Fantastic experience: I really like everyone there .the lady's at the front desk are very nice ..but I love dr Algahuri he makes me so comfortable and talks to you .keeps you calm. Even his assistant very nice people .I would recommend him ..I get very nervous with denist but I really like this place .

Fantastic experience: I called the Stellar Dental Office on Union Road and asked if I could move my appointment up one month. The office clerk looked at the schedule and explained that she did not have any openings. I asked to thst I be added to a call list if a cancellation occured. Fifteen minutes later I was called about a cancellation the next day. Dr. Bailey and his team were very professional and thorough. The team explained everything to me before it was done which calmed my nerves. I had the benefit of also having a new team member, Kaitlyn, on the team to observe. Additional information during the procedure was provided to Kaitlyn for training purposes but it also helped me better understand what was happening in my mouth. My overall experience was as pleasant as a dental procedure can be.

Fantastic experience: I cracked a molar on Wednesday. Called around for someone that could get me in immediately that takes my insurance. Their first opening was Saturday morning, I grabbed it. The girl at the counter ( forgot her name) was very welcoming, answered all of my questions about policy and pricing. Jill, the Hygienist grabbed me soon after. X-rays and the poking around for pockets followed. She said I was in really good shape ( besides the chip and she said that wasn’t bad, either). Said I could have cleaning today. Yes! She was very professional and personable, making for a great visit! The Dentist came in ( forgot his name too) poked around and gave me my options for treatment. Good visit. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I got fillings done with Dr. Bailey and assistant DK, they were incredibly nice and explained every single step. I’ve had some bad experiences with previous dentists and was so nervous going into this appointment, but right off the bat DK was very good in making me feel better and less anxious. And Dr. Bailey did the fillings quick, simple and painless. Definitely recommend this duo.

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero stars. Took my autistic 13 yr old son her for 2 fillings. They said the insurance wouldn't cover the laughing gas so he either had to just have the lidacane shots or I had to pay $175 for the gas. I asked for just the shots and the dentist was not willing to go ahead with the procedure unless i paid for the gas so I did because i was made to feel I didn't have a choice, which did absolutely nothing to calm him down. So she wasn't able to complete what he needed done just for her to tell me after the fact that sometimes it doesn't work on everyone. Why wouldn't they disclose that before hand so I could had made other arrangements or found a dentist that sedates... So was forced to pay $175 for something that didn't even work.. people are struggling and this is what you do? DO BETTER!

Negative experience: Showed up at not so stellar dental today for an appointment and was informed that since I haven’t had X-rays in 2 years that if I did not get X-rays the “doctor” said I am not to have my scheduled teeth cleaning. Clearly they have a “doctor” that prefers to force people to do what he wants! Wont be going back, im sure my self pay cash is good somewhere else!

Negative experience: This place is super nasty with behavior and stuff serving. Appointment was 2:30 I confirmed it 2 to 4 times by message and phone calls. Before the date come out they called again said your appointment changed to 2:00. I came here by leaving all my important appointments and work before 2 now they say your appointment at 2:30.

Fantastic experience: I was called within five minutes of my checkin. I Was there to have my tooth prepped, and a mold of my future crown made. The Dental hygienist assistant Danita was great letting me know what the steps were next. She consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable and OK. Everything is going well hopefully once my crown arrives things will continue to go smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the thoroughness and gentleness of the dental hygienist with my granddaughters xrays, exam and cleaning. No fear, no pain, and simple explanation of what was going on and what was to happen next. My granddaughter expressed her delight at the results and wanting all future appointments to be made with the same hygienist.

Negative experience: Told the office I was running 5 minutes late and they said to come in but when I showed up with both my kids, they checked with the doctor and said doctors can’t see the kids today. Kids missed school and I had to miss work. The receptionist was rude about the situation as well. Very unprofessional. They need to be more welcoming and speak nicer, specifically front of little kids.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for my child for 10:40 AM a day prior and confirmed the time before hanging up. Upon my arrival, I was informed that their appointment was scheduled for 10:20 AM. Consequently, my children missed school, and we missed our work time. As a result, we will be seeking alternative practice.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience. The Check in Receptionist was very cordial and friendly and the hygienist Amir is a very nice young man. Very gentle with cleaning my teeth and very informative. Again, it was a great experience.

