We've had some complex issues that they were able to help us navigate easily. Mandy in the front office is also wonderful taking care of our appointment and insurance needs. Grateful I found this dental practice so many years ago, from many recommendations in a local mom group.

Fantastic experience: We love Floss Dentistry for Children! Our boys have been patients here for years. Recently, my son chipped his tooth in a bike accident and Floss got him in for an evaluation quickly and restored his tooth the next day. This was my son's first dental procedure other than a cleaning. Dr. Garza and his staff were gentle and kind. They explained everything to my son and kept him comfortable throughout the procedure. The restoration looks completely natural–you would never know it was chipped. Thank you, Dr. Garza and staff!

Negative experience: We've been patients at Dr. Garza's office for 13+ years, and I want to be clear up front that this review has nothing to do with the dental care itself, which has been excellent from day one. This is about how the office handled a scheduling conflict this morning. At 8:30 AM, my son texted from school to tell me he had to stay late tomorrow to finish a final exam — directly conflicting with his 3 PM dental appointment. I called the office immediately to reschedule. The staff member I spoke with was professional but informed me that because we were inside the 48-hour window, we would be charged a "broken appointment fee." She said I'd need to speak with the manager, who wasn't in until 10 AM. When I called back I was told the manager was unavailable and that the fee would still apply (I have no idea what the fee is). The justification: a "broken appointment" in October 2025 (which is when my son had the flu with a 103° fever) and one in 2024 that I have no record of. No flexibility. No actual conversation with the manager. No acknowledgment of 13+ years of patient loyalty. I asked for our records so we could move to a new practice. I was told I could pick them up Monday. That was the entire conversation. In 13 years as a patient — and as someone who has never written a negative review of any business — I never imagined this is how a long relationship would end. If you're considering this office, the dental care is genuinely good. But be aware that the front-office policies leave no room for the realities of life: kids, exams, fevers, families. We're taking our business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Garza and his team enough! Yane and Lourdes were fantastic with my 5 year old daughters. They both made sure the girls were comfortable and explained what they were doing throughout the process. Today was my 2 year olds first time at the dentist and Lilia did such a great job with her as well! I was thoroughly impressed with how well all of my girls did after we had a rough time at a previous dental office. I also want to shout out Mandy and Bridget in the front office! They are both so helpful, kind and personable. I’m so grateful we found our dental home for my kids!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal service. I came for a second opinion. I had been told my 6 year old needed 8 crowns from the previous dentist which was very excessive. So we came here and saw Dr. Patel. She was very sweet and great with my son. Her recommendations were very conservative. She preferred filling in the cavities unless it turned out to be too big on one of them. I am much more comfortable with her treatment plan than my original dentist. I would much rather trust her to do the work!

Fantastic experience: Floss is the "BEST" pediatric dental office in Marietta, GA , Dr.Garza and there AWESOME staff is the "BEST" ... Let me tell you this place is a kids world lots of toys , books, games & cuddling stuff animals for the kids. and they keep up with the latest kids movies. We enjoy this place lots of kid- friendly staff there all BIG kids themselves. Negative experience: Just wanted to make everyone aware that flouride treatments are not covered by most insurance plans after a certain age and Floss charges $50 for their treatment, which seems very high to me. For reference, my dentist charges $16. Just something to consider when choosing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter has been going to since we moved to GA 6 yrs ago. We have moved further North but we still make the drive to come. They have always been nice, prompt, professional. All staff members are pleasant. The office is always clean and nice.

Fantastic experience: In July, my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, and we had to get her braces removed early at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOA). We were under contract with a balance of approximately $2,000. We called to cancel her appointments but never requested any credit. We had planned to pay off the remaining balance. Three days later, they called us and informed us that they had canceled the entire balance. Someone from the office arrived at CHOA with a gift, and they showed us immense love during this difficult time. Thank you for your support.

They have seen my 17 year old daughter grow up and my 8 year old was seen at her terrible years when was so scared and anxious. Dr. Garza and staff always made her feel safe, and loved. Now, she loves going to the dentist! They both look forward to every appointment!

Negative experience: Spoke to Mandy the receptionist about possibly being allowed a 24 hr notice cancellation and very rudely said no it’s a strict 48hr cancellation notice. I would never cancel but I tried explaining my son is having a procedure the day before. She said No! I’m very disappointed that this is what we have to encounter when we walk in.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Priya and staff are so great and helpful. My son knocked out one of his baby teeth and the office was able to get an appointment in right away and was very efficient. She reassured everything was okay.

