Fantastic experience: Dr Yoo explained everything to me in detail before my root canal started. This was helpful since I’m hoping it will be my one and only. The environment is quiet and calming which is nice. I actual dozed off a couple times during the procedure. I never felt a bit of discomfort. I’ve had my share of dental work in the past and I definitely recommend Endodontics Associates of Georgia if you have this need.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was very nervous as this was the first time she had to have a root canal treatment. Dr. Yoo and his assistant were extremely kind and gentle. Dr. Yoo thoroughly explained everything prior beginning treatment and had her at ease. Would highly recommend Dr. Yoo for endodontic treatment! Hopefully we will not have to return but if we do, will gladly make the drive from Buford to Roswell again! Edited to mention I called their office when they opened at 8am and they were able to get us in the same day just a few hours later.

Fantastic experience: The office staff and technician were very nice and kind. We were taken back quickly, with only a couple of minutes waiting. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very honest in offering treatment options, even though some of the other options would be with a different provider. We would definitely go back to his office when/if a root canal is needed.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal. No one looked forward to a root canal. But Dr Yoo and his staff made this unpleasant experience the most tolerable it possibly could be. They did not waste my time while ensuring the job was done right. But most importantly they made sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire step of the way. Constantly checked in with me while the procedure was underway to make sure I was feeling okay. They were super polite and informative. Not that I ever want to have another root canal but if that becomes necessary this practice and Dr Yoo will be the ones I go to again.

My pain wasn't treated as a burden and I could not be more happy with my results. I will make sure to go to them in the future should I need to.

Fantastic experience: “Painless” and “root canal” rarely go in the same sentence. But this week they did with the incredible team at Endodontic Associates in Roswell. They handled all my various medical issues with such grace (severe TMJ, hyperaesthesia from a TBI, dental trauma, etc). From Priya at the front desk, who teared up with me when I cried in surprise that my new insurance made this affordable - to Jovi and Cameron, who kindly guided my treatments and Xrays - to Dr. Yoo, who talked me through every step and risk of the root canal. When it came time for the procedure, due to how they handled the numbing medication and their expert hands, I felt no pain (even to the point that I didn’t have to do my usual ‘take a ton of breaks to rest my jaw)! I seriously can’t recommend this office enough.

