Fantastic experience: Dr. Knauer and his son have been around many years. Because they provide exceptional service. Their entire staff is always pleasant and make it an enjoyable experience. Yesterday I had my cleaning done by Ellie, great job. Next work preparation for replacement crown. Maya assisted Dr. Knauer. She is so good and very meticulous. I really love their staff.

Fantastic experience: I find Sprayberry Dental to have very brief waiting, very efficient service and the professional staff as well as the front office are personable yet very professional. The dentist is very detailed in explanation of any issues and what the possible resolve could be.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this office. I was told I needed multiple procedures, including recommending me out to an endodontist, and was given a treatment plan that would have cost me a decidedly absurd amount. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I sought a second opinion from another dentist. I was informed that the majority of the recommended services were completely unnecessary. On top of that, I was quoted prices that were significantly higher than what other dental offices in the area charge for the same procedures. It is deeply concerning to think that patients may be pressured into costly and unnecessary treatments. Dental care is expensive and personal, and patients deserve honesty and transparency — not inflated treatment plans. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to major work here.

Negative experience: Buyer beware. Every patient is charged a unique rate. You can get two healthy mouth cleanings with xrays for $375 or you can use your insurance and be billed $485, with your balance due at $333 because their rates billed to your insurance are 5x the allowed rates in Marietta.

Negative experience: I only give two because the dentist was nice. The assistant who did the X-ray and cleaning was extremely rude. I'm not going back. Stay away and do your online research for finding a place. There are a lot of great places out there that their staff treat you with respect.

Now that I'm retired, I still choose to drive to this office for my 2 cleanings per year and any other work that needs to done. My dental health is excellent, thanks to my personal care along with Dr. Krauer and staff.

Negative experience: Beware - this is the only dental office that has ever charged me to forward copies of my dental history or x-rays. My current dental office says this is highly irregular. Feels like Sprayberry Dental is just out to make a buck when all they have to do is send an email.

Negative experience: Not a good experience, was spoken to quite rudely after I requested for a fee waiver for being late to an appointment. You prefer to give a loyal paying customer a bad experience rather than waive away a measly $50. I'm happy to take I and my family's business elsewhere where it would be better appreciated!

Negative experience: I have been a patient at Sprayberry Dental since the early- to mid-90s when I moved here. My concern at that time was the complete lack of connection with the patient. I continued to come here. Then, just a couple of years ago, a hygenist chipped the enamel on one of my lower central incisors. The best that could be done is for the dentist to grind down the sharp edges, thereby reducing the amount of enamal I have on that tooth even more. Most lately, I was asked if I wanted the flouride treatment. Sure. I'll take the flouride treatment, since flouride is scientifically proven to be beneficial to maintaining good teeth. Only AFTER the procedure was started did the hygenist say, "yeah, some patients get upset when we tell them this costs extra." Well, I believe I see why. Starting a procedure on someone and THEN informing them of the cost is a terrible, terrible practice for any business. And yes, Sprayberry Dental is now solidy embedded in my mind as a business, not a healthcare provider. I paid that damn $30 bill. I won't ever pay another here, though.

Fantastic experience: This is a well run office with skilled staff and pain free dental service. All services are perfect. Any fillings or crowns are perfect. I have gone here for over 20 years and Dr Husney is very calming and talented. I choose Karen for my cleanings too.

Fantastic experience: We love Sprayberry Dental Assoc. I recommend them to everyone I know and have convinced lots of my friends and coworkers to go there for dental care. Dr. Knauer treats his patients like he would his family. Both Jeffrey Knauer and Marshall Knauer will recommend what is best for the patient not what they can charge the most for. Honestly, they are amazing, trustworthy, and do beautiful dental work. You will not regret going to see them for all your dental care needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with this Dental office for many years, and they always do a nice job of reminders, caring staff, modern up to date equipment and the Doctors, especially Dr Marshall Knauer, are terrific. At my cleaning appointment this week, I had a wonderful woman, Audra, who quickly assessed something going on, patiently explained it to me, further educated me on other issues and advocated for me to receive additional treatment. She was able to efficiently tend to the issues, expertly, kindly and with my best interest firmly in mind. I believe her intervention might have prevented future more serious problems. Thank you Audra, your excellent care is deeply appreciated by me.

