Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of being at the dentist but this is an incredible place. Everyone there is awesome, especially Lisa who is phenomenal. She is always concerned about your comfort, which to me is amazing. She really must love her job. I’m happy to have her as my go- to.

Negative experience: Most of their earlier work was fine. Except they tried to fill a cavity that was on the side of one tooth by having the filling attached to that tooth AND the tooth next to it. This filling felt weird and of course it fell out after about 2 months. Fillings don't just fall out on me. I still had Fillings in my mouth from teenage until they were replaced with plastic ones when I was about 50. And those Fillings are all still fine at 67. They screwed up on that one and to add insult to injury they didn't handle it right away but booked me another appointment about 6 weeks later expecting me to put up with chewing only on the other side of my jaw for all that time. Of course I went to another dentist who fixed it right away. I only gave these guys a 2 to acknowledge that the rest of their work seems okay.

I wanto to give high praise to Andrea as well as Dr Vossler ,as being very professional and listening patiently as today was my 3rd visit to have my new partial adjusted. We are about 90 to 95 percent there after Andrea took care of my concerns today.Since I have been going to Bflo Dental I have been more relaxed than ever because of all the associated there. From answering there phones and making appts etc it has been a great experience. High praises for Dr. Vossler,Andrea and Michelle who I see every 6 months for cleaning. A great staff!! Fantastic experience: This was an appointment to have a cavity filled. As usual, everyone was pleasant and professional. Topical anesthesia was effective so I didn’t feel the needle for the regular anesthetic. The entire procedure took less than 15 minutes. All good!

Fantastic experience: I broke my front tooth. Shannon was able to get me in asap with Dr Vossler. The doctor helped me decide if I needed an implant or a bridge. Which work better for me. We went with the permanent bridge. Due to dental was needed on the tooth next to it. They also helped me with my insurance claim. Andrea was on board too! Great experience! We also did a shade match at the dental lab so everything matched perfectly. I love my new bridge!!!

The staff , hygienists and Dr.’s are genuine and understanding . When I have had a procedure ; I advise that I want no pain . If that means extra novacaine ; then that is what I receive . I had a bad experience many years with another dentist . I spoke with Dr. Vossler about this . She took the time to listen and understand .

Also replaced 2 aging crowns, and a filling. Very helpful hygienists. I'm kind of dental-phobic, and they did the work with a minimum of discomfort. I highly recommend them.
