Booking is seamless, their text and call reminders are super convenient, and they consistently start appointments right on time. ​A special shoutout to Cici—she's an amazing dental hygienist who is friendly, thorough, and fast. Even though I live in Temecula, the 30-minute drive is 100% worth it for this level of care!

Fantastic experience: Clean office and friendly staff. They always have a smile on their face when you walk in. I’ve seen many of their hygienists for my cleanings and always feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Jay has been my go to for most of my cleanings. He answers all my questions to help me understand what I may be feeling during my cleanings and listens to any concern I may have no matter how big or small it is.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Dr. Romero Shu since 2022, and it’s been such a great experience. I came in feeling really vulnerable and honestly a bit scared of the dentist, but from day one I was treated with nothing but respect and given the privacy I’d always wanted in a dental office. All of the dental hygienists are patient and kind, and they truly listen to your concerns (shout out to Jay!). Dr. Shu himself is amazing. He walks you through multiple options and never pressures you into procedures you don’t actually need, which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other dental offices. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will be taken care of here, and you won’t regret coming.

The staff was so welcoming and the hygienist was so warm and made me feel super comfortable. The dentist truly cared about my concerns and went over my options clearly and with precision. He is very knowledgeable, patient and ensured I felt no pain at any time. I had some crowns replaced on and they were able to make the crown the same day instead of a temporary! Even my hygienist was amazing during my teeth cleaning. The office is very clean and the staff are all so welcoming and kind. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else.

They are all friendly and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to assure that you are properly treated. The front office ladies are cordial and always helpful, the dental hygienists are excellent at their jobs and keep your teeth healthy as well. Dr. Romero-Shu is very personable and knowledgeable and works with you to assure that any problems with your teeth are treated and resolved immediately. His dental staff assures that dental care and devices are exactly what is needed for you. The office works as a well-tuned machine because they stay together and coordinate their skills to ensure that your teeth and smile are the best.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Had a abscess tooth and they took me in right away. This is the only dentist I will go to. They even have days where they open at 7am, which allows me to go to work afterwards. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I respect and appreciate the top notch treatment that I get from , doctor Romero-Chu. He is an excellent dentist that is striving to do the best for his patients. I have recommended Jay as my dental hygienist many times. He is very kind and thorough and takes good care of everyone including me. I forgot the other hygienist name, but she is very good also. Yevett is great in the front office and will work with you with insurance or cash. You will not be disappointed with this office or Dr. Romero-Chu.
