Fantastic experience: Staff is always very pleasant and organized. Had a teeth cleaning this week and I just want to remark that I have never had a cleaning that made my teeth look and feel so beautiful! Kudos to the hygienist and also to Dr Kirk who was her usual efficient and professional self, who took time away from another appointment to buff down a high spot on one of my caps. Highly recommend Sheridan family dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Everyone is nice and never rude, even if you're stressed out or in pain and expressing it. They work with you on treatment plans, payment options and let you participate in planning all of it. I am so glad I left my former Dentist. In only a few months they have done so much more and produced the outcomes I have wanted while correcting past mistakes of other Dentists. They explain everything. Wonderful human beings. She did an amazing job on my teeth and answered my many questions. The dentist was professional and will definitely be coming back. A+ isn't a high enough score.

If you're looking for a dentist, dont pass this gem by. I've never waited long, appointments were available at various times. All the dentists that practice here and specialty residents are so nice and talkative that I've encountered. Old- ---Just wanted to update this review January 2026 with continued 5 star. Had a tooth extraction in November 2025 and a crown just done by Dr Donahue. Dr Donahue and his assistant were so nice, kept the spirit alive during procedure while remaining so professional. I was well informed of everything going on, they asked often if I was ok and then between the impression of my tooth for the crown, the Dr showed me the machine that was creating my tooth, literally can see it cutting a cube of polymer like reverse 3d printing. I'm all into technology so it was amazing to see. Plus the 3d modeling of my teeth in CAD was really cool. I have nothing to say except great things of everyone there. Little to no wait, friendly and professional people, centrally located in Tonawanda. The rest is from my original 2023 review when I first started going ---- "Heather is super nice, I'm grateful she is my hygienist. She does a thorough job, talks in between and gives me feedback good and what I have to improve. She is there because she loves her job and what she does. Definitely an asset to the dental group at SFD"

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth and they got an appointment the next day. It only took 30 minutes to get a tooth removed and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never gone to a dental office that is so kind and friendly and makes you feel like you are a priority! Everyone has been amazing and I’ve never dealt with an employee who was cranky! They listen to the patient and ask for feedback during procedures. Also very important is that the are about patient care, and not about selling unnecessary procedures.

Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time a few days ago, I couldn’t recommend this dentistry enough. You feel welcomed when walking in not like it’s just another teeth cleaning. Front desk was super NICE. Heather cleaned my teeth and she knows what she’s doing. She made my teeth feel so much better and got things off my teeth that previous dentist offices couldn’t. 10/10 experience here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I came to Sheridan Dentistry because I was away from my regular dentist, had a tooth emergency, and needed immediate care. They welcomed me for an immediate appointment, treated me with kindness and understanding, and did an incredible job of securing the front crown that had come undone. (They even billed my insurance for me!) That temporary crown held for 3x longer than predicted. Excellent work by a professional team! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very impressed with this practice. Wait time on appt was zero. Employees were very polite and personable. Dentist explained why he couldn't presently treat my condition and provided me with the necessary steps to take. The staff was very helpful taking those steps.

Immediately when you walk in you are greeted by friendly receptionists with smiling faces. My cleaning was so wonderful. There is no wait time to get into the chair and start your session. I had a filing done today and was terrified prior to and i left that appointment in under 30 minutes and in shock of how well it went. The doctor was so gentle. Explained the process. Explained what she was doing every step of the way. Five stars. I have never been more comfortable at a dentist’s office in my life.
