Fantastic experience: After a colossal waste of time at other dental offices, we finally found a great place! Amazing service! Dr. Dinh and Fabiola our dental assistant attended very well to my daughters extraction, it was quick fast and painless!! They offered us drinks and tons of stickers and gauze for my daughter! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at ABC today! Dr.Armin is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients. The assistants are always ready to help, which makes everything smooth. The whole place is very organized, clean and you can really feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! The staff is always so kind, professional, and helpful. I appreciate how easy it is to reschedule and how they remind me of appointments by phone and email. Having separate locations for adults and kids is super convenient, and the TVs on the ceiling plus blankets make every visit comfortable and stress-free!

Negative experience: My daughter was supposed to be seen for her appointment since May but due to get getting sick I had to reschedule which was a month out (June). Ok no problem, then they called to reschedule again because the doctor won't be here on that day which was again another month out (July)! We finally made it in to the office to have them do the X-rays and cleaning but she needed fillings so guess what they had to schedule her another appointment for that (Aug)! We got here August 7 to do her fillings at 130 and a hour in a half in they came out and said the doctor was doing an extraction so it could be a while and if I wanted to reschedule which will be another month out (Sep)! Which I'm against because I've been rescheduled so many times it's ridiculous! One of the nurses comes out and says never mind the doctor is finish he can start on your daughter so I'm fine but then we're sitting here and it's almost 430! That's almost 3 hours! I will be switching her dentist after this visit!

Negative experience: Dr. Was nice and her assistant was amazing. Wait time is horrible, be prepared to be there at least 2 hours after your scheduled appointment. All the staff says is they are under staffed, complain to the front, the front just says it's a little busy today. It doesn't make a difference to them they are there all day for their job and do not take into consideration that parents work too and have to get to work.

Negative experience: ABC DENTAL you need to let more than one parent back there it is absolutely idiotic to not allow both parents in NO ONE WAS IN YOUR WAY AT ALL , your policy is HORRIBLE AND I HATE THIS EXPERIENCE and get better wait times!!!! I waited and HOUR to be seen, every single time I leave angry GET BETTER POLICIES AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Negative experience: Besides the extern that was really nice, I wouldn't recommend this place because I feel like some of the assistants and dentist didnt really try or care to think about their patient. Although we had to reschedule our morning appt, we were able to make another one for 330p, and there was a miscommunication with that because there was work that was to be done on my little brother's teeth and when I got there they told me they weren't able to do it because it was too late in the day when they already knew in the morning that it was supposed to be done. Then after we went to get a "consultation", I asked why the dentist wasn't able to do the work and was told that she had other patients to see and it was too late in the day when in fact that was a lie because I saw the dentist leave with my own two eyes. I understand it being the holidays and all but when you care about the job, it makes it so much better and u become a better representation of the company you work for. In this case, I didn't feel that way. We were not properly cared for. Will be looking for another dentist for my little brother

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. I have been bringing my kids here since they were babies. They really know how to make them understand what’s happening in a comforting, silly way, which in my opinion can make or break the child’s first visit. So I am very thankful for this dentist and the nurses for being so gentle with our little ones!

Negative experience: I really hate giving negative reviews but what happened was unacceptable. We had used this location for a couple of years, then the first time my child got xrays, they said there were SEVEN cavities. I was stunned. I asked if they were sure and they said I could get a second opinion and then asked if my child ate sugar and candy often (nope). They began discussing sedation and restraint options for performing all the fillings. I said I would get a second opinion first. I called a friend who is a tech for another pediatric dentist in town. She had me send over the xrays and after her and the dentist reviewed them, said they saw nothing. I booked an appointment with the other dentist so they could take their own xrays to be sure and again, they found nothing. Zero cavities. I don't know how many kids have received unnecessary "treatments" from this place but I urge you to get a second opinion.

