Negative experience: I am writing this review with a very heavy heart because my first experience with this office gave me so much hope. When I first came here, I was treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. As a VA patient, I know the VA process can be slow and frustrating, so I truly appreciated how welcoming everyone was. It gave me hope that I had finally found a dental office that cared. Unfortunately, that feeling has completely changed. Several weeks ago, I called because the VA informed me they had only received the clinical notes, not the treatment plan they needed. I asked the receptionist to send the treatment plan over, and she assured me she would relay the message to the manager. Earlier this week, I spoke with someone named Heather, and it was a very off-putting and unsympathetic conversation. I explained everything and asked when the information had been submitted. To my surprise, she said it was sent on July 15. But just a week ago, I was told it would be resent, which means I was given false information. Heather also said the manager would call me, but I still haven’t received that call. At this point, I feel I have to communicate this way because I believe Heather is not passing the information through. It’s already a big deal for veterans to navigate the VA system, and I had hoped this office would break that pattern and treat me with genuine care. I must have been mistaken. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, as communication and honesty mean everything, especially when a patient is in pain. I hope no other veteran has to endure this frustration.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Buckley and her staff are a very rear jewel in the dental industry. In todays time, you see 'pop-up' dental offices everywhere all to make a buck. However, to find genuine professionals true to their trade is something totally different. Dr. Buckley was referred by my primary care doctor after my daughter had expressed disappointment and the need for quality service and not how much someone can make off of you. The care, concern, as well as, the quality of service provided leaves me wondering if what I have been experiencing was blatant neglect for my dental needs/concerns. During my initial visit, she took the time to explain, advise, and plan for my overall dental needs. I am confident that under the care and advisement of Dr. Buckley and her staff, I will finally be able to obtain the desired look and feel of my teeth/mouth and regain the confidence to smile again...

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I was a little disappointed, at first, because I had a tooth that was sensitive and I was seeing the hygienist. But I realized that most dentist don’t want to work on you until your teeth are clean. I got a lot done for my first appointment. Overall, Dr. Buckley is great. She really cares about your oral health. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Buckley and her team enough. I've spent my whole life suffering under dentists. But from the time I got there to the time I left, I was handled with such care. Here's some of what I experienced at Buckley Dental Care in Roswell: - Incredibly kind and friendly staff who listened to every piece of relevant information I told them about my mouth, brain injury, hearing disability, etc. - They went through multiple size/type mouth props to fit my tiny mouth, not subjecting me to "well, this is what we have, deal with it" like I'm used to. - They stopped every few minutes to let my jaw rest. - When Dr. Buckley hit the jaw nerve with lidocaine and my brain freaked out, she immediately stopped, and literally massaged the area for 2 minutes. As I was crying, having an automatic panic attack from the pain, she gently applied comforting pressure to the top of my sternum (she asked first! As some folks don't like touch. I do), and calmly talked to me about how my reaction was completely normal. - They didn't look at me weird when I asked for the X-ray apron to use as a weighted blanket. - They have TVs in front of the chair and on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix! "I know you liked the nature documentary last time. Would you like me to put that on again? Some of our neurodivergent patients find comfort in watching the same things over and over again. But you're different! So I'll remember that." (The care at this office is TOP tier.) - They wrote down everything they told me on my To-Go-Instruction-Sheet rather than just relying on me to remember it audibly. While I would like to never go through a root and scaling procedure again fully awake, I am so SO grateful that I have found an incredible dentist office. I can't recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Office and staff are nice. However, I was pressured to have expensive work that was not necessary. When I declined due to it being unaffordable they declined to even do a routine cleaning. Won't return.

Recently, I was frustrated by an insurance matter that wasn't her fault, and she maintained grace and professionalism throughout. Alex is an exceptional hygienist who is gentle, patient, and thorough. Dr. Buckley leads an incredible practice from top to bottom, providing exceptional and fair care.

However, meeting Dr. Buckley with her Professionalism to know when a person is scared and apprehensive about being at the dentist. She has that know how to bring calmness. Her front desk, Miss Rashida awesome woman. The hygienist she on point great place to go get your mouth care done. I recommended highly 10 out of 10

I was shopping for a new dentist and wanted to discuss pricing since my insurance ended. The person I spoke with was super helpful and she also let me know about their in-house plan which is a set fee for exams/cleanings plus a discount on services. Given the great reviews and my initial experience, I scheduled my first appointment. Today was my first appointment and the great experience continued. Everyone in the office was super friendly and Dr. Buckley introduced herself while I was at the front desk. They use cutting edge technology and mapped my teeth so they can show me everything they see in a 3D model. It was both terrifying and super cool. While I never look forward to seeing the dentist, I can say that Dr. Buckley and her staff made this a very pleasant experience. They even sent me home with a little swag.

Negative experience: Went as a new patient for my yearly cleaning was informed that I have periodontal disease and numerous cavities by the assistant ended up paying out-of-pocket for a deep cleaning & was told I needed to come back for the 2nd cleaning which was going to cost almost $400. After my visit I got a bill from my insurance b/c they said I had unnecessary treatment they didn’t cover. Something didn’t seem right so I got a 2nd opinion. If the new office would have confirmed the same issues I would have accepted that & probably went back to the this office, but no complete opposite no issues and no cavities! That’s amazing how I went from one extreme to the other. I don’t like bashing any business the dentist was nice and the office was very clean but from someone who never had major dental issues I knew something wasn’t right I’m Glad I trusted my gut!
