Fantastic experience: THE STAFF AND DOCTOR WERE ALL EXCELLENT!! THE OFFICE IS GREAT TO KEEP THE KIDS OCCUPIED UNTIL CALLED TO THE BACK AND THE WAIT TIME WAS VERY SHORT. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AS WELL. I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Fantastic experience: “I had such a wonderful experience today with my daughter’s dental extraction. We drove 1 hour and 10 minutes because this was the only office we could find that accepted our insurance and offered the pulpectomy she needed—and I can honestly say the drive was more than worth it. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member was welcoming, kind, and professional—from the front desk clerk to the dental team. They made us feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for. The doctor was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t praise her enough. She was patient, kind, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. I give her 100 out of 100. There should be more doctors like her everywhere. Because of the care we received today, I would gladly drive an hour and a half again whenever my children need dental care. Thank you all for making such a big difference for my family.

Negative experience: I wish I could give them 0stars I’m writing this review in tears. 1st I took off work to come here 2nd my child is teething severely which the dentist bushes off as normal he didn’t take my concerns seriously. They bushed my daughter’s teeth and didn’t administer any kind of teething medication after irritating her gums. And they wouldn’t give me a note to take to her school/daycare starting she needs over the counter teething medication. By law the school/daycare needs a note from a doctor before administering any meds. Even if it over the counter. I also explained to them that with out it she’ll be at school for 8hrs with out any medication. In pain I might add. They had me waiting for 45min after my appointment was done just for me to leave empty handed. Very unprofessional and there lack of understanding. A simple note stating (THIS CHILD IS ON OVER THE COUNTER TEETHING MEDICATION. And follow the instructions of set medication). And further More the Incompetence the check out receptionist had to ask 2 dentist call the manager and reach out to the owner twice. Before I just canceled my future appointment and left. I’m also disputing them with my insurance .

Fantastic experience: This was my 14mo daughters first dental check up and I really appreciated how kind and patient they were with us. The waiting room was also very fun and she enjoyed her time in there.

Negative experience: Dentist short gray hair, unprofessional. Staff that took my daughter’s X-rays, unprofessional. I will be transferring my kid.

Fantastic experience: Today was a great experience; 6 months ago I wouldn’t say that I don’t know if they hired some different people or if we just got the right shift this go around going in the morning but from check in to the hygienist, dentist and check out was amazing everyone was patient gave great feedback and suggestions and made my 3 year comfortable

Fantastic experience: Lawrenceville Pediatrics Dr. referred me to this dentistry and I am glad she did. Lawrenceville is swell, too, but for what we needed done; this dentistry gave better options for my family. The office has a great set up. The hygienists and receptionist are attentive and have inviting personalities. Hygienist Lottie and Dr. Moon are on point. Lottie was very soothing with my daughter; she has autism and was not trying to cooperate. They all took their time and were adamant on making sure she had a good experience, as much as possible. They still have jobs to do and want to make sure her oral health is taken care of. I believe we had a good experience and I appreciate the compassion and empathy shown.

Fantastic experience: My two grand kids goes to Tebo Dentistry, and I had the pleasure of taking them today their visit today, and it was a wonderful experience. From the entry of the front door meeting the receptionist, to making to the back having the dental work done. The dentist was amazing, such a great personality and being so kind and gentle with my grandson. The whole staff was great, and at checkout my grandson received prizes for being so braves. Make an appointment today if you are looking for an AWESOME dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been comming here for 6 years now and I have had 3 kids go here and many hygienist but loddie !!!!! And I hope I’m spelling it right 10/10 she was so patient with my autistic children she GETS IT and this is the first time I went and left with their teeth actually VERY clean and did the entire job when I came in I said hey just do your best she said NO I got this !! And she did indeed have it 10/10

Fantastic experience: I’ve had wonderful experiences at the Peachtree Corners location. I’ve been bringing my son there since he was about a year old. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Lottie, in particular, was wonderful in caring for my now three-year-old son. When she noticed he liked dinosaurs, she started naming them as she was cleaning his teeth. He absolutely loved it. She also made some great care recommendations that we’ll be implementing. Overall, great experience.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since Isaac was 2 years old. What an amazing Staff. Everyone that has helped us over his early childhood development. We had been having trouble capturing images for his bites, and finally we got them! ZEBA is the best ! She immediately followed Isaacs body language and he went straight in and followed through ! Fantastic experience: My toddler has been going to this office for some time now, and each time the staff are patient with her. Getting small children to sit still is a task, let alone, trying to clean their teeth. The staff are always so welcoming and patient.

