Negative experience: Paid a lot of money out of pocket for a failed root canal. My dentist has been fighting the whole time(past 2 years) to try to save it. Unfortunately getting it pulled today. If they had good buisness ethics they would refund me my money

My mother-in-law had a procedure done that required stitches, and she has been raving about him ever since. He was patient, honest, communicative, and had an outstanding bedside manner. Her stitches healed very nicely, and we really appreciated his follow-up and flexibility with aftercare. He even allowed her to return to her regular dentist to have the stitches removed rather than making her wait longer to come back to his office. She also found his pricing very reasonable, especially without dental insurance, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful as well. We would highly recommend Dr. McCann.

Positive experience: Dr. McCann is very nice, personable and professional. The negative for me is, having to wait while he went back and forth to other patients. That sent my anxiety through the roof. By the time he actually started the root canal, I was having a mini panic attack. If he had just tended to me, all of the negatives could have been averted.

Fantastic experience: I went in very nervous, blood pressure sky high, and then found out I actually needed more work than expected-Dr McMann was awesome, as were all the staff, he explained every little detail-gave me a choice of music to listen to, and what made it even better is he was quietly singing along to it-I felt absolutely no pain, and a day later, I still feel good-I became so relaxed and comfortable during the procedure that I could have fallen asleep!

The staff was great and accommodating down to what type of background music I would like to hear during the procedure. Dr. McCann clearly explained my situation and after reviewing the 3D x-rays it was determined that a procedure was not necessary it this time. I'm always impressed with the level of up to date technology and experience Dr McCann provides. I would recommend Dr. McCann to anyone!

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I’ve had with getting a root canal. I had one done years ago by a different practice and I’ve been fearful of the day I was going to need to get another one done. After hours of searching I found precision endodontics with amazing reviews and decided to go ahead and schedule. During the appointment I was made very comfortable and had zero pain from the actual procedure. I can honestly say hands down this is one of the best places I have been and I now have no fear of root canals anymore. I highly recommend precision endodontics and if I ever have to get another one done I’m definitely coming back here.

Fantastic experience: I initially found this practice online after not being able to find an endodontist in my insurance network. After contacting someone close to me that works at a general dentist office they recommended Dr. St. Marie. I'm happy I chose this practice, they were all very nice! Dr. St. Marie explained everything prior to the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. This was one of the more pleasant root canals that I've had, lol! I definitely recommend Precision Endodontics!

Fantastic experience: I definitely have fear of the dentist! I sweat on the way to my appointments. I have to say I thought I was coming in for X-rays and consultation. But before I knew it they had time to do my procedure while I was there. I had no time to think about it and knew I had to find out what was going on a tooth with a root canal and crown. I was asked what music I would like to listen to. And promised pain free. And all were there for me if I had any issues. Let me applaud Dr Aaron McCann and his crew. Fantastic experience: The day of those "pink tip" root canals that took hours are over! I went to Dr. McCann with a "suspicious tooth" and I ended up needing not one root canal but 2!!! From start to finish the procedure took about 1hr and 15 minutes. I never felt the novocaine and to this day, 10 days later, I have had ZERO pain or discomfort!!! Dr. McCann and his staff are wonderfully friendly and informative. The office is meticulously clean and organized. They play your favorite music! While no one wants a root canal if they are necessary this is the place to go!! Thank you Dr. McCann for your care!

Fantastic experience: Had 2 sessions at precision, and both experiences were great!. Staff is friendly, I felt comfortable and will definatly go there if I have any future issues. I was slightly nervous about my procedure as I didn't have a good experience in the past getting a root canal, but after it started it wasn't bad I didn't have no pain and he was able to treat my issue.

