Fantastic experience: Dr. White and Martha made me feel at ease. I had thoughts of backing out of the procedure. I'm glad I didn't. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Leslie is always very welcoming in the front office. The front office staff is friendly and very professional. The office is always clean. .

Negative experience: I want to start by saying the staff here is amazing, especially Leslie. She always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and greets you by your first name, which adds a very personal and comforting touch. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and painful. I went in to have my alignment attachments (buttons) placed on my teeth, and the experience was honestly the worst I’ve had. The person assisting me (not my usual dentist) made an error during the process by applying glue to the retainer instead of the proper tray. Because of this, the retainer bonded to my teeth which made it extremely hard to take it off , and when it was removed, the attachments came off with it instead of staying on my teeth. This had to be repeated multiple times—three times on the top and twice on the bottom—before the issue was identified. That meant five separate attempts where my lips were stretched, my teeth were pulled on forcefully, and my gums were handled very roughly. By the end, my lips were raw and swollen, I had a headache from the repeated pulling, and I was in significant pain. At one point, I was literally crying in the chair and had to ask to stop and reschedule because I couldn’t tolerate it anymore. My nails even broke from trying to cope with how rough the process was. To make matters worse, the retainers were damaged during all of this, so now I have to wait for a replacement tray. What was most upsetting, though, was the lack of communication and empathy afterward. No one apologized. No one explained what went wrong. The assistant simply turned her back, cleaned her tools, and told me they would call when the new tray came in—no acknowledgment of what I had just gone through, no goodbye, nothing. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s important to take responsibility and show care when they do. Patients trust you with their health, and being ignored—especially after a painful experience caused by an error—is not acceptable.

Negative experience: I've been a patient for more than 4 years and I've noticed the quality of care go out the door after my dentist left. Today I was denied service for being pregnant due to a defective crown that was not glued properly. I can't eat and have to find a new dentist to fix their work.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so awesome! They got my stepson, a new patient, in for a same day visit when we called because he was having tooth pain. We had little wait time, and the office staff keep us updated the whole time. The technicians got him x-rays and set up quickly for the dentists review. The dentist was very caring, thorough, and precise. The explanation of what the problem was and what needed to be done was extremely easy to understand. They helped with financing and got us scheduled within just a few days. The whole experience was great! We highly recommend this office and these dentists.

The ladies here truly love their job. I was excited to meet the new doctor. Dr. White was excellent and very personable the dental hygienist is 10 out of 10. Teresa did a thorough cleaning. She is phenomenal and will make sure that your teeth are squeaky clean. The front desk ladies were phenomenal. Mrs. Leslie and Victoria, are so sweet and kind and will make your registration easy and seamless. Martha did my x-rays and she’s always so kind she has been here for years. Fantastic experience: Impacted molars stood no chance against Dr. White, and Ms. Martha has the skills of a master in her field! The entire office was entirely professional while being friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: We left our last dentist because of the staff not being super great. My daughter really struggled when we first sat in the chair but another nurse came in and helped calm her down. She gave her a balloon and talked to her, gave me advice on helping her be more comfortable with a toothbrush. The dr came in and aimed to connect with my daughter before looking in her mouth. She was silly and helped my daughter feel more comfortable. She worked quickly when looking at her teeth and stayed in the room when she was done to make sure my daughter was ok and that all my questions are answered. So far this staff has been so much better and more what I expect for such a young child coming in to the office afraid.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Fairmont Dental Center – Would Not Recommend I recently visited Fairmont Dental Center and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. From the start, the staff and call center appeared unorganized. Despite having an appointment scheduled well in advance and paying for the procedure in full ahead of time, I was never informed about any delays or issues with my appointment. Instead, I was left to travel to the office, only to be notified upon my arrival that there was a problem with the procedure and the doctor wasn’t ready. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I had scheduled my appointment a month in advance. To make matters worse, without any prior notice, they changed my assigned doctor. While the staff was polite and did their best to address the situation, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this office. I had hoped for a better experience this time, but unfortunately, it was the same level of disappointment. During the consultation, I felt rushed and as though my concerns were not being heard. The dentist didn’t take the time to answer my questions in detail, leaving me confused and uncertain about my treatment plan. The doctor appeared distracted and disorganized, which only added to my frustration. I left the office with little understanding of the next steps in my care, which is unacceptable, especially after paying upfront for the procedure. Overall, I would not recommend Fairmont Dental Center to others based on my experience. Poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and rushed consultations left me feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a patient. It's unfortunate, as I had hoped this practice would provide the quality care I was looking for, but based on my repeated experiences, I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled and Dr White was amazing, quick, fast and gentle!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! Just keep looking for a different dentist anywhere but here! They pulled the wrong infected tooth from my mom ! Then her infection got so bad she had to have surgery bc it became septic!

Positive experience: The front office and staff are great. My services were done top notch and they made sure I wasn't in pain during the procedure. Would've been 5 stars if I could've had a conversation with Dr. Reuth but he was so busy bouncing back and forth between patients you couldn't get a few minutes with him other than when he was working on you. You can express what's happening and what your desired outcome is to the assistants but that likely gets lost in translation in regards to the Dr. If you wanted to speak to him for a few minutes and express what's going on and what you want you might as well make a separate appointment. But overall I was very satisfied with my experience at Fairmont Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had an upper molar break and doc put in an emergency temporary unit in that space at a very reasonable price literally the day before having to speak at my wife’s funeral. For the doc and his staff nothing bust the highest and best recommend. Of 5 stars no 6 stars if there is one.. signed an actual patient of December 22 of 2024.
