Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard and his team are exceptional. Not only have I been his patient myself (and had a fatastic, easy, painless, seamless experience) but I am also a pediatric dentist myself and have been referring all my patients to him for many years. There is no such thing as a pediatric endodontist, but Dr. Howard and his practice are as close as it gets, with their gentle approach and amazing bedside manner. His work is always of the highest clinical quality. I highly recommend him and his practice!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Howard at Pinnacle Endodontics of Alpharetta for my root canal. Dr. Howard and his entire team made me feel relaxed and confident from the moment I arrived. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. What really stood out was Dr. Howard’s sense of humor—he had me laughing even with my mouth open during the procedure! His kindness, professionalism, and ability to make patients feel comfortable are truly exceptional. Dr. Howard is a great endodontist, and I highly recommend his practice to anyone needing specialized dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in the chair for 10 minutes and Dr Howard gave me the most efficient and concise explanation that left me no room to question anything. He hasn’t even done anything yet.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Howard in the midst of a dental emergency (the result of a basketball injury from years ago that still haunted me). My dentist had sent me to him saying, “When I need an endodontist for my own teeth, he’s my guy.” Sold. My first impression? Two words: Confidence and ease. He evaluated my situation and laid out my options in a way that filled me with confidence and put me at ease in the midst of the crisis I was facing. Confidence and ease are also the words for my experience when I came back for the actual procedure. As they made their way through four root canals (yes, four), Dr. Howard and Clarissa went out of their way to put me at ease and I left, honestly, a bit awed by the confidence I felt about the choice I'd made and the work they'd done. I’m very grateful. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. They seem to only care about money. Long story short, after I declined a $400 3D X-ray, the front desk charged me $200 for two regular X-rays, even though my insurance should have covered. I called my insurance a month later and I was informed that the charge was incorrect. I was only supposed to pay $20. It took another month and a lot of effort to get my refund. Very frustrating and unprofessional to charge that amount upfront. I am not sure they would have refunded me if I hadn't contacted my insurance and discovererd the charge was incorrect.

Fantastic experience: I can’t explain how unbelievably happy I am with how my operation went here at Pinnacle. I had a root canal done today by Dr Howard and his assistant Emily. I was told the Emily was new and she absolutely killed it. Dr Howard is super easy to talk to and very respectful. The operation took a total of 40mins!!!! Super fast and efficient with these guys. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again Dr. Howard and Emily!

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious going into this appointment because of my long history with dental procedures, but Clarissa and Dr. Howard were incredibly kind. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done and provided a clear timeline. Their reassurance meant a lot, and as someone with severe dental anxiety, they made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I don’t recommend getting a root canal but if you have to this is great place to get one. The place is very inviting and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Camba was friendly and very fast/efficient during the procedure. He and his assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and explained what was happening. He even answered my questions about how he became an endodontist which had nothing to do with my procedure. I hope I don’t have to come back but if I do I know u will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Endodontics of Alpharetta! I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day! The staff, his assistant Alyssa, made me feel comfortable, eased my anxiety and talked me through everything. Dr.Howard was very knowledgeable and confident in the procedure. Fantastic experience: Best root canal ever! Dr. Camba and Sheila were great. professional, informative, relaxed... I'm embarrassed to say I fell asleep during the procedure. How is that possible! This was a revision of a previous partially incomplete root canal- yes that can happen. No pain but my dentist at Artistic Smiles said I needed to get it done. Since I had plenty left on my insurance for the year decided to get in last minute and they accommodated my 2 week window before the new year. Awesome experience.

