Fantastic experience: Everytime we come here, the staff are so friendly, energetic, always so nice and polite. The office is at all times clean and to top it all, free accessibility to coffee, tea and water to make your visit enjoyable. They also have an arcade and a dog, as well as a back message which makes waiting easy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Leach’s entire staff is so welcoming and involved in the community. My daughter was super nervous during her first visit and they reassured her (and me) in many ways to make it fun for her. I’m incredibly grateful for their ability to make the dentist office fun and welcoming. She loved her goodies bag and mama loved the massage chairs while you wait. Initially I was nervous about not being able to go back with her but love they establish the relationship right away. The only thing I’d rec is a few more toys in the waiting room for you her children. They have awesome games for bigger kids and a train station, I could see needing more in the event of needing my son with me for an entire appointment. But yet again, parents should bring things too!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dr. Leach for many years and have received nothing but stellar care. Everyone we have encountered at the office has been kind and patient and made my kids feel comfortable. We also love the therapy dogs, Honey and Mazzie.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dentist for any parent of a child with separation anxiety and/or stranger danger. They don’t allow parents to accompany their child during cleaning/exam. My 3 year old son was very distressed during the tour of the office and when they picked him up to do his first exam, he was screaming and very upset. I regret not advocating more and staying but I assumed they would be gentle and soothe his anxiety. He told me after the fact that they held his hands down and his mouth open and the dentist “worked very hard on his mouth.” I understand the necessity of restraining hands down when absolutely necessary as I have to do this with him for vaccinations but this happened without my consent and without my presence. We will be finding a new dentist as I don’t want my three year old to continue to have traumatic experiences at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: After being here a few years, we tried somewhere else for insurance purposes, but came right back to Dr. Leach for a second option. He is trustworthy and thorough. He explained that by not being in network, they are able to provide better and more personalized care. We will stick with him from now on. Krissy did an excellent job making me and my 4 year old feel comfortable with a tour and then a smart strategy for getting him comfortable with the hygienist (choosing a toothbrush and toothpaste). The whole office is decorated in a fun way. My kids and I loved the waiting room with a fish tank and movie for them and a massage chair and tea/coffee for me. Everyone was so friendly. At the end my son got to pick some prizes and left with a whole goody bag of stuff he was excited about and I left with a report of his teeth that I found very helpful. Dr. Leach took the time to answer my questions and was so kind to my kids. I was very impressed!

Negative experience: I'm so bummed to be writing this post because our visit was great with Dr Leech however the process of how they aren't in network with ANY network was not explained to me before our visit. Our expected bill was not sent to me. I was not told we were out of network and then the woman on the phone sat there and argued with me saying I was told about it. Essentially not believing me. When I had absolutely no idea and it was never brought to my attention. No accountability was taken. All that to say we spent over $700 on 2 kids teeth cleaning. Absolutely absurd. We have dental insurance that covers 100% of what we had done. I would have never gone here if we were told it was out of network!

Fantastic experience: The BEST faculty, incredible service and trusting relationship. From the set up of the office for both littles all the way to teens, to sweet Honey the office hypoallergenic dog, I truly have never been to a better dentist in all of my years. My three-year-old LOVES to go to the dentist and show off her beautiful smile after we leave. She literally says, “WAHOO! Dentist day!,” before we leave the house. Thank you, Dr. Leach, Krissy and all of the faculty that create the environment we love.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! My kiddos are two and five, and we came today for our first dentist visit for both kiddos. The staff is incredibly friendly, Janet took care of all our paperwork and insurance prior to our visit, and our kiddos loved coming here. They have a train set, arcade room (in the lobby AND in the back before they get their teeth cleaned), videos, an aquarium, and a beverage station for the parents. Fantastic experience and good to know they take such good care of our kids.

Positive experience: 4 stars for care, 2 stars for flexibility. Do not even consider changing your appointment or not scheduling while you are in the office. There is absolutely ZERO flexibility. You just need to know your life 6mos in advance because you will not be able to change it and get back on the schedule in a reasonable time frame.

