Fantastic experience: This office was amazing! We had an issue post surgery and I called and they got us in right away! Dr. Brown and his assistant were very thorough and ensured we were comfortable leaving there. Dr. Brown has an asking personality and is a really down to earth doctor! We have now been to the Depew location and the West Seneca and all staff are professional and friendly. We had to utilize the emergency after hours number and the doctor on call got back to me within minutes! I would highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: Easy Peasy I’m a terrible patient, I have difficulty facing pain. They took a dental implant out and the posts. It was not easy but it was fast efficient and . The doctor took care of my pain, I’ll have a new tooth in 3-4 months. I love it Thank you

They took me in right away, explained the process and after-care thoroughly and were very professional. It's never fun to have a tooth pulled, but they made the experience as painless as possible. From walking in to existing all the staff there were , professional friendly , compassionate . Dr. Au is gentle and caring he always makes sure your ok throughout the procedure, he explains everything to you as he goes along as well as his assistant, they talk you right through it all and make you feel comfortable about the procedure. Fantastic experience: I'd been struggling with the pain of a cracked wisdom tooth for over 2 months, that my dentist couldn't remove. Dr. Au had the tooth out in about 5 minutes, and it was practically pain free! I had immediate same day relief. I cannot recommend them enough - the staff were so kind and professional. I wish I could give them more stars than 5!

Fantastic experience: I was worried as what to expect with an extraction. The nurse put me at ease, telling me things are easier now than my last one 15 years ago. Not to worry. The Dr came in and within minutes the tooth was out with no pain what so ever. I was very pleased with everyone including the receptionist who checked me in.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 referrals from my dentist & since Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was close to my home I did some exploring on their services. I found great recent reviews that was really positive. Upon my first call, speaking with receptionist I advised my fear of dentist & right away I was made to feel at ease. First visit to office I was greeted with a clean sitting area, greeted with warmth from front area. Once in room Dr. Varer came in . I had tooth abstraction done on 12/30/25, I choose the gas.Dr. Varer voice was smoothing as she explained step by step what was happening, her assistant that day helped me relax and before I knew it all procedure was completed. 100% recommendations. Fears that day was no more, Thanks Dr Varer & Staff.

Fantastic experience: Cate was excellent. Staff was very supportive. They took care of a Liver Clot that developed after the initial procedure, and, due to the patient’s blood thinners, sutured the gum.

Negative experience: Their treatment plan was off by over $1,000! I was told in writing to expect my cost to be approximately $85. My cost ended up being $1,158. I was scammed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Au and his team. Everyone is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went for wisdom teeth extractions and felt very comfortable after the first consultation where my questions were answered. The procedure itself was quick - I opted for sedation which was thoroughly explained to me, and I had prescriptions called in quickly so I could start the healing process as soon as possible. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: This is a friendly and respectful office to do business. I appreciate time taken to inform me of the procedure I will experience and the recovery. I did not feel rushed and had time to ask questions. Dr Au was thorough and nurse was friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly sur- prised that I experienced no pain throughout the procedure from the nvocaine being administered to the placement of the implant to the recovery the next day. Dr. Au is certainly a great surgeon. I can't say enough about the wonderful dental. assistants who ket me calm and helped me understand the procedure and the followup. All in all a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Oral Surgeons office. I had a severe toothache issue and they were able to get me in quickly. Staff is very friendly. Dr Au was great. Was concerned about an infection a week later and they put me in same day for a second appointment to make sure it was all healing well and no issues. Highly recommend! Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Developed a dry socket got it packed it hurt really bad but then it stopped hurting at about 830 i sneezed really hard twice the plug flew out. I called for help so far no one has returned my call. I pray its doesnt start again. Please someone call me. They have helped me so much.

Fantastic experience: My teenager had her wisdom teeth out at this location. Before this we had a terrible experience with a doctor in Orchard Park (Dr. Scott) with a tooth extraction so we were lucky to find this excellent facility! Dr. William Boyczuk explained the procedure to my very nervous teen and he even let her listen to her music! He talked her through the entire procedure and after my kiddo was calm and said how nice it was having a kind a caring surgeon. I cannot recommend this place more!! Procedure was efficient, quick and relatively painless. After care was explained in detail and provided in print. A follow up appointment was scheduled at the conclusion of procedure. Fantastic experience: Dr.Veara was wonderful and also her assistant. She removed an impacted 70yr old wisdom tooth and molar. It was expected to be a difficult extraction due to the location and proximity but she was able to extract both thru the molar socket.She and her assistant kept me informed every step of the way which was very reassuring to me. It was very calming for me. The procedure was efficiant and painless. The discharge directions were explained fully. I would recommend this practice and staff highly.

Negative experience: I appreciated the surgeons honesty about my situation. But didn't really care for her. Unless that's her personality to not seem very warm or fuzzy, I don't know. I can tell she's a good surgeon. But making comments rudely like "you have food right now in your teeth" (when I was starving & had to eat on the way to my appointment-being a busy mom- who usually never gets to eat anything in full) was rude. I didn't take a bite of food out of inconsideration towards her, it was the only time I had to eat this morning being so busy. It was almost like she was insulting me while trying to "help". Weird vibe. I don't even think she cracked a smile when she walked in & I complimented her. Literal stone faced stared at me! She spoke down to me with what to me...felt like disgust. But again, these are just "opinions" (others might like her) basically was reccomending other ways to go about my situation (Again, I appreciate that she was honest) but if you're looking for someone who doesn't stare at you like you're stupid or can share a smile ....this is not the place. Her front desk staff I felt, was more nice than she was & I won't go here for my surgery, unfortunately. Personality is huge when dealing with such an anxiety inducing situation & I felt more anxious around her & left feeling like yes I was trying to be helped, but like she was better than me & I was stupid.

Fantastic experience: Good doctor really personable and cares for the patients. My son got his wisdom teeth removed and he did laughing gas and he was very nervous but didn’t feel anything after he gave the gas was even laughing. We came home and we were worried about clotting so we called back about 2 hours later asking for help and they said just come in and we’ll talk another look. Really awesome they did that to make sure he was okay, don’t see that to often these days.

Fantastic experience: Went for my wisdom teeth removal and highly recommend. Will be taking my children in the future. The woman who came in had great conversation and really made me very comfortable. She got me a blanket and made sure I was calm prior to any medication being given. Explained the procedure as I am a curious person and like the step by step. Once the doctor came in he also explained everything and gave me the IV. I was so nervous to scare my toddler by saying something weird when I woke up so they kept me a few extra minutes after waking me to make sure all was good. No scared toddler! lol Even the women not working my room came to say hello and brought my kiddo a toy ❤️ the office all around is VERY clean. I recommend this office more than any other office we have dealt with. I wish we could go back in time and have my husband come here also. Just book the appointment! You won’t regret it. (Ridge rd.