Negative experience: I called to get my records transferred to a new dentist that was just more convenient for me. The receptionist was not very polite at all, said she would email me something to sign to release the records and I would need to come in and pay the $25 for the records. I never was emailed anything then I asked her if that would be X-rays and all my records and she said no just X-rays and if I wanted everything it was $75. I kept checking my email for the form they were talking about and it never showed up. I let my new dentist know this information and they called them just to check on my insurance and said the receptionist was very rude and said they would not release anything without my signature and payment, which she quoted a different fee for, plus I owed $50 for a missed appointment which I never had. After my initial cleaning I never made another appointment so I'm not sure what they're talking about. These are my records, I pay for them with my insurance and any co-pay that needs to happen, I should be able to get them without paying extra.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to Sprayberry Dental Associates for many years now and could not be happier with Dr. Knauer Sr. and Jr. and the entire staff. Love Michelle and Karen and April and Renee. Truly a special practice.

Negative experience: I gave this place two stars instead of one star because it used to be awesome when Dr. Anderson was here. My whole family absolutely loved him and his chill demeanor. But since he left, it’s gone downhill. Dr. Knauer was very condescending and has literally no bedside manner. Dude was just born with a horrible personality. He also said that I needed to pull one tooth and that it was going to cause problems in the near future. I asked for the x-rays to be sent to me and I had to pay $50 ( which is insane by the way), to which I took them to a dentist friend and he said yes, eventually that tooth will cause problems, but it probably won’t be within the next couple of years. If you don’t want to pull it now, that’s OK. I don’t recommend this place at all

Negative experience: Not answering their phone on Wednesday May 21 during business hours? Have been trying to call for an hour now. It's just after 2 pm. They finally answered their phone at 3 pm and the office manager was incredibly rude. Because I left a poor review, she said the practice would not see me as a patient. Is that even legal? Stay away from Sprayberry Dental. Also - just so everyone knows this is a fair-minded review. I was a patient here for over a decade. The dentists are very good. But most of the office staff I've dealt with are lazy and rude which is a shame. They don't answer their phones, they don't respond promptly, and if customers complain they act like it's your fault.

My hygienist was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable, and did a great job. The dentist was professional and friendly as well. I had a great second visit. They are keeping up with the high level of performance I have seen so far.

Negative experience: I don't want to give them any stars. I have gone here for 20 years and it has progressively gone downhill in the past few. Today was the icing on the cake. I won't go back. It was chaotic and unprofessional. Employees talking/yelling back and forth to each other about lunch etc, they hygienist made a mess with the water and pulled the suction out of my mouth while looking the other way...I was still spitting and it went all down the front of my face, neck and clothes. On top of that, the dentist made a very unnecessary/rude/inappropriate comment to me about how I was dressed. Unbelievable. I will not ever be back there again.

One of my crowns came off last night and they were able to see me 1st thing this morning and have me out the door within an hour after my appt time started. Negative experience: It was so hard to schedule with this dentist that we just quit trying. They canceled my appointment the day of. I would try to book and receive a snarky response that they were 9 months out on booking. Another time I tried and they just told me to call another time because they didn’t know if they would have staff or not. When I tried to get my dental records from them they wanted to charge $25 to share my family’s records per person. Keep the records and buzz off. Don’t waste your time with this provider.

Fantastic experience: My family switched to this practice after our longtime dentist quit taking our insurance. We are so fortunate to have found this office. They are very efficient, but at the same time everyone is also so nice and personable. If you have to go to the dentist, this is a great place to go. I had an appointment today with Dr. Knauer Sr. and my teeth look amazing!

She did a very thorough and quick (not rushed) cleaning and polish. Dr. Husney came in next, finished the check up, gave me a few recommendations.