He and the office staff are very courteous and Dr. Howard showed the upmost concern for my dental issues. He had a prompt plan to remedy the situation, fitting me into his schedule for fast relief. I would definitely return to this office should I need further endodontic work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard and Clarissa saved my weekend. I had an abscess and a dying tooth and they were able to fit me in late in the afternoon on a Friday. They stayed late to help me. Because of the absces, I would have been in terrible, terrible pain all weekend. I had no idea. I've always been scared of the words root canal. But this was no big deal. It was sort of like having my teeth cleaned. They did an amazing job and I am pain-free and very grateful that they fit me in late on a Friday. Also, he found the fourth canal which a lot of endodontists can't do.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pinnacle Endontics by my dentitst to determine if my tooth was salvageable after breaking or if I'd need to have it pulled and get an implant. My dentist was absolutely correct to send me here. I could not believe how fast *everything* was - from reception to the hygienist to Dr. Howard, himself. Getting an appointment? Lightning fast. When I came in, imaging was done quickly and I was seen by the doc quickly. He determined the tooth could be saved but would need a root canal. I was prepped quickly and he returned quickly to start. When we found I needed a touch more lidocaine, it was given quickly and the doc resumed as soon as I was ready. The root canal itself was shockingly fast. I was blown away. Contrast this with the dentist who did the previous root canal, where the office was set up much like a factory so that you had hygienists and and the dentist filter in and out for individual parts of your treatment and you'd be waiting for long stretches in between. I literally spent eight hours there to get a root canal (the one Dr. Cameron identified as incomplete and when comparing the old to the new on imaging, it was an obvious difference). I could not speak more highly of the team at Pinnacle. Even my dentist admires their work, proclaiming it to be "pristine", "immaculate".

Fantastic experience: A Skilled, Professional Dentist Who Truly Came Through — Thank You, Dr. Howard While traveling on vacation, I was suddenly hit with a severe dental emergency — a burning, painful tooth that needed immediate attention. As someone with a family to care for, it was critical for me to address the issue quickly so I could stay healthy and present for them. Dr. Howard got me in the very same day. He was extremely professional, efficient, and focused, and managed to work me into his schedule without hesitation. He treated the issue with skill and confidence, and I could tell I was in good hands right away. The relief was significant, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without worrying about the infection getting worse. Dr. Howard is clearly a skilled practitioner, and as a family man himself, he understands how important it is to stay healthy for the people who count on you. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend him to anyone — especially if you’re ever in urgent need.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard was heroic! He worked me in immediately (which I am sure isn't always possible) but not only did he review my complicated issues right away, he made a plan to take care of me immediately! His staff answered the phone (not an answering recording) and Lucy asked me if I could come right away after hearing my somewhat daunting questions. I left my house before we were off the call, arrived within about 30 minutes, and was surprised to have Alyssa hear me out and help Dr. Howard create the plan and without hesitation, services began within the first few minutes...then I drove home before rush hour traffic...and on a Friday when many others are closed! I have felt so relieved to have this issue taken care of so soon after I made a call just to inquire about the possibility of being seen soon. THANK YOU, PINNACLE! Beautiful facility as well!

Positive experience: My dentist referred me to Pinnacle Endodontics for a second opinion on my tooth. I ended up getting it done on the same visit which was good. The doctor, the assistant, and the staff were nice and professional. My root canal service itself was good. But they collect flat fees from the patients directly for several codes which I did not anticipated. My insurance paid $923, and on insurance EOB, patient responsibility is $117. But with some codes not going through insurance, I paid them $387. So be cautious when compare cost on insurance portal and call them to ask about the flat fees before the visit. While you are there, it is hard to say, "Oh, I didn't know you have so much flat fees. I'd shop around..."