She is very caring and knowledgeable answering and satisfying all my questions with clear, concise and understandable answers. Negative experience: Complete lack of medical ethics. I had a consultation with Dr. Yoo for 2 existing root canals for re-treatment. I asked the office about 5 times if they accept my insurance, they confirmed. When I arrived, I asked to pay in advance, they said I would pay after. The dentist said he could not help me, I need extraction and to see an Oral Surgeon. My appointment cost nearly $400 and I asked why, they said my insurance is accepted but covers the consult and x rays at 0%. ZERO PERCENT. They absolutely knew that before the appointment and intentionally withheld it from me when I was clearly concerned about cost and coverage. I thought that was the worst of it, but no. I called 3 oral surgeons and all refuse to see me without a Referral. This office was closed on Friday when their hours don't say that, but finally Monday comes along and the dentist REFUSES TO WRITE THE REFERRAL for the literal things he told me to my face! He wants me to go back to my general dentist for the referral. My general dentist already referred me to him, which was not what I needed, so now I'm supposed to make and pay for another appointment to someone who already made the wrong decision AND further delay actual treatment when Dr. Yoo knows I have an active infection on limited course antibiotics. I thought they were just lacking ethics to properly inform patients about the cost of care but they are far worse than that. I recommend staying far away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yoo was very thorough! He tools his time and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain. The next day I felt like a new man. I didn’t even have to use the pain killers after 2 root canals in a week! He made my first experience with root canals an easy process!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Roswell endodontics for a root canal by my dentist. They were in my network got me in the next day after calling. From the moment of the first contact via phone they were amazing let me know everything upfront. When I actually arrived for my appointment the level of explanation and professionalism was impeccable. The procedure went well everything was explained to the T. Dr. Yu was fantastic, I never felt an ounce pain, he's extremely thorough in his explanation of the procedure expectations and encourages questions to make sure you have a great understanding of the care plan before and after the treatment including follow-up. I had a phenomenal experience today. The only thing I wish is if he was at the Smyrna location. That would be the ultimate icing on the cake to the practice. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Came away from my root canal with Dr. Yoo incredibly impressed with both his & his staff's professionalism and patient empathy. He was very careful to be sure the local anesthesia was doing its job before starting his. He gave me a complete pre-procedure explanation covering what the tooth problem was, the approach to fix it as well as a no-nonsense overview of potential issues. My procedure was flawless but I appreciate up-front candor in talking about low-chance but possible problems. Can I honestly tell you the quality of his work? Of course not... I can't see inside my tooth. But I can honestly say if his skills are anywhere near his professionalism, I'm confident he's done outstanding work.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done at the Roswell location today and originally I was very nervous. The entire staff was amazing from the moment I was greeted at the door all the way up until my procedure. I can gladly say I didn’t feel any pain. I traveled over an hour just to come to this location and it did not disappoint. The entire staff and doctor over exceeded my expectations. If I ever have to have this kind of work done again this the only staff I’ll be trusting with my mouth. Im so grateful to have had such an amazing experience. But this time dealing with the so called unprofessional supervisor Jhani calling my phone excessive which was inappropriate and at one point she hung up on me which was disrespectful and very unprofessional for being a business. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Endodontic Associates. Came in for the root canal treatment. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors were very nice and lovely. I really appreciated that I was listened to and checked on continuously throughout the visit, everything was explained to me properly, and the whole procedure wasn’t painful at all. I hope to not have to do the root canals again any time soon (because we all want to be healthy), but if I do, I would be coming back here. Dr.Jabir and her assistant (can’t remember the name unfortunately) were so sweet and attentive and did their job excellently! Thank you for your hard work and your positive attitude! Yet as someone who has had endless things done to her mouth, I wondered what could be so bad. Regardless, this team made EVERYTHING so much better. Fantastic experience: I was obviously not excited to have to be calling around looking for Endodontists, but I'm so glad that I found Endodontics Associates of Georgia (I used Roswell location). They were each so kind and they worked me in same day which was looking like it was not possible. Dr. Yoo was extremely clear laying out exactly what I had going on, my options, and the pros and cons of each option. The procedure itself was faster than I thought and they made sure over and over again that I was comfortable. Even though I had a questionable situation going on with my tooth, Dr. Yoo was able to save it and I'm so glad! I'll recommend them over and over.

Fantastic experience: I had a slightly complicated root canal done at Endodontics. Before he started, Dr Woo clearly explained other options available aside from the root canal and also exactly what he would do if we went with the root canal option. Dr. Woo was able to successfully complete the root canal in about an hour. So far everything seems to be healing up nicely with no follow up visits needed. I would recommend Endodontics if you need a complex root canal. Very professional and competent.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done today, and Dr. Joseph Yoo, was incredibly gentle, even though the procedure itself is painful, he made it much easier to get through. The staff made sure I was comfortable, even bringing me a blanket when I felt cold. You can tell they truly care about their patients and love what they do. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and even worked with me on the payment by offering credit options. The office is spotless and very clean, which made me feel secure and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office- I know I was tired, but I literally fell asleep during the procedure- Dr. Yoo explained everything and I’ve had root canals done before and never had a dentist explain what a root canal is, and what to expect. This should be the only root canal referral place any dentist should send their patients

Today I had a root canal performed by Dr. Jabir and her assistant, Anaya (my apologies if I've misspelled!). They were both absolutely phenomenal. No one typically thinks of a root canal as a 'good' experience, but Dr. Jabir and Anaya genuinely made it one. They were incredibly gentle, kind, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I honestly didn't feel a thing! Beyond the excellent clinical care, the administrative team was also incredibly pleasant and helpful, making the entire process seamless. Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr Yoo and team enough ! Thank you so much ! I was an excruciating pain all weekend even went to the hospital and it didn’t help. I made an appointment for next week but called in just to see if I can get in as an emergency and they didn’t hesitate once I told them what was going on.
