like I was pressured. They explained everything and together we made a plan. Definitely having the rest of my family come here next.

Fantastic experience: I went in without an appointment that was scheduled for later in the day! Woke up with my face all swollen and they got me right in! They were able to start a root canal process and left me feeling no pain when I left! Positive experience: Not so good! After a 20 month transition from active duty military and more than a year and a half without a cleaning or dental care - I got a polish only. I was told my cleaning would be taken care of on the initial visit & when addressed, I received the quickest cleaning ever. I'm willing to pay out of pocket for my dental hygiene because it's that important to me. Also, I chipped my tooth four days prior to my visit & requested it to be fixed but any authorization has to be approved which can take up to 2-3 weeks. Again, I'm willing to pay out of pocket to not have this chipped tooth scratching my tounge every time I rub it across my tooth. Hope Ur 1ST experience is better than mine. Lastly, if Ur a Dental Doctor, please give Ur patients the choice if they want veneers or not, don't just say "what we're doing" there are people who prefer to be natural as possible.
