Fantastic experience: Doctor Taylor and his staff do a wonderful job. My bridge, that I was a little afraid to get, is well fitted after a couple years. No food gets stuck. On my last visit he was able to replace a filling after my cleaning, saving me another trip. Everyone is kind and explains things well.

Fantastic experience: I have used the grandfather, the uncle, and now grandson for dental services. Uncle pulled a loose crown out while grandson later numbed the lower gum to remove the root out. I am very pleased with Dr. Ben Taylor and will continue to use him as my dentist. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the office staff was very professional also.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor’s now for I believe 6ish years since he was located in Covington Ga. He got the opportunity to open his own practice which is Dunwoody Dental to which I followed him from Covington. I live in Monticello Ga. So it’s about an hour in a half ride for me one way. When I tell you I DON’T hesitate to make that drive ever. He’s the BEST DENTIST in the entire world I’ve seen many dentist throughout my life and Dr. Taylor is hands down the only dentist I trust. He staff are IMPECCABLE. They are so professional, so sweet and caring and will do almost anything to help you in anyway they can. Katarina (Boss Lady) her smile is so welcoming she’s so sweet and helpful today she came around and sat with my in the lobby to go over my treatment and pricing. She didn’t call me up to the desk she came to me and sat right beside me. She explained everything perfectly, any questions I had she clearly explained to me what was what. I promise you, you will NEVER find another office like this with genuine, compassionate , caring and loving people. My hygienist today Haley I hope that is the correct spelling of her name, was AMAZING. She was so sweet we held an amazing conversation with one another, she took her time not once was she rough or cause me any kind of discomfort. I instantly fell in love with her. After my cleaning Dr. Taylor looked at my x-rays and noticed I had 2 small spots on my very back upper molars Dr. Taylor took care of that for me today and when I tell you he’s a magician with what he does he truly is. I didn’t even feel him numbing me. HOW is that possible! The (2) spots he had to fix for me he nailed it after he was done he told me bite down rub your tongue on those teeth and see if everything feels okay. I did as instructed and it felt like I hadn’t even had anything done. He shaped it to perfection the 1st time my bite felt just like it did before he had to fill those (2) spots. He’s truly amazing and I will never see another dentist. I’m so proud he’s my dentist God blessed me immensely 6 years ago when I walked into the Covington location and met him. Him and his staff truly are a complete dream team. I know by me leaving this review is going to make it more difficult for me to book future appts because ppl are just going to flock over to him but I have to praise Dr. Taylor & his entire staff. I’d be LOST and probably in a lot of pain without them. In the past he’s also done (2) crowns I had to get last year and he did them FLAWLESSLY. Even my temporary crowns were FLAWLESS. He’s such a loving and kind hearted person who genuinely loves ppl, he loves what he does, this isn’t just a job and paycheck to him this is his PASSION. He always asks how my kids are, how I am as I’m battling a lot of health issues which he is aware of. He makes me feel cared about as a person not just as his patient. You won’t find anyone else like Dr.Taylor and his staff anywhere else. Not in today’s society. Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff for seeing me as a person not just a paycheck, thank you for caring for me and my family I’m so thankful and grateful for you all! Dunwoody Dental Care took care of us for a fraction of the cost and they are one of the few in network dentists with MetLife, our dental insurance. They were so nice and gentle with my son!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue where an anesthesiologist broke one of my incisors while intubating me during surgery (Piedmont Fayetteville Ga in case you are interested in staying away) and it needed fixed quickly. They were able to get me in very soon. Dr. Taylor did a wonderful job while artistically crafting my tooth back to normal. Very professional dentist and office staff.

They still have an id photo I took for them in elementary school) Now I’m grown and live in a city 30 minutes away, but I NEVER plan on changing to a different dentist office! They make check in, scheduling and check out SO easy! Plus everyone here is so kind and attentive to you. I’ve been getting cleaned by Kristine for a while now and she always remembers that I am a fellow Swiftie! It’s such a small thing, but we always talk about that common interest. For some reason the conversation always puts me at ease before the cleaning (I get really claustrophobic during cleanings! They have always stressed me out) Having someone who talks and relate to you be the person handling you when you’re are in a stressful environment makes the world of a difference. Beyond that, with Kristine, I never feel like I’m drowning or dying of thirst. She’s very attentive and makes sure you are comfortable. She knows I get nervous and is perfectly fine with me listening to a podcast while she works since she knows it gives me something else to focus on. A lovely place with amazing workers.