I have had a root canal done some 20 years ago and it was not a memorable experience one! So you can imagine I was not looking forward to having this done The procedure was so quick and painless! Dr. Cameron Howard was sharp, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient — he made the entire process smooth and helped ease the severe pain I was in. I was especially impressed that they were able to fit me in for a same-day, last-minute appointment with no surprise charges. Chloe, the dental hygienist, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She provided excellent care and clear post-procedure instructions, which will make a big difference in my recovery. Fantastic experience: At 4:30 pm I needed an emergency root canal. The doctors stayed there to help me as I rushed from one dentist to get to them for the procedure. I was in tremendous amounts of pain as the infection had set up in my jaw. The dentist is super kind, funny and his staff are very happy people. Fantastic experience: I came in for a consultation at 11 a.m., and after I decided I wanted the root canal procedure, Dr. Howard was able to do it right then. No pain at all, and by noon I was driving home. Highly recommend Dr. Howard. His assistant Alyssa was great as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr Howard and his staff are amazing! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a root canal. With that said, if someone from the office is reading this, please figure out the emergency phone number situation. Post op instructions say to call the usual phone number and in case of emergency, there will be an emergency number provided. However, when I called multiple times through the weekend with major pain / complications after the root canal, there was no emergency phone number so I ended up suffering through the weekend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard was absolutely amazing with my nine year old son after he experienced a traumatic bicycle accident and had dental trauma. Thank goodness for helmets! Dr. Howard had an amazing bedside manner and was very conservative in his treatment and assessment, yet extremely thorough. Grateful for his knowledge and care!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Howard for the first time for a tooth issue. The practice itself is awesome with excellent, friendly office staff. Dr. Howard was fantastic, he diagnosed the issue, clearly expalined the treatment and also completed the root canal in the same sitting. I must add that I am usually a little anxious in a dental chair but this root canal was extremely smooth and didn't feel a thing. No pain or any discomfort the next day as well. He is very experienced and made me feel at ease from the start. His dental assistant Chloe was also great and very efficient in assisting the Dr complete the treatment. Overall a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Howard!

Fantastic experience: LOOK NO FURTHER!! These folks were amazing! Not only were they super duper accommodating they were making jokes and keeping things light hearted through the whole procedure. I am a nervous wreck when it come to the dentist and they made sure I my comfort was top priority! My mom had a very positive experience with them back in 2024 and recommended me to them. I drove two hours from Carrollton (where I live) for this procedure and would do it again 10 times over. Big shoutout to Dr. Howard! Thank you guys for everything!

Fantastic experience: I came in yesterday with a referral for tooth pain as a new patient. X-rays were performed and Dr. Camba noted an infection of the root and recommended a root canal. The cost was explained well and we did the procedure there. I am thankful that I did not have to wait between the consultation and the root canal as the pain was debilitating. Today my pain has improved significantly and I am hopeful I am on the mend. Since the procedure was only yesterday, I can't give 5 stars but if I keep heading in the right direction then I will bump my rating. Overall, so far I am glad that I saw Dr. Camba. I am a little concerned that I will get a surprise bill, but I can't count that against them if it hasn't happened. Overall, my pain is much more tolerable than before the root canal so I do think the root canal was necessary and I am glad I did it. Update: My regular dentist says the root canal was done well and since the pain is gone I am bumping up to 5 stars.

