Positive experience: My wife and I set up appointments at Coast Dental Sprayberry. We hadn't been to a dentist in years, and our Doctor advised us to go. The staff and Doctors were great. They explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. The only issue we had was the expense. Even with our Humana insurance, it was still very expensive, and we are both seniors on Social Security. I'm having to finance the charges, which they helped with, but still, it's another bill that we really don't need right now, but I guess we'll have to figure it out.

Got 2 cavities filled some X-Rays and going back for a full cleaning. I would recommend this practice to everyone especially if you are nervous about the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the welcome I received from the front desk So sweet and big smile. The nurse that took my c- rays was kind and professional. and Dr Riconte made me feel comfortable, listened to my needs and I listened to his recommendations. After I returned home, I reflected and spoke with a relative and await to see if my final decision is viable. By the way, the offices were impeccably clean and the waiting area was comfortable with up-to-date magazines to read I look forward to my next appointment and this is HUGE for me as I have a phobia of medical professionals.

Negative experience: Received a treatment over a month ago, the dentist himself was great, but I was over charged. Still trying to get reimbursed for the procedure. Another poster got a reply from the manager with a phone number to patient quality assurance. I tried calling that, but the representative will only transfer you back to the office in question, rather than someone at the corprate level.

Fantastic experience: A very wholesome and kind environment. Staff is extremely easy to work with. The reminders are top notch and the overall experience is gentle. I do not care for dentist overall. This dentist is a gem. He is personable and down to earth. Going to this dentist leaves me never dodging an appointment and no longer dreading appointments. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Shaniqua was an amazing dentist assistant!

Negative experience: I had been going here for a few years and everything was decent. They do try to upsell on cosmetic procedures or special toothpaste but you can easily say no. They often have problems with scheduling and have cancelled my appointment before. You also can’t use their website to schedule an appointment because none of the times are accurate. Then recently I went and saw a new (or at least new to me) doctor, an older white guy, who examined my teeth for all of 60 seconds and then claimed I needed 3 different procedures done and my husband who also got examined needed 2 procedures. Totaling over $1,000 with insurance. We decided to get a 2nd opinion somewhere else since we were skeptical, and turns out I only needed 1 procedure (of $44) and my husband needed none. Be wary of this new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Coast Dental Sprayberry was very professional and thorough from the front desk to the doctors. Dr. Quinn is excellent in skills, procedures, and he's personable. He takes out time to answer questions. My procedure was seamless with no complications. Dr. Quinn makes you feel safe, at ease, and in great hands receiving dental work! Thank you Dr. Quinn and Coast Dental Sprayberry.

Negative experience: Encountered challenges with this practice after only a few visits and encourage others to do their own research and potentially consider a different practice. >Be sure confirm exactly what your appointment is for and your appropriate co-pays BEFORE you go to the practice. They will up-sell to a more expensive procedure and claim its ADA ‘required’ when after researching, when in fact it really isn’t required but rather recommended - just brings in more $ to the practice versus doing what the patient requested. So now, you’re sitting there under pressure to either accept this on-the-spot up charge or walk away. >Then front office staff is friendly however there are language barriers with the medical staff so be prepared. In closing, there are other ADA certified practices all over the area that are more than happy to execute the cleanings that this facility didn't want to - but rather, they rather try to collect more money from their patients on the spot.

Negative experience: I made an appointment online. Got thru all the forms and even CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT. I get here and they were closed. I’m not a fan of my time wasted in such a manner. No accountability from their scheduling department either.

Positive experience: 4 stars because it’s the dentist. That’s a high rating from me. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. The older dentist had a patient dad vibe that made me feel comfortable and safe, and I used to be scared of the dentist so that a big compliment. I would recommend this office to a friend.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Sprayberry Coast Dental twice and both times I was greeted by a friendly front office staff. My visit was for X Rays and Betty was the young lady that took care of me and rajveer.was the Hygienist and she did a great job. Today Dr. riconte examined me as well and Both did a great job as well. Felt very welcomed by all at this practice and would highly recommend them for all dental needs. And a plus is that neither time did I have more than a 5 minute wait time. These are very professional people that really seem to enjoy their jobs and taking good care of their patients.

