Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while, then I had a problem and really needed one. Applegate was able to get me right in and take care of the problem. Not only was it quick, but everyone was so nice! There is a good amount of parking, easy to get to and it was very clean. It was inviting, not sterile feeling. I liked them so much, that I now have a new dentist! Someone who makes me feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further, This is the place to go!

My dentist is Dr. Kruszka is the BEST!!! I’ve been going to him for a few years now! We have been through a lot together, lol! Because of my past fear of dentists! I needed Alot of work! He is kind, gentle and very funny! He keeps you at ease! I never wait for more than a couple of minutes & their prices are very fair!! Thank you to Everyone at Applegate!

Fantastic experience: Great people. Whether it’s Dr. Kruszka or Lisa or anyone else there, they are terrific. We recently moved back to the area so that we could take care of my father. My wife and I love going there. They treat my dad with respect and they are warm and friendly and do a great job. They are very good about getting us in if we have something that’s more urgent in nature.

She was soft, gentle and so kind. My daughter who normally is scared came out smiling and giggling. She took the time to explain and gave helpful tips for my daughter and myself. We were extremely pleased and with everything going on in the world it was refreshing to be surrounded by people who care. The environment and staff are amazing and we are so thankful to the team at Applegate.

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of going to the dentist ever since I had a traumatic experience with a dentist at a young age…I feel calm and relaxed when I am at Applegate..everyone from the receptionists to my fave dental hygienist Edie are so very welcoming each time you walk through the door…Dr Andrew is the best also..today I had a different hygienist who was very nice and attentive to me..

Fantastic experience: I see Eydie when I go to Applegate. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She is a sweet, kind, friendly and knowledgeable person cleaning your teeth. She makes it a whole experience to make you feel comfortable during the session. Everyone that works here is pretty great, you can't go wrong. Update: 3/18/26 I still go to this dental office. Edyie is still wonderful. I love how she takes the time to actually explain what is going on with your teeth. I’ve met each of the Dentist’s as well. Each of them are friendly, kind and caring about your dental health. To me that is very important.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a few years, since they started the reno at their current office. Every person on their staff is friendly and engaging, it's wholesome in the way you don't often get from a medical practice. The technicians are great, I had to have a pretty good cleaning the first time so I figured it might be unpleasant, but it was fantastic, for you know having metal scraping parts of your bones. I went in today, and was kinda day dreaming as I sat there, the tech didn't try to make small talk while the cleaning was happening, but was super friendly after, no pain, no irritation, This is getting long winded Tl;Dr great practice, staff, and technique

Fantastic experience: I have terrible anxiety before dental visits. The staff at Applegate have been so kind, and understanding. They’ve handled it so well that I’m much calmer when going in for dental visits now. The front desk staff communicate well when dealing with insurance, so you’re never caught off guard or unprepared for any costs incurred. Dr. K and his staff are the best around. Very highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Today was my first appointment and I was a bit embarrassed and anxious, but the dental hygienist was so comforting and amazing at easing any of my anxiety and worries and reassuring me that I was okay. Fantastic experience: 5 stars from me, my family dentist retired his practice, my family and I have been patients of his for over 30 years . I found Applegate in west Seneca (2 miles from my house) . Being from a family dentist atmosphere I was expecting a no nonsense business as usual type of place. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Lee S.and company. Everyone was so relaxed and engaging so I was pleasantly surprised ,and Doc has a great sense of humor which only makes it better. Front staff are awesome, as are the assistants in back. Well done everybody !

Fantastic experience: I’m impressed how modern dentistry has improved in my life time . This place is up to date on the latest technology and equipment.the staff is top notch and with UB dentistry school in town some of top students work there, under supervision of experienced dentistsThe pain killing shots work faster and better every year I’m 67 and only missing one molar that my previous dentist at another office and different practice missed . The techs due a great job of cleaning and inspecting before the dentist checks them I’ve have got caps replaced and fillings done. At my previous dentist I got all old mercury alloy fillings removed in favor of composite. Good dental health is crucial. Brush floss don’t drink that sugar soda pop and candy. That’s how my teeth have lasted so long.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years. I have now been there twice and have been extremely pleased with the work they have done. Today Dr. Joyce put in a temporary crown, no issues and no pain. I would recommend her or any of the staff if you are in need of dental care. I would give Applegate 10 star's if I could.