Negative experience: I was referred to this place by my dentist and I called on 3/27/2025 and spoke to Lucy. I told her that I wanted to check to see if they accepted my other insurance and she proceeds to tell me that they don't file with secondary insurances and only primary insurance companies and starts over talking me. I told her that she was giving me irrelevant information as I was not even able to advise her which one of my insurances were primary or secondary. She then tells me that she is not going to continue talking to me because I was rude when I simply informed her that she was not listening. Then she proceeds to chuckle and tell me she was not being rude and then chuckles some more and starts speaking in a very condescending tone. At this point, I told her to have a good day. This was the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. Very very poor service.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Pinnacle Endodontics. I was able to come in the same day that I called and get the root canal I needed same-day as well! Dr. Howard, Chloe, and the rest of his team were very efficient and did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve have the worst possible dental anxiety. To the point I got up and ran out of my other dentist. Even with sedating medication I have absolutely intense panic. They got me in, got the root canal done and got me out within 30 minutes. I never imagined a root canal could be so easy. Seriously the BEST place to go if you need a root canal. I’ve had cavities and crowns take MUCH longer and be FAR more miserable. Can’t possibly rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding the problems in my mouth for close to a decade. The build up of anxiety and shame made just opening my mouth so embarrassing and unbearable. Today was, to my surprise, a pleasant day. I walked with pain and shame and walked out with a plan, zero pain and mostly no shame. I can’t thank everyone enough for the kindness and care I received today. From the guy at the front, to the lady who walked me through the finances and the lovely lady who did my x-ray. Dr Howard and Mike, 5 stars and my thanks will never express my gratitude but it will have to do. If you have to start somewhere, this is the best place to do that. I love you guys, a billion times, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I HATE all dentist and was beyond terrified and anxious. Not only was Alyssa and the doctor amazing but they went out of their way to be supportive and accommodating. I felt literally nothing for the first time in my life during a dental procedure. I’m amazed with how significant of a root canal it was. Pain free, fast, and affordable. I will never go anywhere else and would be willing to pay out of pocket to remain in their care.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from severe dental trauma due to bad offices in the past. This crew could not have been more polite or encouraging for someone like me. I felt safe and they helped assure my comfort while they fixed my teeth. They were amazing!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency with a cracked molar on a Friday afternoon. Not only were they willing to take me for a consult but knocked out the root canal as well all in one hour! Saved my weekend and gave me the relief I needed. Love the atmosphere and the upfront honesty and clarity of what’s happening. Thank you for taking great care of me when I needed it!

Negative experience: Staff were lovely. Extremely knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. But I had a less-than-positive experience with Dr. Cameron Howard. Before the root canal, I told Dr. Howard that I could still feel sensitivity to hot and cold in the tooth. He looked at the X-ray and did a cold test and concluded that the tooth was 100% dead. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. Dr. H did not give me enough Novocain and did not wait for the numbing to take full effect. As a result, Dr. H drilled into the live nerve of my tooth without sufficient anesthesia TWICE. It hurt a LOT and felt like an electric shock throughout my entire body. TWICE. Then he minimized my experience. “Sorry for that little zing there. I wasn’t trying to be mean.” It wasn’t a “little zing” and it’s not about “being mean.” It’s about listening to your women patients and valuing their input before you rush into a procedure and cause your patient significant pain. I would not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Howard and his staff were amazing. They gave me an appointment on short notice as I was in pain. Dr Howard completed a root canal very quickly, while he and his assistant checked in with me along the way to make sure that I was comfortable. I had little to no pain during or after the procedure. The offices are state of the art, and the staff was very helpful and completed paperwork for me to make it easy to collect on my insurance. Highly recommend this practice and will happily return as needed.

Fantastic experience: Just got a root canal and I thought they were excellent. First off, no waiting. Some doctors are awful about overbooking. Everyone from the doctor to the front desk was also super friendly. The Dr. clearly communicated what he was going to do, why and how long it would take and made sure to ask me if I had any questions. It was quick and painless, far exceeding my expectations. Hopefully I never need another one, but if I do, I will be coming back here.