Negative experience: Come to find out they they charge the insurance for procedures that was not done. And I was over charged about 200 That to me is insurance fraud. I will never go to them ever. If I had not went back to get the print out for myself I would have never know and probably been sent a bill to pay for something that was not done So make sure check on what you pay.Still waiting on refund sad that they have not done the right thing.The insurance company has already paided the Dentist

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a fear going to the dentist because number one I don’t like getting the shots and due to my fear and my frustrations kept me from visiting other dental offices. “ I had a horrifying dental visit with this dental office called (Great Expressions Dental Centers ,Austell, Ga) because they’re only interest was the mighty $$$ Dollar Bill and how much they could charge you without doing a single thing to assist, talk to you, or correct/address your dental needs (Never Again)” ********** Today I had an appointment with Dr. Charles Dong with Coast Dental Sprayberry in Marietta, Ga. Let me just begin by saying Dr. Charles was one of the best dentist office that I’ve ever attended, and he made me feel comfortable. He relieve the stress the fear and all of my anxiety I was at ease just by him talking to me as person before he even started working on my teeth. His explanations his professionalism was, Above and beyond. The service I received from Dr. Charles, his staff his receptionist was 100% if I have to give it a rating it would be 100+, after the work was completed I walked out of there with such a high level of confidence that this will now be my go to Dentist for any problems that I’m having with my teeth. (Well Done Everyone at this Dental Office), I just wanted to give this office a shout out and hopefully help anyone that may read this that may have a fear of going to the dentist office. Fantastic experience: 10 stars if I could. Dr.Riconte reminds me of like if shaggy from scooby doo grew up to become a dentist. He's a little goofy, but his kindness puts you at ease. He's been really open about my treatment plan and explaining all the little details of anything I had even a fleeting concern about. And I had a lot of concerns. I have two crowns on my back bottom teeth. One broke 4 separate times and was replaced 4 separate times before my old dentist decided to use a porcelain to metal material and it at least hasn't cracked since it's been made of metal, but the one on the other side did. I called coast because I refused to go back to the other guy cause clearly something wasn't right there. When I explained all this to dr.riconte, he immediately said thank you for telling me that so we're not even gonna bother making the crown with zirconia cause that doesn't work for you, unlike the last guy who just kept doing the same damn thing. The crown comes back. Doesn't fit perfectly. Now, dr.R could have just glued it on and waited to see what happened like the last dentist, but he said no I need to figure this out, let's try again. That happened 3 more times. He said that hes never had to do this, but in order to make it perfect we had to remove some gum tissue. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Im still waiting for that crown to come back from the lab, but I already know it's gonna be perfect because they have taken so many steps to make sure they got it right and I feel really secure that everyone here went out of their way, multiple times, to make at least one tooth in my mouth totally perfect. Thank you Dr.Riconte and Shaniqua! I know yall are tired of me but I really appreciate all you've done!

Negative experience: Quite literally the dingiest dentist office I've ever been in. Nothing looked clean, all the equipment looked old an unmaintained. When they took my dental x-ray I could literally see loose wires sticking out of the x-ray appliance, And the X-ray tech was so afraid of the x-ray machine she stepped out of the room every time it took an image (never had that happen in a dentist office before). She was so forceful with the X-ray reflector that was inserted in my mouth I almost gagged a half dozen times and she was completely unapologetic. The dentist who saw me gave me mad Frank Gallagher vibes, I'm shocked he even bothered to get up out of his bar stool to take the time to see me. Had a very defensive attitude didn't really want to listen to the answers I gave him to the questions he asked me, and never bothered to discuss his report of findings. While I was sitting in the chair after the dentist abruptly walks out the hygienist walks up to me clipboard and pen in hand and tries to get me to sign a $10,000 treatment plan, The signing of which would have legally committed me to having the work done. I have never, And I really truly mean NEVER, been asked to sign a fiduciary document at a doctor's office while still sitting in the procedure chair. Don't walk, RUN away from this dentist. I wound up going to Biologic Dentistry of Acworth, who did not accept my insurance and they formulated a treatment plan that was just as effective while saving me approximately $4,000. The entire Coast dental operation seems to exist to take advantage of low income government assisted insurance clients, whose dental insurance plans outright refuse to cover more legitimate dentist's offices.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety about dental visits, and I’ve been to this location in the past and had issues. However, I went today and had the best experience I’ve had in many years. I saw Dr. Riconte and a newer hygienist (I missed her name, but I asked to see her again next time). Both were very kind and accommodating to me. Neither of them rushed or made me feel more anxious about my visit. If you can see this duo here, I would absolutely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I get nervous sometimes at the dentist and they were super patient with me (the assistant even held my hand during the lidocaine injection). I had to get fillings on my front teeth and they took such care to make sure the final product looked and felt good to me. I really appreciate everyone here!