A friend referred me to him after I had several bad experiences with large corporate dental practices where there was turnover and very young, unmanaged practitioners. Fantastic experience: We were new patients and it was an incredible experience. It was like entering a magical place for children and just when I thought it couldn’t get better - it would. I received progress pictures, a keepsake picture, and a tour. My child received a goody bag, stickers, and gold coins which she used to trade in for prizes (one of the pictures). The place has a huge fish tank, video games, a movie, and even a golden doodle who loves everyone. Highly recommend. Looking forward to staying here a long time.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son chose this rating today. He had two teeth pulled and 4 sealants put on. He said “they took good care of me”. They gave him three toys when he was finished, too. Other than feeling a little woozy and having a numb lip, the whole appointment (that caused dreaded anxiety for weeks) was not that big of a deal, and we are so glad it’s behind us.

Fantastic experience: When my 1 year old had a fall and hit her mouth, the staff was amazing and got us in right away to check her out. Dr. Leach is wonderful and has great bedside manner. My 6 year old son actually enjoys going to the dentist! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brought our 3 year old for a second opinion after receiving a very aggressive treatment plan for cavity fillings from another pediatric dentist. Dr. Leach completely eased my anxieties and offered us a more conservative and appropriate approach. We had a very successful treatment! Negative experience: If I could leave this place zero stars I would. I went in for a cleaning and I had some question so I stopped a women named Bobby and tried to ask her. She was so rude and unprofessional to me saying it wasn’t her job to answer my questions so I went and had my cleaning so they tried to stick this mirror in my mouth and it had blood on it!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Leach and his team are truly one of a kind! My daughter has had a very traumatic medical history with several brain surgeries and is very scared of all things medical. We went in today and Jennifer, the hygienist came out to get her and had her skipping back smiling! She was able to clean her teeth and Dr. Leach was able to look at her teeth as well, something I thought would be completely impossible for my daughter. Janet was amazing and came out to the waiting room to tell me she was doing well too! We have not visited the dentist the last couple of years because I was so afraid of her being traumatized, and to say Dr. Leach and his team exceeded my expectations is still an understatement! This dental office is truly one of a kind for all kids, especially kiddos with special needs. Honey the dog was also comforting for my daughter. Fantastic experience: My son had an appointment today for a simple tooth extraction. His experience was better than I could have hoped for! The entire staff was very kind and courteous. They had his comfort in mind the entire time. The entire facility is just so amazing and the accommodations are wonderful. As soon as we walked in today, they had a welcome sign specifically for children new to the building. I wish I could be a patient myself how happy I am with it! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We were pleasantly surprised with our experience right from the welcome board with our son's name on it to the gifts at the end of the visit. We were thinking how our son will do but kudos to the entire team from front desk to Dr Leach they made our visit smooth such that our son was not ready to go home. Negative experience: Called for dental issue, not an infection and not related dental hygiene at all, but Will only take care of you if you bring kids every 6 months for cleaning?? I mean every 6 months who requires that? So you can bill every 6 months??

Fantastic experience: We are visiting the area and my son with special needs injured his front tooth. Dr. Leach’s office was able to squeeze us in the day that I called for an appointment. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Leach and his entire staff. Everyone was patient and eager to make my son comfortable while assessing his tooth. At first my son was resistant to sit in the chair and be examined, but with some snuggles from the office therapy dog Honey he quickly complied. He enjoyed the entire experience, from waiting in the wonderfully decorated lobby to picking special treats at the end.

Fantastic experience: My son, Luke, went for his first appt this morning, and at 2 years old, I was very nervous how he would behave. The entire staff was so patient and incredibly kind to my wild and rowdy little boy. One of the dental hygienists (I wish I remembered her name!) offered to watch him in their little play room while I checked out, and I thought that was so above and beyond! He can’t wait to come back :)

