It’s relaxing with a tropical vacation visual on the screen, parafin hand wax treatment, blanket, and warm neck pillow makes me feel like I’m on a flight somewhere happy :) And, the higenist and dentist are the best! Fantastic experience: Amazing service and amazing staff. This is the most comfortable my wife or I have felt at the dentist and they gave us such detailed information about our treatment plan. We had to rush out early to get to work and they were so accommodating. I highly recommend you come in for a consultation, you will not be disappointed. Edit: The filling in my front tooth chipped due to the way my teeth connected when I bite. They fixed it with no issue. If I could post another 5-star review I would.

Fantastic experience: Love going here - they are really leaning in to the spa piece- you can get a paraffin treatment and a warm blanket and neck wrap. It makes it really relaxing.

Positive experience: Pleasant experience overall. Starting with paraffin wax on my hands and dimmed lights in the room. The X-ray process was excruciatingly long. The technician Bernadette was excellent. And don't forget to ask them to adjust the height of the chair for you. I'm tall so after sitting 2 hours in the chair my neck was paining me. They are very advanced in imaging.

The hygienist was wonderful - explained everything clearly, gave helpful suggestions, and paid attention to detail. I have to mention the complimentary digital scan of my mouth, which was shown on a massive TV for easy preview and understanding. Dr. Arun is a very skilled professional who is gentle and personable. She did my filling, and the procedure was painless. The front office is charming and helped me with my finances. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist was called away die to an emergency, so the Doctor performed my cleaning. She was exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. She demonstrated a mastery of the technique, during the procedure, she expertly and clearly explained what she was doing and why, and then offered recommendations for improved at-home maintenance efforts. Although this Practice was recently changed, the new staff and team is excellent—from the moment you walk in, through the procedures, and through the check-out process and scheduling for follow-on appointment. Great service, friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful office! We became patients this summer after moving to the area. I had called around for help with my mother's toothache and they took her immediately to check and make a plan. So nice and NOT what I had been hearing at other offices. It turned out she did need major surgery. They dealt with her pain, made an appointment for us with an oral surgeon, etc. Wow! After her cleaning later she (she has a touch of dementia) said her mouth felt "normal" again. Yesterday, days before Christmas, after Mom's daycare, I saw she had a huge piece of her front tooth missing! I called Dr Wang's office in a panic, and they had her come in immediately. At 4:30 in the afternoon! I think the way they have their office organized allows Dr Chang to do his thing without him having the chaos I've seen in other offices that simply CAN'T see emergencies. The assistants are so organized Dr Wang can come in, calmly chit chat with mom, get her fixed so beautifully, and all without stress. Thank-you Engineered Smiles! All of you! You are very much appreciated by our family!!! Merry Christmas!

Fantastic experience: With COVID I was able to avoid the dentist for a while and not feel too guilty. I was really hesitant to go back as I really despise the experience. I've been to a few dentists in the Metro area which those experiences were all the same and similar to taking my car in for an oil change...they recommend one thing after another, scare me, provide a few more things then hit me with a huge bill. I may not floss every day but I have decent oral hygiene! Engineered Smiles was an excellent experience. They were efficient, the services offered were explained and recommendations were made without guilt or scare tactics. The staff were delightful and Dr. Wang is enjoyable. Also, they didn't try to talk to me while their hands were in my mouth (a personal pet peeve). I'm glad I found them and I won't hesitate to go back.

Recently, Taylor performed my regular scheduled maintenance and it was the the best—not one second of discomfort. The front desk coordinator—apologies for forgetting her name—is also superb in her knowledge of insurance coordination and has saved me a lot of money. This is a first-rate practice across the board.

Fantastic experience: I found the most wonderful dentist! Dr. Wang - Engineered Smiles in the shopping center at Lower Roswell and Johnson Ferry - is so gentle and patient. He is so kind and patient with my elderly hubby. He carefully explained each step of the treatment plan. His staff is equally wonderful and I love the office, close by and easy parking.

Fantastic experience: I’m a 64 year old woman who was dissatisfied with her former dentist and also the amount of time it took to schedule anything. I wasn’t sure what to think about the name “engineered smiles” because I didn’t care about any cosmetic procedures and I just wanted my teeth cleaned, X-rays, etc. I just had a complete check up and a deep cleaning and it was the easiest and least stressful dentist experience I’ve ever had. Over the years, living in various states, I’ve had about 8 different dentists. I liked this doctor, this practice, this vibe, and everything probably better than anywhere else I’ve been.

Came to see Dr. Wang and team after hearing that they utilized freestanding HEPA units in each room and wore KN95 masks. The team was very compassionate about my concerns, kind about the fact that it had been a few years since my last cleaning, and got my teeth all squared away. Will definitely return. She even faithfully called me often during the last months to remind me that I needed to schedule an appointment -- a real personal touch. My dental hygienist, Jennifer, is fantastic -- efficient yet gentle (even on this gal with a very low pain tolerance!). And -- Dr. Wang is an excellent dentist -- offering the latest in dental technology. They even offer a discount program which really helps. I highly recommend Engineered Smiles!

Dr. Wang is personable with a caring manner. He has done several crowns for me, some including implants. He does all the work himself. He is highly skilled and competent and keeps up with all the latest procedures. Their charges are fair. I highly recommend Dr. Wang's practice.

Fantastic experience: This was the most thorough exam I've ever had! Dr. Wang and his team spent two hours with me as a new patient, which included X-rays, a cool digital impression, the cleaning and fillings (unfortunately). I may have been the only patient in the building and felt very safe.

That evening an old tooth needing replacement broke off at gum. Staff immediately made time for me to visit next morning and proceed with plans to replace tooth with new implant originally scheduled for a month later. Dr. Wang handled the extraction and setup for new implant. My wife and I have been using Engineered Smiles for the past year for all dental work. They are always on-time for all appointments and totally professional. I have had one implant and now finalizing two more implants covering 3 teeth extracted. Also had 5 fillings replaced during one visit. Service on all visit has been outstanding.