Negative experience: My Dr. added on a service that I wasn’t aware of and then had to pay that out of pocket. Didn’t give me the opportunity to opt out. NOW they are saying i still owe them money. Definitely feel like i was scammed. Will not be returning

Negative experience: This was my first time visiting Dentist Quinn, I knew I needed a cavity filled, He intern advised me I needed a cap placed on the other tooth. I don’t think I did. I think it was a money scheme to get me to pay more. My initial payment would be $29 when I left. I ended up paying $200 now my cap has fallen off and I’m left looking crazy in the front of my mouth very disappointed would not recommend Dr. Quin to anyone

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience with the staff who went above and beyond for me. I took up allot of their time but not once did they make me feel like it was a bother. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I scheduled a routine cleaning, which was supposed to cost $29. During my visit, I was told that I needed fillings. Before agreeing to get them, I specifically asked whether they were covered by my insurance, and I was given an estimate of $15 total. However, when I went to check out, I find that the fillings actually cost $75 each, bringing my total to around $230. While they did remove the charge for one filling to slightly lower the cost, I still had to pay way more than I was initially told, even though it was their mistake. The staff member who miscalculated my estimate never apologized or took accountability for the error. I asked multiple times to confirm my visit, cleaning, and fillings were covered by my insurance, yet I was still blindsided with a much higher bill. This was completely unacceptable, and I feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend this office to anyone who expects honest and transparent pricing.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Very serious about not letting it be a painful experience - even at the expense of causing them to have a shorter lunch break or stay later. Very friendly, a doctor who actually listens to what you say (WOW! How often does that ever happen, right?) and will spend extra time to investigate what you have issues and/or concerns about. Does not try to oversell you and will, in fact, ask if you really want to do something because the cost is so high while the return might not be. I have been twice and expect to continue seeing them!

Negative experience: Would give 0 out of 5 if possible. Tried to schedule dental cleaning and routine exam because paired with insurance. Company paired me initially with a dentist there NOT on my insurance so I rescheduled - fine. Then the NIGHT before the appointment, I got texts and emails saying "I" cancelled my AM appointment for the next day at 3 PM (I did NOT) but they also did not send it until almost 8 PM (after hours so I could not call). AND the cleaning part NEVER HAPPENED. I had to reschedule with the hygienist - fine - life happens. I rescheduled for the hygienist about 3 weeks out because of limited availability. I get ready to go the the 2 PM appt. - but then I start getting reminders that it is at 3 PM - weird - I call them but the office is closed for lunch until 2 PM. So I go at 2 PM and they have NO RECORD OF MY CLEANING APPOINTMENT I MADE 3 WEEKS AGO. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed at my initial visit. I made the appt to address some pain and told front desk I needed a cleaning. I arrived early(1:50) to my appointment only to be seen 30 minutes after my appointment time at (2:00) imaging took about another 30 minutes. I was sat down for evaluation at 3:10. Only to be seen for about 5 min where the assistant told be he did not see any concerns with my teeth. That he was referring me elsewhere. Therefore I needed to call and make another appt after for my cleaning. When I asked why I wasn't having it done today I was told the Hygienist wasn't even . I left completely misled and with a bill of 138 now if I decide to go elsewhere I will need new image. This place is ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Honestly they have fixed my teeth that I thought were beyond repair and they really care. It’s so refreshing to have such genuine people take care of you. Gergana zehirova is one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen before she is amazing and her assistant is so kind. I always have a great experience here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Quinn is wonderful!! I had to have a tooth pulled and it was painless, well except for the numbing shots and you can’t do much for that! He is very personable and is easy to talk to. He and the staff made me comfortable and were friendly and compassionate. The clinic is very clean and organized. I am always greeted with a pleasant hello and smile when I enter.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental office since the beginning of the year. I came today to get a routine cleaning for my treatment plan and there are a few new staff members and they are wonderful! Dr. T is such a sweetheart and he is very gentle with his patients. My hygienist Jessica was so bright and bubbly! She was amazing and took great care of my cleaning. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance. The new staff has definitely changed the environment of the establishment to a better one!

I ask her when we can get appointment she said let me check then she told me today 3:30 is ok . I said ok She ask did any one Referring from other Dentist i said no.i said if you need any X-ray we can get from dentist cross street from your office because my wife was cleaning her Teeth they said she need to pul this WISDOM TEETH out When my wife got there they took X-ray again and they said ooo sorry we can’t pull out WISDOM TEETH we need to sen you some other place. Then they ask $120. I ask then if you can’t pull out why you give us appointment she said I am sorry was miss Understood but you need pay this money. Ask why I need to pay this money if you make. Mistake. She said I don’t care if my mistake or not you need to pay this money or I will call police.. because my wife doesn’t speak English . I was on the phone all the time with my wife when. The manager saw my wife can’t speak English. Ask my wife to give her the phone again but the manager refuse to talk to me. Just let everyone know don’t go this place

Fantastic experience: I visited the dentist for a routine cleaning, and the experience was great. Jessica, the hygienist, was amazing—she was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She had great music playing, which made the whole process 100 times better!