Fantastic experience: We brought our 3 year old son for his first dental visit and we're in love! From the first phone call to meeting Dr. Leach, our experience was exceptional! The staff walked us through everything that would happen (so there were no surprises) and the new patient coordinator checked our insurance before we scheduled a visit; we knew what our co-pay would be beforehand! Very comforting and supportive staff and doctor. Our son LOVED his time there and can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: In the world we live in today, it is becoming more and more difficult to find the true doctors and medical staff that really care about the patients and think beyond the money aspect of this business. We consider ourselves very lucky to find Dr. Leach who treated our two boys cavities. Prior to Dr. Leach we had visited another Practice (Which I will be writing a review for as well) which gave us a long list of issues and requested to put both our boys (3 and 5) under anesthesia so they can work on their long list of reported issues. It felt like they are just trying to make up issues and take the easy route yet the most profitable one. Visiting Dr. Leach changed all of our nightmares. From the office tour on our first visit, to meeting passionate staff, quality of care, x-rays, diagnosis and procedures, all and all have been top notch. We could not be happier and will recommend him to any parents who really want the best for their children. I cannot express how happy we are and the joy of knowing that our kids are taken care of with their best interest in mind. Thank you Dr. Leach and all the staff who put their heart into their daily work of taking care of patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Leach is so helpful with our kiddos. We've had to pull a couple of baby teeth which can be pretty traumatic for the kids, but when Dr. Leach comes in to chat with them, he immediately calms their fears and is very gentle. So glad he's our dentist!

Fantastic experience: Our kids absolutely love this office. Dr. Leach has an adorable, sweet dog named Honey who makes our children's experience that much better. Today, our son had to have a filling replaced and he said Honey jumped on his lap and layed with him the entire time while he petted her. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience! It was an accident that we stumbled into this awesome dental practice when my son was at camp and knocked out a tooth and severely cracked two more. I was calling around to different dental practices to see if he could be seen that day, and we were referred to Dr. Leach. He made my son feel comfortable, he offered me quality advice, and he really took his time with us even though we were fit in. This reminds me of how going to thr doctor’s and dentist used to be. On top of all that, they have plenty of kids amenities like Disney Plus, TVs, tokens that they can insert into machines to get prizes, an aquarium in the waiting room, beautiful paintings in the office, and a therapy dog. (Idk if the dog is always in the office, but my son loved her.) I will be recommending this place to all who are looking for a future dentist. Thanks a bunch!!!

Fantastic experience: If you have a child and live in the area - this is the dentist for you! Hands down the best experience I have ever had - from initial conversation of making appointment through the actual appointment and beyond. Their staff is the friendliest, they have a comfort dog (adding another) who is the cutest thing in the land, the waiting room is top notch (with massage chair, coffee, Wi-Fi and cute décor). Dr. Leach took the time to really discuss our daughters dental history, answer questions, give advice and overall has the most pleasant disposition as a dental practitioner. Our daughter usually is terrified of the dentist and it is so tough to be there as a parent to watch her 'fight' the whole appointment. Our visit to Dr. Leach's practice was literally the complete anthesis of this. She was calm, excited and LOVED it! In fact - she asks when she can go back!! Only "complaint" - they don't see adults!

Fantastic experience: My daughter actually loves going to the dentist now because the environment in Dr. Leach’s office is so fun! It is wonderful how they really cater to the needs of children instead of just adults. The staff is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my three kids to Dr. Leach for the longest time! The waiting room is welcoming even though you are never waiting long! The staff is so friendly and thorough. Dr. Leach takes time to meet with every patient and their parents at the end of each visit! Unlike most dentists, Dr. Leach's office makes the kids' dentist appointment less stressful for them and for me!

Fantastic experience: Dr Leach and his staff are amazing with my children. My 5yr old looks forward to his dental visits based on the care he receives….and the games don’t hurt to alleviate boredom during the visit. My 2-yr old walked back to the exam area by herself The office runs like a well oiled machine and I don’t believe I e waited longer than 5 mins for an appt. they are efficient with scheduling, checkout and the actual exams/visits. I highly recommend Dr. Leach for your child’s dental care!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr. Leach from 8-19yrs old. I now have my own family and bring my children here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They also have a new addition to their family, Honey. Honey is a therapy dog and loves on all the children while they get their teeth cleaned.