I needed a root canal ( I've never had one before) and let me tell you I never felt a thing. Amazing!!! The only thing I felt was the shot that numbs you. Fantastic experience: Great experience. I had to get a root canal redone from a previous dentist over 5 years ago. Scheduling was easy, got an appointment for a week later. Great communication, root canal would be done same day if possible and the cost. Less than 600 w/insurance. The assistant Samiaya was very kind and checked on me often. Dr. McCann spoke to me thru the whole procedure. Less than 2 hrs I was out of the office driving myself home

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I have had. I had a root canal done. I was in and out. Barley any pain. I was healed the next day. I would highly recommend. The Doctor had a great bedside manner. One of the Friendliest people I had ever met. If you ever had a phobia about going to the dentist this place makes you feel extremely comfortable. Fantastic experience: I was scared to have a root canal done and when I walked into the office everyone was so nice and calming. Dr McCann was wonderful, professional, caring and explained everything he was doing. His assistant was soft spoken, calming, funny and professional. The best part is I had ABSOLUTELY no pain.

Negative experience: I'm rating the office staff - not the Dr. The Dr was wonderful. My procedure went well and had very little pain. The office was clean and they got me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. However the office staff, or specifically the person/people who handle the billing were very unorganized and unprofessional. They gave wrong information re: billing and co pays multiple times not just for myself but for another family member who had a procedure done. The amount I was responsible for changed drastically several different times prior to my appointment and I'm not talking by a few dollars, I'm talking about a few hundred dollars. It was unacceptable in my opinion. The office Manager even agreed the billing department doesn't know what they're doing. Yet failed to do anything about the inconsistencies in the amount I was told to pay vs what I was actually charged. Here we are 8mths later, I'm getting a bill for almost $1k when I told it would be $400. I was also charged for Xrays I was told would be covered by my insurance that were not covered by my insurance. Very inconsistent. Again, the Dr was great, his staff, not so much. Overall, not a great experience.

All my questions were answered and his calm demeanor helped. I was repeatedly checked on his dental assistant. Post instructions were given to me by the doctor, as while as a written copy. Fantastic experience: I have to say when I had my appointment I thought it was just a consult but nope a root canal was done then and there. I have to say the shots, which are the worst part for me were painless and so was the root canal. I didn't even have any pain afterwards. All of the staff were really nice and friendly and The Doc was very personable and made it seem like it was going to be a walk in the park and basically it was.

Unfortunately, after an x-ray and speaking with the Dr. McCann, they were unable to perform the root canal due to other issues. I found Dr. McCann and his staff to be very professional and efficient. Fantastic experience: Did an outstanding job. I was in a lot of pain and ended up needing two root canals and thought I was going to have to wait until after Memorial Day to be seen. Called at 10AM the Wednesday before Memorial Day and they took me at 3PM. Office was scheduled to close a 3PM and they did not mind staying until after 5:30 to finish. Staff was nice and caring. Fantastic experience: Just left from my visit with Dr. McCann for a root canal and wow…what an incredible dental specialist he is! Every step of the procedure was absolutely painless, Dr. McCann was so kind and gentle with a wonderful “bedside manner”. I felt beyond comfortable every step of the way and his dental assistant deserves major kudos as well!! Thank you Dr. McCann and staff for making a root canal procedure so easy and comfortable!!

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience for my root canal surgery at Precision Endodontics. The pain management was successful, and my post-operational discomfort was very little (6 hours of ibuprofen was adequate). No issues so far (1 week).

Fantastic experience: After speaking with Doctor Aaron 2 days after my root Canal procedure he reassured me that the pain I am experiencing is normal for the work that was done on my tooth. He was not able to get me in with him that day but arranged for Dr. St. Marie to see me after work to make adjustments to my tooth so that I would have more comfort while the tooth has time to heal. on Friday I received a call from the office manager checking to see if all was well. Thank you for checking up on my progress with the tooth. Hopefully now all will calm down and heal.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is HOLY CRAP, I was incredibly nervous going in for my root canal as I have a serious fear of the dentist and I've never had a root canal, but Dr. McCann is AMAZING!! He was so kind and not only talked me through what he was doing the whole time, but talked to me about some interesting things during the procedure which really distracted me from what was happening. And his assistant Sumaiya was amazing, such a sweet lady!! They both have completely obliterated my fear of dental procedures

Dr. McCain and his staff are compassionate and attentive to each of his patient’s needs. He made me at ease right away and I have an appointment for a procedure soon. Thank you to all the staff.
