They are always professional, friendly and extremely personable! I had on occasion when a very old crown became loose and they worked me right in. That means so much to know if something comes up or if I would have any concerns. I can rest assured that they are there to assist and repair! I feel very fortunate!

Negative experience: Thank you Dr. Anderson for charging me an exorbitant amount of money, in fact almost $5000.00 for a bridge replacement, I didn't receive any explanation of the charges you were going to screw me with, so I hope you enjoyed putting one over on me and I assure you Dr. Anderson it will be the last!!! Yes, this is one of those dentist horrors and you should be ashamed of yourself Dr. Anderson.

Fantastic experience: 10/14/2020 Dr. Anderson's office got me in quickly when I called for my cleaning appointment. They were covid-safe and secure....and as always, did a great job with my cleaning and check-up. I appreciate the service they provide. I was looking for a dentist in the Peoria area and quickly found Dr. Anderson on the internet. Reading the reviews, I thought he was worth contacting to see if he had any openings. I was able to get into his office the next day. The reviews for Dr. Anderson and his office staff were accurate. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. I will continue to use him as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Let’s start off by saying I haven’t been to a dentist since being a kid because of hearing horror stories of encounters from friends and family. I was referred to Dr.Nord from a co-worker that had a horrible experience as well but he insisted I give Dr.Nord a try due to the extraordinary level of care this dentist office provided him. I booked the appointment and the rest was history. Dr.Nord took such great care and explained every single detail along the way as she did her God gifted abilities. She’s the sweetest lady you’ll ever want to meet along with her great assistants and the front desk angels as well.Oh and I forgot to mention no pain was involved.Thanks again for the outstanding service Dr.Nord you have a lifetimer!!!!!

Positive experience: I almost never give recommendations to anyone for any reason, but I feel safe in saying that an individual with need for dental service will not find anyone better than Dr. Anderson. I would extend this evaluation to his entire staff as well. The facilities are first rate, and he seems to have the very latest in dental equipment, which improves the possibility of relatively painless procedures. Dr. Anderson is professional in every respect, personal, considerate and respectful. All of this comes with a price. I don't have any data as to the rates other dentists charge, but I would guess Dr. Anderson is near the top.

Fantastic experience: Wow, Dr Evelyn Nord was very impressive with her professionalism and ability to communicate very effectively. I’ve never had a dentist lay things out and explain things for me in a way that was so much easier to understand compared to my previous dentists. I now have a much better understanding of the current condition of my teeth which thankfully is in better shape than what my last dentist left me thinking they were in. Everyone at this office was very welcoming, nice, and easy to talk to.

Dr Villaflor did an ABSOLUTELY wonderful job explaining my options of that upcoming procedure, much better & in depth than the Dr it is set up with & reassured me itis my best option under my personal & dental situation. Everyone is very nice & helpful. I will be happily recommending them to friends in the future should the occasion arise. I left feeling much more confident in the upcoming procedure process I'm going to be going thru.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental practice since about 1985, first with Dr Paul until he retired & now Dr Anderson, both of whom are outstanding.

Positive experience: Friendly, professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and Dr. Nord took the time to explain a diagnosis then a prognosis and recommended several endodontic specialists. Something that Dr. Yolanda Wright – Lowery at the Smile Center, Peoria never did after two years under her care. I had a first good experience; but, then after my dental insurance reviewed and paid I was left with a balance of $349.00. I didn't have a problem with owing anything; but, the fact is I was charged for a PanX $156.00 that was not necessary since I told the front desk "no x-rays" as I just had them at another dental office. I advised the front desk I only am insured for x-rays once a year. Evidently, that important information was not forwarded or communicated to Dr. Nord. I left a message at the front desk for Dr. Nord to call me on December 4, 2024, December 9, 2024, and again on December 16, 2024. Finally, Dr. Nord returned my call on December 16, 2024 advising me in the future she will write me a prescription for x-ray's at a more affordable center and she will speak with her office staff about returning my calls. But, the fact is I didn't want or need the x-rays and Dr. Nord replied, "I wouldn't have seen you without the x-rays. I thought this was not flexible and still left me with a $359.00 balance. Dr. Nord also noted Patti, the bookkeeper to call me back for a payment plan. I started making monthly payments and finally spoke with Dr. Anderson whom I was very pleased with his positivity and flexibility and gave me a credit of $39.00 that was super helpful. Kudos to Dr. Anderson. A+ for Dr. Anderson and D-for Dr. Nord and front office staff. I am happy that I made my final installment on my payment plan in July 2025 with balance paid in full. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment. Only if the front desk ladies would have communicated to the dentist in the first place.

That is really saying something as most people dread dentist appointments. Nicole is a very thorough and careful hygienist with a light touch. I feel very fortunate to have their quality of expertise for my dental care.