Heather was so caring and gentle while brushing and counting her teeth and Dr Tiffany was actually able to examine her! Didn't think it was possible, they did an amazing job!

Negative experience: If your child has anxiety/ fear of the dentist DO NOT take your child here! My daughter was seen by a very mean and rude dentist. He knew she had anxiety and treated her terribly. Eventually throwing down his tools and said he can’t do it and walked out. We will not be returning here.

Fantastic experience: I had a cleaning appointment on dated 07/09/2025 & Miss. Awra did the wonderful job. She is professional. She did an amazing and gentle job with cleaning my teeth. I hope she is there for my next appointment. Also doctor was very nice & helpful. 07/28/2025 ROOT CANAL. --------------------------------------------- I had the most pleasant experience one could have with a Root canal because of Dr. Reinlander and dental assistant Durwesh. They were very professional but also down to earth and relatable. I highly recommend this fantastic team if you ever need dental Root Canal. I am very happy with the job they have done. Dental assistant Durwesh explained everything what I needed to know prior to procedure as if he is a Doctor or a great YouTube vlogger. He is fantastic. Dr. Reinlander completed the root canal work very efficiently, explaining what she was going to do before each step, her sincerity and care were evident in her work. Doctor has magic in her hand, an expert experienced great doctor. She is amazing. Every time I go into Stellar, the front desk is kind, helpful and courteous. In my visit I was greeted with smiley face and upbeat attitudes. ---------------------------- 11/06/2025 Deep dental cleaning. ------------------------- Hygienist "Arwa" did a wonderful job on my deep dental cleaning. She is sincere, caring, knowledgeable super professional. She deserve more than five star.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Stellar for about 5 years now and the staff has always been kind and helpful as well as the dentists and hygienists. I will continue to go there and have recommended them to others as well.

Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment scheduled today for 2 PM. Her school couldn’t find her for over 15 minutes so I called the office at 1:47 to let them know I may be a few minutes late. The guy told me as long as I’m here before 2:10 it would be fine. We arrived to the office at 2:05 PM. The receptionist was talking to an upset patient while my daughter and I were standing there waiting to check in. After she was done with him she asked for my daughter’s name and had me sign forms and instructed us to have a seat. After 10 minutes she called us up and asked when she last ate. My daughter ate a slice of pizza 30 minutes prior at lunch because she forgot so she wasn’t able to have the laughing gas. I asked if she was able to have the procedure without the laughing gas and the receptionist was very snarky and said well you came in at 2:09 and it’s 2:20 now so there’s nothing we can do for you you’ll have to reschedule. Um no. I came in at 2:05 and I was on the phone with my daughter’s father while I was driving and hung up with him in the lobby. The call started at 1:59 and lasted 6 minutes. She was like no you came in at 2:09 and you should’ve been here 10 minutes early. It is not my fault her school couldn’t locate her which is why I gave the office a heads up. I asked if they have cameras that show me coming in at 2:09 and again in a very snarky tone she said yes I do and I saw you on them coming in at 2:09. So I asked her if her clock was 5 minutes ahead because what??? She may have checked me in at 2:09 because she was dealing with an upset patient and I see why he was upset. However, that’s not my fault nor does it negate the FACT that I walked in and was standing at her desk at 2:05. According to another receptionist she is new, which was obvious, but the customer service and attitudes were horrible. One of the receptionists was telling her not to argue with me and keep her cool??? Um I’m not arguing. You can’t tell me what time I walked in when I literally have proof. I requested to withdraw both of my daughters and a different receptionist had to step in to ensure all releases were signed because the snarky receptionist wanted to just mark them as inactive and print their records. Had she not stepped in to assist I would’ve had to come back and waste gas to sign which is unacceptable. I didn’t withdraw them because she wasn’t able to have her procedure done due to eating. I withdrew them both because I don’t tolerate disrespect. There are plenty of other pediatric dentists available in the area. I’m not giving any money to businesses that lie to/on their patients and treat them without respect. Especially when we had to wait almost an hour for them to start their cleanings at their last appointments. If you want to talk about time management we can start there. Do better.

