Fantastic experience: Very nice, shared my bad experience about another dentist office. Quintin was very apathetic with me. He explained the procedure he was going to do in detail. He allowed me to ask questions to make sure I understood everything he was going to do. He was very gentle and kind in making sure I was not hurting while he was cleaning my gums and teeth. Fantastic experience: There is a sense of peace , acceptance, and patience in this office. No one forced their ways, or attitudes , or superior “know it all expert” way of talking “at” patients. In stead they demonstrate care, listening, and down to earth communication skills. They are honest and smart and don't need to impose their way on people. And they are skilled at what they do and they take care not to cause you to have any unnecessary pain. I couldnt ask for an experience at an appointment to be any better. This dentist took her time and showed my daughter compassion for her pain after a previous dentist did a bad root canal and figured out what months of other dentist office visits missed. Highly recommend I will never take my family any where else!

Fantastic experience: Started coming here when my old dentist office closed. It’s my understanding that many of the patients were moved to this new dentistry. Front desk ladies always have me laughing because they’re so funny and they really make you rest your nerves prior to your appointment! Got some ex rays done, quick and easy! My teeth cleaning went very smooth, was done expeditiously and she was super efficient! The dentist was professional had a great dentist “Bedside” manner! I’ve been coming here for the last year and I will not be making any changes to my dentist anytime soon! Don’t think about it just call them and set up your appointment so you can take care of those teeth! (Only floss the teeth you want to keep )

I’ve been worked on by the majority of their dental staff and they have always been friendly and helpful. They set up a plan and it’s very easy to follow and they work with you to figure out when you can schedule an appointment. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a Christian establishment to take care of their dental needs.

Negative experience: Go anywhere else. Save yourself the headache and funds. The work will be done wrong and you will spend way more going to get it redone at a specialist. I wish I would have never stepped foot in this office. Go to Rodeo dental- way better and they do the work correctly. I would rate zero if I could.

Negative experience: The first time I went they where super nice. They said I needed to replace a filling I trusted them sad ok. On 5/16/24 went back because filling felt loose. They took xrays and confirmed that yes the filling they replaced was loose. So NO I was not to happy about that. My immediate reaction was isn't a filling suppose to last longer than 2 yrs. They said not always and it does happen. That it was 2 yrs old and since I didn't come back for a cleaning that's why it came loose. So I was like interesting pretty much the whole staff was like ya 2 yrs is a long time and pretty much believes it. So I tried to be level headed with them and explain that there's "no way" a filling should last 2 yrs. I have filling from 30 yrs ago and I talked to several friends who say the same thing. I showed one of ladies when I Google how long should a filling last shows 5 to 30 yrs. She said they don't go by Google ok I get it but atleast you can see fillings last a really long time a minimum of 5 yrs. So anyways they replaced it. I was like I guess will see how long this one last lol... so they did charge me full price no discount no warranty I like spending my money on small local businesses in my community. I get it you can't please everyone but you should make an effort to take care of your customers so many Dentist in this area would appreciate good paying customers.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Bob several times...he is great but now only works at this office on Tuesday afternoons...my sis had an emergency and was treated horrible...they couldn't get her in for days and when she went the tooth had become infected...the female dentist would not properly numb her as she was screaming in pain! Told her it was pressure...she is a grown women and knows the difference. This was the worst pain in her life including child birth...she cried through the whole procedure...I will never go back ...no compassion...so disappointed after they were so compassionate at one time...please be warned ⚠️ ...seem to be all about money now ...this was June 30th 2023!

Fantastic experience: Today was my 1st visit. I came in with a cavity corroded wisdom tooth- that was hurting. I get real anxiety in dental offices- why I don’t go routinely like I should. First of all let me say the staff from beginning-middle - end were super sweet, comforting & professional. I saw Dr. Julie (i think how you spell). I forgot my ear buds so I played my Christian Pandora station loud & she was working & singing along which gave me great comfort. Special thank you to Lori & Lourdes they were amazing at keeping me “cool”! And Lucia for being my “comadre “ for the moment! By the way this is a Christian business! I will be back in 2 weeks for more care & feeling good about it.
