Fantastic experience: I had the most pleasant experience at a dentist today At J And J Dental. Every person I dealt with was efficient, polite, and explained what was going to happen. The hygienist, Molly was very thorough. All in all An excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: Years ago I used J&J Dental for an implant and a couple caps and the work was outstanding! Since then, I have seen them for check-ups/cleanings, some fillings, and other routine dental work. No complaints at all. They have a great team and I can tell they really care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found J&J! The staff is super friendly. I had so much anxiety about going to the dentist, but they made me so comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I got a complete plan of my care broken down in chunks to utilize all of my insurance benefits and make payments easy on my budget. The doctor has amazing bedside manner. I couldn’t be happier! Don’t walk, run and make your appointment! You will not regret it.

I really appreciate how thorough and detail oriented she is, while also having the gentlest technique and beside manner. I came in for a routine visit as a new patient, and she discovered that I needed a crown. I was pretty nervous about having major dental work done for the first time, but she handled everything so seamlessly. On top of the doctor’s stellar patient care, J&J’s front office staff and hygienists are incredibly attentive and accommodating. I know a lot of people are anxious to see a dentist, especially for more involved dental work. If that’s you, Dr. Victoria is your girl!

When I went here, however, I encountered a level of care I had never received before, and the dentist reassured me that she could give me more numbing medication if I could feel it at any point. Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I had a great experience from start to finish. The registration forms were short and easy to complete, which was refreshing compared to many offices that require excessive paperwork. The doctor accepted my recent X-rays from another dentist instead of repeating them, saving me both time and money. I was also seen on time without the long wait that is so common in many dental offices. Patients are expected to arrive on time, so it’s nice to see a practice that respects patients’ time as well. Dr. Hovanchik thoroughly explained my dental condition and created a practical, well-thought-out treatment plan. I was able to schedule treatment quickly thanks to the available appointments. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other providers I visited, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain both my treatment plan and payment options. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with J & J Dental was last week and everyone was so kind and patient answering my questions as it was my first dentist visit in quite some time. All the staff ensured I completely understood my next steps as we spoke about long term dental care specific to my identified needs.

Negative experience: Despite traffic accidents delaying my drive and hour, they insist on charging me a $50 cancelation fee. They do not work with you at all.

Positive experience: Hygienists were very nice and efficient. Dr. Victoria is excellent. They didn’t try to sell me services or push unnecessary procedures. At the same time they were making sure that I’m being properly taken care of. Best dentist I’ve had in years!

Fantastic experience: My experience was A+! From the point of entry, to the education and service. Every staff member was attentive, patient, and LISTENED WELL. Dr. Bishara, Molly and Lexi were excellent care providers. This is my second dentist in 21 years and I chose correctly (followed my hygienist Deanna ) I’m definitely here to stay!

Fantastic experience: Just finished up my first visit at J&J’s Dental and all I can said is “Wow”. I never felt so comfortable and safe inside a dental practice in my life. Not once did I feel judged or humiliated. Everyone spoke to me with great care from the receptionist, to the hygienists and dentists. They came up with a good dental treatment plan to get me started and not once forced me and or made me feel that everything needed to be paid for or taken care of now. I’m so happy I found this practice and look forward to continuing my treatment and building healthy dental habits one step at a time.

Fantastic experience: Very nice visit to the dentist! And when when you can call a dentist visit “nice,” that’s something! Ozzy was excellent taking x-rays and photographs. As was Mollie, in explaining the conditions shown in the photos. Dr. Victoria did a great job giving me a pain-free filling. And Hanna explained the insurance & billing with notes on actual printouts, which were very easy to understand. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Listen! When I say this dentistry is top tier! These ladies are ALWAYS PLESANT! I found them after scrubbing through a list of delta dental recommendations... she was maybe the 38th profile I read through.... i initially passed over her but circled back up and im glad I did! This office is amazing!!! They have now treated me and my daughters! And each time the service and professionalism has remained intact! We will continue to make this trip everytime! ( it takes us about 45mins drive time) but its worth it!

Positive experience: There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication issues with the front desk, but majority of the staff were very pleasant and professional. I was a patient of Dr. Bishara’s for years and had a great experience. When he left, I was hesitant having a new provider, but Dr. Melissa Kennedy was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable. She’s very detail oriented and didn’t rush any visit. Highly recommend! Shes no longer at J and J but just wanted to leave my review anyhow. I also saw Dr. Victoria, and she was great too! Good team, but front desk could be a little more organized.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this dental office does their part to make your visit as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. I mentioned to the dental hygienist (Molly) that I had still had some sensitivity around my gum line from some work I had a year ago. I only said it because she was about to clean my teeth, but she took the extra time to give me a treatment to help that issue. It's one example of the little things that this office will do to make your appointment more comfortable. If you're someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist, this is a good place to try.

Fantastic experience: So I’m a new patient at this practice. My old was nice, but quit being in network. J and J is in network for Delta Dental. Super nice and friendly office staff (Hannah&Maria) and Star was excellent assisting Dr Hovancik. I needed a crown on a chipped back tooth. Not a lot of fun, but relatively swift and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful when it came to navigating costs and working with my insurance. The dental hygienist (Molly) who did my cleaning was incredibly kind and patient which put me at ease and really helped with my nerves. Dr. Hovancik was incredible and very honest about my treatment plan during my initial consultation. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience from start to finish. Office is clean, pleasant, and calming. Maria got me checked in and seen quickly, despite me forgetting to confirm my appointment. I got my xrays, saw the dentist and hygienist, and was well informed and taken care of every step of the way. And when my insurance was barely going to cover anything, Maria walked me through their payment plans that were very affordable. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience at this office!

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of dental anxiety and had to have an emergency extraction done on a baby tooth I've had since I was a kid. To say I was very nervous is an understatement. The team here was so warm and welcoming, and even throughout the extraction, did everything they could to help me feel at ease. I am very thankful they were accepting new patients at the time of my dental emergency! Will happily be returning for all my dental needs in the future :)

Negative experience: This review is specifically for the front desk staff. I arrived 15 mins early as I am a new patient and it said in the web site to arrive 15 minutes early for new patients. The brunette with glasses at the front desk said she would see if she could “squeeze me in” several times as if she was doing me a favor, I was not late at all. Also noting no contact, again I was 15 mins early and staff is about to be inside my mouth. She was snarky when asking if I had received a phone call from office and I told her I saw the call but I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts so by the time I got off their office was closed. Her attitude and energy sucked so I left. She also noted I would have to set another appointment for cleaning saying something about when you book with ZocDoc. I am an adult with a busy schedule no one has time to make/ attend 2 separate appointments for exam annd xray and then a separate for cleaning. Will also share this review with ZocDoc website.

Fantastic experience: So quick, I went in for a regular cleaning and was done in 40 minutes, even including x-rays. Molly did a great job with the cleaning. She was fast and didn’t hurt my mouth. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to going back in 6 months!