Negative experience: Me and my husband has cleaning appoinment . They said we have back to back cleaning 8:10 is my schedule but after me my husband still waiting we wait 1h and 30 mins. Its a waste of time. He just start cleaning at 10:03 this is crazy.

Fantastic experience: I recently had multiple extractions, performed by Dr. Rhinelander. She was professional, explaining each step as she went along, and there were no complications. She gave postoperative medications that have kept my discomfort to a minimum. Her Dental Assistant, DK, was very professional as well. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and prepared. An overall great experience.

Negative experience: I had a appointment here and i went, they did everything normally, they put the gel on my gum and gave me the shot for numbness and everything. They made me wait 1-2 hours and said the doctor couldn't make it. And my son had an appointment today and he had to miss a exam to get to the appointment but they said the docter couldn't do the filling in time. And i was there at the office telling them my son is coming but when he came they said the docter couldn't do the filing in time. And they only understand their problems not ours. i would give a 0 star if i could. They also cancel my appointments very often, they canceled it so much my insurance refused to pay for it and i had to appeal it.

Negative experience: They only understand their problems not ours. My son had to come from school, missing a class, and the school took longer and we informed them about it and we were 10 minutes late only and they cancelled the appointment. They don’t understand our problems. And my wife had an appointment one day and they put medication and everything and made her wait 1-2 hours and cancelled her appointment. I’d rate it less if I could.

Fantastic experience: They receptionist are all very nice and the dentist are the same. My daughter who is 5 had her first appointment, and she loved it. She was not scared. Her dentist was amazing. Great place to go.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience today at the Union location. After spending five days going back and forth with another office while dealing with extreme tooth pain, I finally called Union—and the difference was incredible. From the kind person who answered the phone and booked me an appointment within the hour, to the outstanding dental assistant, DK, who reassured me that they would relieve my pain quickly and eased my anxiety about having a tooth pulled, the care was exceptional. DK walked me through every step, explained aftercare thoroughly, and checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable and had no questions. Dr. Reinlander was equally amazing. She clearly explained the issue, went over my options, and fully respected my decision. The extraction itself was done with such ease and skill that I felt little to no discomfort—something I never thought possible. What also stood out was the compassion and lack of judgment from everyone I encountered. I left not only pain-free but truly grateful. I will absolutely return to Dr. Reinlander for future treatments whenever possible, and I highly recommend the Union location to anyone in need of dental care.

Fantastic experience: From scheduling to check in, to pre authorization and to communication with me, FANTASTIC . A Procedure was needed and they Explained the process all the way to completion. They Called the next day to check on me and see if I had any concerns. 100% confortable and recommend!

Negative experience: Left in more pain then when I went , after having to get a filling that they didn’t do right fixed, came in to get it chipped and was in more pain. Couldn’t eat or breath without pain

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing pain. They got me in quickly to figure out what was going on. I needed a root canal, my worse fear. It was painless and thorough. Went home pain free.

Positive experience: Compliments to my Dentist, she explained everything step by step ,very reassuring. But good thing I let them know that I needed a mouth piece and that I always need extra numbing . Her her helper was sloppy. When I had a my first visit there the hygienist did everything that that she was supposed to,including protecting my personal space. Kiddos to her too.

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero stars. My son was neglected during his appointment. He was scared, needed reassurance, and to be shown he was good and safe. Instead he was given a poor excuse for a cleaning, neglected xrays, and no dental plan. His twin sister, was treated great during her appointment, however when asking questions I was treated very poorly for wanting to know what was being put in my child’s mouth. She then asked for a prize with the other kids at the treasure chest, and was ignored by several adults. One even made the Conscious decision to TURN the chest away and let another child pick a prize. How disgusting. I am saddened this was our experience and at the end, both my children were treated so poorly.

Fantastic experience: I cannot remember the lady who had my son but she was amazing! My son was so shy and scared and she handled it so well, she gave him a few minutes and was very patient! The staff there is so nice, it was very clean, etc.

Negative experience: Needed an emergency extraction I was in a lot of pain. Was told to come back in a week because the doctor only specializes on Crowns and Fillings. Sent me home with nothing for pain only lame excuses such as his wrist being to limp to do extractions heh Do Not Book with these useless people with useless degree totaly unqualified and unexpereinced.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist and dentist were amazing with my autistic son. Their patience and bedside manner were top notch. This place really has come a long way and I am very impressed.

