Fantastic experience: I had used Dr. Vo several years ago for a partial, after having to have my teeth removed for health reasons I was seen by another Dentist that the oral surgeon used and they did an awful job with a complete set of upper and lower dentures. So now that my gums and bone loss has accrued there was No Doubt that Dr. Vo was who I was going to use to replace what I was given, Dr. Vo and his Staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was in comfort and satisfied with the end result. Fantastic experience: Nikita was FABULOUS! I loved that she really seemed and showed how she cared about my comfort level. I can deal with SOME pain.. but I'm not good with SHARP pain.. and the numbing block seemed to wesr off quicker than expected towards the bottom half. She took note of that and made me as comfortable as possible. She was very sweet with me being a new patient! The office was CLEAN and the front staff was nice and welcoming. I was very pleased with my first time and am READY to go back to complete what couldn't be this visit.

Positive experience: I don’t know why y'all don’t give out bags with toothpaste, toothbrush like everybody else does

Negative experience: I've had a lot of work done, root canal, bridges, even upper denture... I went in for emergency extraction since my dentist was out of town. Was given numbing... 5 min later came in to pull. Tested gum yes numb... when he put on the extractor, I let him know I could feel it. Dr. Vo then threw instrument down in tray down, raised his voice said I'd have to come back! "I'll need to give you pills for anxiety I put in 2 syringes of numbing" "What pills? I'm just letting you know I feel it! Can you wait 5 min?" I begged him to pull since it was causing so much pain and my dentist was out of town. He pulled it.. yes I still felt it! Then pushed the graft in. Asst tried her best to suction tooth parts as it had broken... but still had parts of tooth in my mouth. I asked about antibiotics since it had been infected, he said he didn't see it and that he was done and walked out. That's it. Asst asked if I was alright... I said no... because I wasn't and just left. Will NEVER go back.

Negative experience: I took my mother here and while in the waiting room I was able to hear the dentist, Vincent T. Vo shouting at my mother. Once the procedure was finished I found my mom crying and spitting chunks of a teeth out from her mouth explaining that the dentist had been incredibly inpatient and unprofessional, loosing his temper and composure. This dentist even said she needed a form of Anxiety medication, which is absurd. My mom has been to numeral dentists as she has many dental complications, and by far this was her worst. She had gone in for an extraction and had to beg for them to even preform it. The only people that seemed to have any sort of actual care for my mother was the front desk. Vincents treatment of my mother has disgusted me and I will do everything in my power to report this to whoever I can.

Negative experience: They were unable to do my dental xrays. I was not able to bit down on the flim plate without hurting. They asked me to sign a paper stating they didn't do my xrays. It didn't state the reason they didn't do my xrays.

Positive experience: It is always clean, people are always friendly and the doctor is really nice. The doctor does rush in and out without given any chances to ask questions or raise concerns. When this happens things are missed or not discussed. I understand the need to help the next patient, however I wish time is granted and not rushed on the current patient. Literally was in there today and was in and out way less than five minutes. At times it takes me a minute or two to remember stuff I need to discuss. Even with this, the place is excellent but also expensive!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend trusting the dentist at advanced care dentistry. Not only do they take time to explain what’s going on but they make you feel comfortable no matter what you have done.

Negative experience: Went to advanced Care dentistry and dentures for a simple denture reline. (Isay simple because I ordered a reline kit from Amazon in Feb. of 2022 for $12 and relined my dentures myself. Thisis a temporary fix but lasted me for over six months.) Things went sour at the dental office from the start. After the "hygienist?" took my gum impression with the reline material she told me to go do errands until dentures were ready. When I got to my car I noticed through my car window that a glob of reline material was ony upper lip and chin. I had to go back inside to ask for some tissue to wipe it off. Nows here's the really bad part. When I got back to pick up my dentures, the upper denture fit fine. But the bottom did not fit AT ALL!!!. THE "hygienist"? pretended to fix the problem but couldn't. The doctor, PETER PHAM came in, tried a few things to no avail. Then he said the dentures couldn't be relined and that I had to get implants. Implants cost no less then $15000. When I protested his evaluation he stuck with his clam. I have filed a complaint with my insurance and will also file a complaint with other appropriate agencies. DO NOT LET This horse DOCTOR In YOUR MOUTH! He tried to scam me into buying implants. Very shady

I had zero time, for my anxiety level, to skyrocket. The whole Staff made me feel, at ease. This is Royal for a Habitual Rescheduler. Due to my Nerves getting worked up. I now can sit down in the Chair. Entrust in Dr Vo, enough. To open my mouth. Not knowing exactly what part of the Treatment Plan. Will be completed that day. He has such a professional aggressive approach. I went Home after my visit. Bragging how awesome my Dentist was. II had a tooth pulled and three crowns put on. Not any pain medication was needed afterwards. I Pray, all my visits, hereafter. Go as good, as this VISIT, DID.♡

Fantastic experience: My biannual visit went very well. My insurance company had made minor changes to my policy and the office personnel had already addressed the changes before my scheduled appointment time. The hygienist was friendly, fast and efficient. I experienced no pain during the cleaning. The support staff ran the office well. The doctor came over to check on me promptly after my cleaning. I’m very pleased to say that with check-in, x-rays, vitals check, cleaning and final exam I was back in my vehicle within 30 minutes after my appointment time. These guys are good!

Positive experience: It's difficult to rate this location. The STAFF is AWESOME VERY KIND from the front desk to the dental assistant(wish there was a rating scale for only them I would give them a 5 out of 5 star) The reason why i could not give this location a 5 star is the Dentist. I can't say much about him, which is sad since he is the one fixing my teeth. The visit felt as if I was just $$$$ and not a human being. When he finished all he said was "ok see you in 6 month" and left. I'm glad the owner reviews these comments and hope he can give the patients better bedside manner. A better explanation on the treatment that will be done especially for someone that hasn't had any dental work done for more than a decade. Another advise would be if a NEW patient checks off on the new patient form nervous anxious about dental visit try to see as the Dentis what YOU can do to help them feel a bit more at ease. I know for a fact that if the Dentist would have been different he would of had my whole family as new patients. These are my positive criticism and hope no more patients feel the same way i did. Wish this location the best.