Negative experience: The doctor was very lazy, she didn't clean my son's teeth very well like she was supposed to, she not even take 2 minutes on my son's teeth. I asked her for a deep cleaning, but she didn't, all what she did on my son's teeth. I can do it at home myself. Sometimes all they want is just to take the money. sorry but I'm not gonna back there and that was one of my kids of 5 years old. for the another one I was asking also for a deep cleaning, but she just put like toothpaste and water on my son's teeth and she said He doesn't have no cavities, but again!!! she not even seen my son's teeth He is almost 3 years old I think at that age they can have a deep cleaning teeth. So 2 minutes in my older kid and one minutes in my little one. OMG

Negative experience: Watch out with this dentist if you have children. My 8 year son had some issue with his teeth. Well at first she said "Oh he just needs a filling." Well she left and came back and said Well actually he needs "crowns." I said why and she started explaining and then said the insurance won't cover it for fillings. I got a second option and he got filling by coral dental on richey today. Please get different options from dentists because none of them are the same and I honestly feel like she wanted to do crowns to make for $$$$$.

Fantastic experience: I went in as a new patient last Friday September 9th. Had the usual X-rays followed by the cleaning after they received my approval to proceed since they just found 3 minor cavities. Dr. Jabbary completed the cleaning and before checking out they had already verified my benefits through my insurance and everything was covered at 100%. I was surprised and very pleased. I scheduled my follow up appointment for the 3 cavities which were completed today September 12th. My overall impression was that the facility was clean and the receptionist was very courteous and professional. In fact, the whole staff was very courteous and professional and the whole environment was friendly as all of the employees seemed to be smiling and enjoy what they were doing! Thank you very much ABC Dental for taking excellent care of my oral needs!! I will not hesitate and will recommend ABC Dental and Dr. Jabbary and staff to anyone especially my friends and family!! Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my children to ABC for about 8 years... I've not ever encountered a problem. In fact when my oldest (now 21) was 15, they helped me apply and successfully got CARE CREDIT to help with any extra dental costs. The wait time isn't unreasonably long.

Positive experience: I've been going here about 3 years and the staff and dentists were always so patient and caring to me. I'm actually worse than a kid when it comes to dentists. I tend to talk a lot about nothing. I'm grateful for all that was done and I needed more done. Unfortunately, there was some type of misunderstanding during my last visit. The dentist had deadened the area he was going to work on...I'm still blabbering about nothing... when the dentist decided I didn't trust him and whatever I was saying while under the laughing gas apparently offended him. He left and the next thing I knew, I was being told they were no longer going to treat me. I still have about 9 teeth to pull and get the bottom dentures. I can't say anything negative because over the last 3 years I was treated great. I just wish whatever happened could be corrected and I could see the other dentist in the office since he didn't want to see me any longer. I desperately need the plan they had laid out to be completed. I would recommend them

Negative experience: I’ve never had an issue with the office until recently, apparently they changed their policy and are breaking down children of 4 into two separate appointments. I don’t understand why I have to come back for separate appointments and take off work extra days just for my children to get seen. Finding another dentist for my children & taking our money elsewhere who will treat us with better care & understand that our time is valuable.

Fantastic experience: Very clean very friendly,my child is autistic and was very nervous about going to her dentist appointment,but as soon as we walked in and she saw the movie room she became very at ease and her nervousness went away . The staff and the dentist were absolutely so nice and my little girl was very well taken care off.Abc dental will definitely be my family dentistry for ever .

Negative experience: I have been bringing my kids to ABC since they were 1 and 3. It use to be a 35 to 40 minute wait every time. So when we moved I found a new dentist for the family. Fall break is this week so brought my 3 to ABC after 3 years and was beyond disappointed! We waited an hour we were also 20 mins early. So an hour and 20 in total before we walked out! This place has ALWAYS OVER BOOKED THEIR Dentist !

Negative experience: Be ready to wait 3 hours or more, they over book more than what they can handle just for the money. 2 hours in waiting area and then another hour in the room. And they just take 5 mins cleaning your teeth and they kick u out. Dont go to this place.

Fantastic experience: I am one to neglect dental care because of a fear of dentists since I was little. However, this staff is so professional and caring that they put me at ease. Along with some gas. I went here because my husband had work done and he was very complimentary so when I got a toothache I called them up. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If your in pain DO NOT go there they could careless. Have a bad tooth that needs to come out but is badly infected and Very painful. They gave me antibiotics after arguing with them but nothing for the very real pain. I take No medication presently and have never had any history of substance abuse. They do NOT care about you or your pain, only your wallet. I will never go back.