Negative experience: Worst dental ever they make me wait 50 minutes in waiting area because miscommunication between the appointment desk and the doctor in the back and that's for consultation only also my daughter second appointment is in 6 months so she have to live with the pain in her teeth and eat in one side only for 6 months I will definitely look for a different office I am done with thouse guys.

Negative experience: Absolute worst customer service everyone is so rude had a dentist clean my teeth and she was all pissed like girl for what? She rubbing the floss against my teeth so hard all my tooth are soar I can’t even eat. The front desk ladies are okay but the staff like the dentist are dosgustign and disrespectful do not recommend

Negative experience: After waiting 20+ mins late to be called for my routine cleaning I finally went in and was told I now needed a "letter" in my file because I had a knee replacement. Well it was my 2nd replacement and it was post 2 yrs! But she said I had to have it. Rules have changed I was told. Well I wanted to know why the people taking aptmts didn't ask me for one? I specifically told them that's the reason I didn't come in right away. You'd think they'd pick up on that but nope. So I'm sure when I see the bill after my insurance kicks in it'll be ridiculously high. And I never got my teeth cleaned. I had 1 x-ray after another and then the dentist came in so he could charge my insurance too! What a waste of 2+ hours!

Fantastic experience: If you need a root canal go see Dr. Vlad (hope I spelled that right) he’s will make sure you fully understand it and are comfortable during it. Was quick and smooth and felt nothing during it.

Negative experience: I wanna rate them 0 star. I had an emergency appointment because of my wisdom teeth pain. They examined me and told me to remove my tooth but they cant do it so they will refer me to some other dentist. They told me they will contact me through email or somehow. And thats all. Never heard from them ever again. So i dont think they took me seriously. That was my experience.

Negative experience: I should give no star. Very disappointed. I made a dental appointment for my mom and had to cancel . Because of my mom heart issue. So they are scheduled again and my mom ended up in hospital .Now they band me from making any appointments for my mom. Great business they don't care about people just making money. Make sure your healthy or not dying before making a appointment.

Fantastic experience: Went in for two fillings. From the minute I went back it took just under 15 minutes. Painless and quick, looks and feels great.

Negative experience: They have a hygienist (Ellie) who is amazing. When I called to schedule a cleaning I was told I am considered a new patient even though I've been to Stellar many times but not during the pandemic. They told me they don't take on new patients with my insurance. When I offered to pay out of pocket they said they can't because they have to bill insurance. So to sum up; I can't pay out of pocket because I have insurance. But they won't take my insurance because I'm a 'new patient'. But I'm not a new patient, I went there for at least 8yrs. Makes perfect sense! The other issue is that Stellar pushes unnecessary X-rays very hard. X-rays carry a small increased risk of brain cancer and I avoid taking them if there is no active dental issues. They will send in the doctor to yell at you and try to scare you into getting them done and make you sign waivers to skip the X-rays after every cleaning. It's very annoying to have to defend your health when dealing with a provider who's only interest is billing your insurance for unnecessary and risky procedures. So Stellar Dental puts profit above patients but if you can see Ellie at Union Rd. it might be worth dealing with the hassles. She's the best hygienist I've ever had. Fast, thorough and yet somehow gentle.

Negative experience: Pulled teeth that were still good. Under A female name,was A young guy that had to numb me 4 times. Never did grafting, nor stitches. I was with open sockets. Vlad stated "I'm not sure why he did this" Why is the female name on my dental records?

Fantastic experience: Another Stellar cleaning appointment today 5/1/2024 with Serena. She is a recent graduate from ECC. She did an amazing and gentle job with cleaning my teeth. I hope she is there for my next appointment. I had a Stellar appointment with Dr. G and DA Sarah. Professional, Pleasant, very calming and relaxed. KUDOS! I had a cleaning appointment on 1/31/2024 another great experience The dental assistant Serena was gentle and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this practice, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, and dentist! They are all amazing. My daughter had a horrible experience with a dentist I was nervous she would have a hard time but it was the complete opposite she’s so comfortable and relaxed!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient @ the Sheridan Drive location of Stellar Dental for many years now... Since coming there I got to know Lisa & she's been a life saver for me... Anytime I have a question or whatever, Lisa has me covered, & she goes out of her way to help & accommodate me... Your company is very fortunate to have an employee like her... I'm sure this company is aware of this "Stellar" employee...