Negative experience: This is the third time they call to cancel my dental cleaning appointment…. That’s all I gotta say. Oh. Also. My first dental cleaning with them made my teeth so sensitive, I couldn’t imagine having my teeth worked on for at least 5 months. So. Anyway. I’m sure they are nice people.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing both Dr. Z and Dr. Michael Quinn at Coast Dental - Sprayberry. They are both very good practioners. Along with their assistant Diana they have all provided caring, professional and informative care. The front office staff is pleasant and accommodating as well.

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment online for this location and they didn’t have a hygienist available for the day I booked. Charged $300 for visit and no cleaning was done, even though that’s what the appointment was for. Super unprofessional staff and very outdated equipment. The medical assistance tries to get you to sign paperwork saying you’ll pay more money than you discussed. Very dishonest dentist trying to advise treatments that are unneeded, just trying to scam for more money. Very unhygienic office overall as well. Took over an hour and a half for a visit and charged $300 after no cleaning was done. I have absolutely no idea how this place has a single good review….

Fantastic experience: I see both Dr. Gergana Zehirova and Dr. Micheal Quinn at Coast Dental- Sprayberry. They are both EXCELLENT practioners and it is a satisfying experience to be seen by either of them. The Staff at Coast Dental- Sprayberry are friendly and they work hard to assist you and keep things running on time. The practice itself is conveniently located with lots of parking near the front entrance. I highly recommend Coast Dental- Sprayberry!

Negative experience: It’s been a long year and very painful experience with my my Mother’s partial!!! I do not recommend this facility at all!! They take forever to answer the calls and the voicemail cuts off!! Maybe that’s why the previous Dentist left the practice!

Negative experience: This issue may be systemic over the entire organization but with all fairness to the Sprayberry branch of Coast Dental, I should explain my less than acceptable rating of the establishment. During our three visits to this dental office, we found ambitious scheduling but excellent work. However, the procedures applied are only acceptable to those who do not read documents presented to them! Here, the disclaimers or agreements are not tendered prior to entering the “dentist’s chair” but while one is already prepared for the proposed procedures. This causes a dilemma of having to read several pages of finely printed legal documents, or just to sign them without question. Should one want to read them, it would take several hours, or five thousand Dollars of legal fees to consult with an attorney and hold up the doctor who is waiting to do his/her work. The responses to my requests to explain the contents -- in the interest of expediency, I received various negative responses all the way to rude expediting. In one instance, the practitioner supported the rude nurse. I assume he did not hear the entire interchange or he was objecting to the ‘waste of time”! Overall, (with the exception of the rude nurse), this may be an example of ambitious corporate “lawyering” where procedures are counterproductive, and overshadow the otherwise excellent professional work

Fantastic experience: My dental health and home care have been important to me since I was a child. My first dentist was my Grandfather; then came my Uncle and Aunt; later it was my cousin and his wife. I have a pretty good sense for quality care when I experience it. Since about 2008, Dr. Michael Quinn has been my dentist & periodontist, and he's the best practitioner I've experienced in 69 years. Coast Dental moves their providers around to different offices as their market and demographics change. I've followed Dr. Quinn to four different locations and he elevates the team spirit and general quality of care wherever he works; I see how hygienists go out of their way to meet his high standards. He's now at the Coast Dental Sprayberry office in Cobb County working his magic. It's well-worth the drive from Buckhead to see Dr, Quinn. -Doug Pratt

Negative experience: I went to this dentist office to get an opinion on a tooth that had been repaired in the last year that was given me some discomfort. Made an appointment to return but will not. This place looked acceptable from the waiting room, but when I got to my seat to be looked at they had no place to hang a jacket or hat anywhere near you and sheet rock debris all over a lower cabinet below a big hole in the wall where a piece of equipment had been repeatedly banged against it where I was told to put my hat. Yes, except me to put my hat in white powder, actually pointed and directed me to put my hat there. My teeth will rot from my face before I set foot on those premises again. -10* from my perspective! Cleanliness is #1 priority in any medical facility but not here. Please know that you are at potential risk here in my opinion and I have worked with hundreds of medical institutions State, county and federal in Oregon and Washington state, if it was up to me they would be closed.

Fantastic experience: A couple of weeks ago I had a cracked tooth and no dentist. Called and was taken care off the same day with a temporary cap. Today I went to finish the job, had the cleaning and the permanent crown affixed. Great job by Dr. Zehirova and Diana, her assistant. Highly recommend this practice. All the staff are wonderful people that really care for the patient.

She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I knew exactly what was being done and answered all my questions and her work was incredible! I’m very pleased with my crown and fillings!