Negative experience: Dr. Garza as well as Dr. Patel have each seen my kids in the past. My children are both autistic and require a certain level of care and understanding when visiting the dentist. If this review were solely for the dentist and the dental hygienist they would have received 5 Stars! However, the front of the office at FLOSS can really use some work. The office manager Nancy lacks professionalism as well patience to be in her current role. My interaction with Nancy at our last visit in September prompted me to fill out the necessary paperwork to request a copy of the medical records for both my children, as we will not be returning to this office. Tens minutes after leaving that appointment my wife receives a text from the office saying that there is availability for our kids to be seen later that day at 4:30pm even though they were already seen at 11am. My guess is this was done because they moved the appointment off the books to prevent the system from sending us the survey which we usually receive after the kids are seen because we didn't receive one this time. It is now two weeks later and we haven't received the medical record as requested for our children, and we have actually been contacted by Mandy to set up their next appointment. When asked why the records haven't been sent, I was told that she (Mandy) was hoping that I changed my mind about not returning to the office. She then hung up on me. I'm willing to bet she is tired of putting out fires that Nancy starts because she and I have interacted well in the past. I will be contacting the BBB next.

Fantastic experience: What a refreshing and comfortable experience. We were referred to Dr. Garza by our dental office who has been patient with our children for years but not technically a pediatric dental provider. Our 7yo had what we suspected was a bad cavity and we were at ease and throughly walked through the process from the start. We miraculously had an appointment just days after making contact and after a quick and painless consultation at my fresh 2nd graders perspective, we were presented the concerns and options for each as well as transparent costs etc on the first appt. We were able to have a protocol in place for all concerns before leaving the office if not treated. The entire office is like a Disney cruise kids club- my kids thought they were on the best vacation while getting some medical advice. We so appreciate and recommend Dr. Garza! Well worth the drive from Midtown.

Fantastic experience: I simply can not brag enough on Dr. Patel!!! The atmosphere, the staff, everything is perfect for children. She took the time to listen to all of my 248 thousand concerns with a previous dentists continually changing treatment plan. She did xrays and a thorough exam and provided me with her "what's necessary" diagnosed treatment plan. She was able to go ahead with some of the treatment same day, bc my son was so cooperative. Again, only bc she was AMAZING with my him. After 2 fillings, he is actually excited that we are going back in a couple weeks. ❤️

She was so nervous the night before, that she asked me to call the next morning to see if Dr. Carlos could see her first thing in the morning. I called when the office opened and Dr. Carlos was more than gracious to have us in before lunch time. Not only did Dr. Carlos and team graciously accommodate the scheduling request, they also assured my daughter that all would be ok. The procedure went very well and my daughter was smiling when we left. We have loved every visit we have had, twice a year with Floss Dentistry for the last 8 years!

Fantastic experience: This is a really nice facility, and we had a great experience. We moved to Georgia 2 years ago, and I've been looking for a pediatric dentist for my son. I've driven passed this location many times, and I finally called to make an appointment. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. Dr. Carlos examined my son; while doing so he explained everything in order for him to understand what's going on with his teeth, expectations, and the details of his visit. As a parent I enjoyed watching their interaction. Once he finished with my son, we spoke, and then he walked with us all the way to the check-out desk. The process was seamless (from start to finish). More importantly my son felt comfortable, safe, and he enjoyed his visit. The exterior of the building and the inside of the office may not be multicolored and full of animals, but you don't need that when the real business is being handled. Needless to say we found our son's new dentist.

Negative experience: Their office staff doesn’t care about the customers. - absolutely have no manners to speak to customer - doesn’t work in the interest of patients. On one side dentist says the treatment can’t wait and the front staff doesn’t give appointment for 1 month. And which made me pay extra deductive in the new year. They don’t act in the best interest of patients or their money. - they ask you to sign for an estimate and then the bill doesn’t reconcile with the estimate. There are more charges in the actual bill than what they made you sign for. - just absolutely rude to talk to, inconsiderate, I took my kid out of school and called ahead we were running late and still refused to see us. I requested to be treated on one side. I was told this can’t happen, everything has to happen together. Next time when we went for the treatment, they gave me an estimate for 2 sittings (off course extra charges), when I questioned the dentist directly, she treated both at the same time. But again their office staff doesn’t care about the patients I don’t think their office staff even deserve 1 star.

Negative experience: My daughter was a patient for 13 yrs. Not once I have cancelled or requested a change. Today was the day that I requested one because my pet had emergency vet appointment. I had to pay $30.00 broken appointment fee for the change of appointment which is ridiculous. They did not even consider my emergency situation. As a mom I had to manage some how and come for the appointment.

We just started iron vitamins for our 3 year old and were confused at the blackish looking stains on teeth. I called for an appointment and Mandy told me to change my routine to brush right after the vitamin! SO HELPFUL and saved me an out of pocket cleaning visit. :')

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel is so patient and kind with apprehensive children. She walked our daughter through everything that was going to happen with pulling a tooth, cavities and sealants and made sure she felt comfortable. The entire office staff was sweet and attentive. Highly recommend.