Negative experience: Pamela was very aggressive and rude. She did not speak when she entered the room and she was flossing my daughter's teeth very aggressively! My daughter teeth is in a lot of pain. I kindly asked her to be more gentle and she responded by saying my daughter didn't brush her teeth this morning. That wasn't true, however it doesn't mean treat her aggressively! She was the only person available to do teeth cleaning so in my opinion she was upset and took it out on my daughter. I will never let her touch my daughter's mouth again! Everyone else was very kind and helpful! I love the location I just don't love Pamela after today's visit!

Negative experience: If you care about good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place.They have a money first mentality and cancel appointments if they do not have your insurance information on file. They don't know if you're using a medical account for payment or cash, and they don't care. They immediately cancel your appointment before they get clarification, no questions asked.

Fantastic experience: We took my 8 year old daughter to have her spacer replaced. Glory was absolutely top notch. She was warm and enthusiastic but gave realistic expectations to my daughter in a way that made her feel confident to get through the unpleasant parts of the procedure. She communicated very well to inform my daughter of what was happening the entire time. She was vigilant and prepared my daughter for those parts that weren’t so pleasant, which made my daughter more comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: My 4 year old went in for his first dentist checkup. He was really scared and didn’t know what to except. When he first walked in and saw the big tooth, Tebo, the tvs on the wall and the video games he got so excited. I was genuinely impressed with how clean and kid friendly everything looked. Check in/out was smooth with a friendly receptionist who was happy and friendly at the door. The other awesome women who worked in the office were very informative and helpful. But the star of the show was Madison the dental hygienist. My son began to cry because he didn’t want to get in the chair she relaxed him with her kind spirit explaining everything so he understood what was going on and he was so relaxed with her. The dentist was amazing also, very professional and gentle with my son. Overall we will be making this our dental home. He loved it so much he didn’t want to leave

Fantastic experience: Loved our visit took my son (10 months) for his first visit and he loved every second. The staff were so friendly and accommodating they kept my little man so calm and happy. They answered all my first time mom crazy questions in detail with no judgement. I highly recommend bringing your little one here Also loved that they have a fun waiting room not that we had to wait long at all.

Negative experience: As a regular patient of this dentist for 3+ years I’ve never been so disappointed with the treatment I received, than with today for my post-braces retainer check up. The Orthodontist (Dr. Sayalee Singh) made it, painfully, clear that she doesn’t care about her patients. Upon her entering the room she immediately went into blaming me for supposed issues with my teeth alignment. Without even asking me if I was satisfied with the way my teeth looked or with the fitting of my retainers (which she would’ve learned that the “issues” she was blaming me for wasn’t even a major concern for me at all). And then when I mentioned to her that I was interested in a steel wire attachment, different from the material they’d applied previously before, she just blatantly lied and said the material they’d applied to the back of my teeth before was steel, when it clearly broke off like ceramic and the residue left behind proves it. Overall, this whole experience was just very disappointing as it felt like instead of Dr Singh actually trying to address problems with her patients she was just looking for a quick transaction and to protect herself from accountability. I had a much better experience with the previous orthodontics doctor.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place at all because I understand that no one has extra time to waste. They scheduled an appointment for my son, but for a single appointment, they rescheduled three times. Worst of all, when I arrived, the door was locked. I called and said, “You called half an hour ago telling us we should be there in half an hour.” I even arrived early, but the door was locked. They simply don’t understand or care about anyone. Very disappointing.

Positive experience: My son and I went to this location for the first time, and the the staff was very friendly and courteous. I like the facility, however, it's quite far from where we live. But overall, The provided a good service.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this place due to the extremely long and frustrating wait time. Our appointment was at 10:50, but we weren't called back for X-rays until 11:30. After that, we were taken to a room at 12:00, only to wait even longer. The delay was unreasonable, especially for a 3-year-old. To make matters worse, while we were still waiting, my husband received a call around 11:45 AM saying we had missed the appointment, despite being there the entire time!

She was patient and she explained what she was doing so my daughter was less afraid getting her teeth cleaned per usual the dentist was awesome. The entire staff was friendly upon arrival; as well as when we prepared to leave. I plan to continue to make future appointments there for my Daughter & other relatives to come.