Negative experience: Overpriced and hidden costs. My wife had an infected tooth and was in a lot of pain. We were having trouble getting a quick appointment with an endodontist until I called pinnacle. I found their number from my insurance companies website. After making an appointment they informed me they were out of network and couldn't explain why. I asked what the cash price was and was told it was $2300 for that specific tooth. After calling around that price was $300-400 high for their area and $600-800 high in general. Other endodontist mentioned 3D scanning after and said it would be an additional charge, all citing around $250. These office were booked out a week to a month out so I though for a few hundred more we could stop the pain faster. After the root canal they told my wife she had to get the 3d imaging for an ADDITIONAL $650. She told them she didn't want it and they insisted it needed to be done. Cherry on top she is still in pain and we are out $3300 of inflated cost of work. Tooth pain is better than how they run their business, take your business elswhere. Edit: there was no mention of a $640 3D scan over the phone. Other offices mentioned that they do a 3D scan but everywhere else was around $250. This office is in network for my insurance, confirmed by my insurance today. It's either a lack of competency or effort, either way other practices are more deserving of your business. "Forgetting to mention" a $600 fee is more than a little ridiculous when you asked what the cash price for treatment was. $3,000 for a standard root canal is absurd. I now fully understand why they could see us so quickly. Please learn from my mistake.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Howard and Alyssa enough for their incredible care! I was experiencing severe pain in my tooth and despite my fear of the dentist, they were able to fit me in on the same day and made me feel welcomed and at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Howard’s calming demeanor and Alyssa’s friendly support made all of the difference. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly, which really helped alleviate my anxiety. Negative experience: I trusted Dr. Howard at Pinnacle Endodontics to give me the best advice relative to the necessity of a root canal in that I had never had any other dental issues in my life. Unfortunately, I felt pressured to move forward with having the root canal procedure on the spot being assured my tooth would easily be viable for a crown. After having the procedure, I went to a restorative dentist and was advised that the tooth was not viable for a crown. I was then sent to a periodontist for a second opinion and it was verified that the root canal was unnecessary and that the tooth should have been extracted for an implant procedure. I then sought two additional professional opinions and both findings aligned 100% with the periodontist. The unnecessary root canal maxed out my 2024 insurance benefits plus an additional $706 out of pocket. The necessary extraction and implant procedures will have to wait until my 2025 dental benefits go into effect for the new calendar year. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in Pinnacle Endodontics.

Fantastic experience: I'm a dentist in the area, and when my family member was having a toothache, I called Dr Howard! I send patients to Pinnacle Endo, and I send my family members, because I know they will be treated right. They have the most current technology and are able to use it to give the best care. At the end of the appointment, I heard that it was the "easiest root canal I've ever had!" Dr Howard and Clarissa made the whole process easy and stress-free. We love Pinnacle Endo!