Negative experience: Terrible, terrible, terrible experience at Steller dental! My child’s cap came off awhile back and he recently started complaining of tooth pain so I called to get him in for an emergency appointment. I had to pull him from school because they had a same day opening at 11:30am. Took him in to sit in the waiting room for 45 min. Finally got called back and the dentist took a look and said “the tooth looks stable, no changes since last time he was here” mind you his last visit was 8 months prior and I was unsure how she could determine there were no changes without taking X-rays. Then I was told that they don’t have time to replace the cap because they have another patient (as if my sons issue at hand didn’t matter) . Now I’m wondering what was the point of getting him from school and even coming in? Nothing was done. Then I’m informed that she is going out on leave in June and they have nothing available, so we’re put on the cancelation list. I asked the hygienist if they were open on the weekends at all and instead of a simple no, she laughed and said “no we all have kids and families most pediatric dentists are only open 4 days a week (I thought to myself weird because UPD is open 6 days a week and I also have kids and a family and I work every other weekend being in the medical field. I miss Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter etc. to take care of the sick) I just found the comment unnecessary. Anyways, fast forward to the next two days. It’s now the weekend and my 7 year old is crying in tooth pain and living off Tylenol until we can get him seen again. I call Sunday and leave a message that I have to get him in asap because he is still having this pain. I Keep him home from school Monday morning thinking they would get him in. I’m told the dentist isn’t in, hmm on a Monday. Ok I spoke to a Ranee and she offered me an appointment a MONTH out!!!!!!!!!!! My child is having dental pain and you’re going to offer me an appointment a month out? That’s the best they could do? She was so nasty and unprofessional. Kept talking over me. Stating “idk what you want me to do, do you want the appointment? do you want to cancel future appointment? Do you want me to email his X-rays somewhere? Talking to me very condescending. I told her she can cancel future appointments and email me the X-rays. I was furious. How are you not going to treat a child’s tooth pain and waste my time bringing him in to do nothing about the issue at hand. We received NO apology and were shown NO compassion. A simple X-ray would have show you that his other tooth is coming thru and that’s what’s causing him pain. 23 minutes at university of pediatric dentistry is all it took for X-rays and for a filling where the cap was to solve the issue at hand. Shame on you Steller Dental for leaving a child in pain.

Negative experience: We were not pleased with the communication provided to us nor were we given an appointment for a child in pain for less than a three month wait time.

Fantastic experience: My dental assistant Kayla was wonderful today! She was so sweet & kind & explained things to me in such a nice way. She is a huge asset to this office. Overall everyone at this office is great! The receptionists are very friendly & helpful. I had awful dental phobia & I say "had" becuz I now don't have that feeling of "how bad are they going to hurt me" when I schedule an appt. They're gentle & knowledge. I'm very happy with not only the staff at this office but the dental care I've received.

Negative experience: I was in this location last month for a nerve treatment on molar tooth after my insurance approved it…. The doctor was digging in my tooth in the middle of the work she was nervous and pushing to hard she couldn’t do the job and she is very rude…. at the end she told me I have to see the specialist after making a hole in my tooth…… I was very disappointed now I feel pain every day and I have to wait couple month to see specialist….. If you cannot finish the job don’t start it !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Had to schedule an emergency pediatric dental visit this morning and Stellar was the only office to come through. Fit us in this morning, even. Very lovely staff, cartoons on screens, fun vinyl on the walls. Easy check in, no wait. My son chose a strawberry-flavored nitrous oxide “nose” and was treated well by all. Pulled tooth in a tooth fairy box and a bouncy ball prize. Thank you, Stellar. Happy patient and mom, here! What a relief.

Fantastic experience: My child had some apprehension, but I am grateful for the skilled and gentle reaction to the fears and for verbal details and encouragement that helped my child feel more secure. Thank you to the dental assistant and the dentist for such great care!