Fantastic experience: 1st visit was quick, this time we waited over an hour for the dentist (not sure why) HOWEVER everyone here is very nice, especially the dentist. She is very sweet.

Negative experience: Got there 15 minutes prior to appt time snd got paperwork filled out. It was 40 minutes past appt time before we were called back for xrays. Then it was 2.5 hours before we were finally called back for the needed procedure. I asked twice for an update on why wewere having to wait so long and was told that there were 2 families with 5 kids ahead of us. WHY would you schedule so many kids to be seen at the same damn time!? I felt like i was penalized for only having 1 kid. We were there for a little more than 4 hours for what could have been done in 1 hour.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and doctors there all amazing make everyone feel welcome they answer all questions and concerns on the spot no hesitation and I like that most. I love that they don’t immediately tie the kids down they give them serval chances before having to do that which I also love cause I hate the tying down part. Over all this is the best place i drive from Katy to here cause I haven’t found a dentist like this one . They never disappoint

Negative experience: Went to the Adult side of ABC Dental in December of 2019 for cavity work. Came out most likely needing a root canal because they messed up drilling through my tooth. I went to another dentist to see why my tooth was still sensitive after 3 months since ABC Dental worked on my tooth. They said because whoever worked on it before them they did not fill in the tooth correctly and they drilled so close to the nerve. Now I might need a root canal. Thanks ABC Dental. P.s. not sure which doctor it was that worked on my tooth. To add on top of that the other dentist I went to told me that whoever did the deep teeth cleaning also did not do it right because I still had gunk under my gums. Again thanks ABC DENTAL!!

Negative experience: Took my daughter this week for a dental treatment. I have nothing bad to say about the front desk and the people that did the treatment. My problem was with the girl that took us to the room and got my signatures for the treatment. This place need to hire better people. This lady was rude and talked to my daughter with a disgusted tone. My daughter is only 5 years old. Since this place focus on children, I expected better people than that lady.

Negative experience: This use to be a good place to bring my daughter however due to COVID-19 staff have remarkable points to work in on, due situation they moved our from April 28 appointment to today. 1.- At time that we arrive supposedly they only are able to have 10 persons in waiting room but they accept more than those and send us to car to await for a room. 2.- They did not let me in with my 10 year old to do X-rays! 3.- They took my temperature, but the first thermometer wasn’t working accurately. 4.- From your time of appointment to can see dentist is over 40 minutes! To just let me know that even if Catalina has no cavities she is in need of a deep cleansing but they will call us when they are able to use the cleaning machine since they are not allowed to use it for who knows for how long. Conclusion, we just stop by ABC Dental to our insurance would pay for “check up” and that’s it. The only remarkable thing is that staff is friendly and polite.

Fantastic experience: Social distancing is observed and clean is their top priority, anti-bacterial solution is everywhere just a pump away, and of course the face masks on every adult and most children. All that and the kids still like to see the dentist and the assistants cause they’re so sweet and funny!

Fantastic experience: Great experience!! My kids and I have been going to Abc dental for a little over 2 years and it’s been great. The receptionists are really friendly and always very helpful. I’ve had to cancel last minute several times and they are super understanding. The rescheduled appointment that the gave us is always within a few days. We usually Dr. Mona and she is the sweetest. She addresses our concerns and takes her time explaining anything we ask. On top of that, the wait time is minimal. We will continue coming here without a doubt!!

Positive experience: Made an appointment for 9 am, got there on time only to find out that the dentist wouldn't be there till 11. Also over the phone they told me a price but when I got there the price was different. Apparently prices depend on which provider sees you and there is no set price.

Fantastic experience: Today, I was super nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out. (Plus I needed 7 fillings ). From the receptionist, the assistants, and the dentist, over all best customer service and great attitudes! They warned me all I was going to feel was pressure and yup, it was easy piece-y lemon squeeze-y! The conversations really had my mind distracted from the cosmetic surgery.