Negative experience: I wish i could give zero. Before the treatment start after the examination, I paid $ 1947 for the root canal, then 3 x-rays were taken, when i went to my Doctor for the crown, i was informed she could not do it since the root was cracked, and the root canal was a waste of time and money.X-rays do not lie. I tried to reason with Melissa about a refund, i was informed that Howard won't even considered the amount i proposed. Lack of honesty , ethic is the core of this dentist, i should have read the reviews of him before going there. He does not care about the patient , he care about the money. I filled a complaint with Georgia Board of Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: As a dentist for 49 years myself, I highly value our referral colleagues and none more than Endodontic Specialists. Today, karma struck and I needed a root canal myself. Dr Cameron Howard got me in within a day of requesting a 9:00 a.m. appointment, diagnosed the exact source of the pain, numbed my tooth 5-4-3-2-1 painlessly! Alyssa was my comforting chair side assistant. Treatment was fast, precisely completed and entirely comfortable. At 10:15 I’m driving to have pizza for lunch with my friend and author J. L. Robb. What more could I want.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I have ever had at an endodontist. Dr. Cambra and every staff member operated in excellence, From the friendly front desk staff to Mike the dental assistant, everyone was personable and friendly. Dr. Cambra was so kind & explained every step of the root canal process and internal bleaching of my front tooth. They accommodated my need to use an anesthetic without epinephrine due to a tachycardia diagnosis after I have had traumatic experiences with other offices. They put me at ease and provided what I need, ensuring my safety. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by my primary dentist. I'm so happy I was able to meet the staff they were all very knowledgeable and kind. I didn't expect to get everything done with in a couple of hours and all on the same day! So that was a huge plus! If you need a root canal please let me recommend Dr. Camba and his team they are the best! His assistant Alyssa was awesome and really listened to my sensitive concerns and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. The procedure was quick and painless. Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! Doctor ignored infection in my root canal after a scan he said it was scar tissue and he is perfect and did nothing wrong, 2 years later the infection was caught by a different dentist and is eating my jaw bone away. Because of Dr. Cameron Howard’s ego, infection wreaked havoc on my body for 2 years. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Fantastic experience: Please take some time and read my review… I’m a single father, my daughter has 23 years old and for the last 22 years I have been father and mother, so you can have an idea how much I love and protect her. She always will be my little girl. Four months ago suddenly she was diagnosis with leukemia … We come to the US for fun and vacations, but this time we came for a cure because in our country there is no medicine nor treatment. My world went upside down in a terrible way. Two weeks before all this started, she got a broken tooth (a molar) and the dentist did a temporary fill for her to finish the semester exams and then go thru the procedure. The leukemia was diagnosed and three days later we were in the US and we barely make it to the ER. Besides the treatments, hospital and several problems that you can imagine and adding no insurance, on day the fill came off… she had three weeks with pain that had to be manage with pain medication only because her platelets were between 15 and 20, 120 is normal, bleeding is not an option…. First doctor we went, recommended an extraction but platelets needs to be at last 70, that was almost impossible in addition the risk of an infection. Talking with a friend one day, she mentioned the case to a dentist friend of her and he referred us to Dr. CAMERON HOWARD from Pinnacle Endodontics of Alpharetta. We setup an appointment and in that same day he: 1.- review my daughter case, 2.- came up with the solution 3.- request permission to proceed to the hospital where my daughter receives treatment 4.- performed the procedure and saved my daughters’ tooth without NO BLEEDING AT ALL. I watched the process and Dr. HOWARD he goes beyond and above the professional level, he was so efficient, all the movements where rhythmical without hesitation and extremely precise. I had several roots canals myself in the past and never had the opportunity to have this level of professionalism. Fantastic experience: I wish my regular dentist was this awesome. Dr. Cameron and his assistant turned the root canal that I was dreading into the most, dare I say, pleasant dental experience I've ever had. Anxiety in the dental chair came with my 30s, and I usually have to get laughing gas to get through a procedure. Not this time! Dr. Cameron explained everything, albeit fast lol, but it was thorough. He assured me that he would not start *any* work until I was sufficiently numb. That was what I needed to hear. Not only was I 100% numb, but I also thoroughly enjoyed the music trivia that he facilitated during the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal last week and my regular dentist referred me to Pinnacle Endodontics. Dr. Howard was awesome. He knew I was a little anxious about the procedure and he and his Dental Hygienist, Erin, were great and explained everything to me. After I was numb from the novacane, the procedure took about 20 minutes and was 100% pain-free. Thank you, Dr. Howard & Erin!

Fantastic experience: Highly rate this office if you need a root canal or any other dental service. The front desk and all the staff are so friendly. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. My root canal was amazing especially coming from someone who had one almost 20 years ago and had the worst experience where I felt everything. Dr Fisher and his assistant Mike were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable since I was very anxious about feeling pain. From numbing my gums to doing the root canal I felt ZERO pain. So much so that I almost fell asleep during the procedure. You will not find a better doctor than Dr. Fisher. Thank you everyone for making my first trip so enjoyable and helping me during a painful and stressful time to be leaving smiling and pain free.

Negative experience: I saw this doctor as a referral and I left the office feeling more anxious about work I needed to have done even with a referral. Thank goodness I didn't commit to have the work done and left out of there. He was arrogant and I felt he "did not hear me nor see me". Then he had the nerve to send a note to the referring doctor to talk more about "me" perhaps not trusting dentist, than the details of what should have been the medical findings. Well Cameron, I trust some dentist and thank goodness some actually listen! You were very little help and it was a great thing I followed my intuition and mind, to get up out of there. There are still some dentist that actually want to help and have some compassion for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Campa by my general dentist for a root canal and was a little nervous. I had pain off and on for a few weeks when I was out of town and was anxious to meet with him and the team to see if I could get some relief. He did my root canal today and I was amazed at how easy it was for him to do the procedure, and hours later, after the novocaine wore off, I have absolutely zero pain! He is the best!! Fantastic experience: As a person with dentophobia I can't believe I'm leaving a 5 star review. I came in for a consult (my dentist doesn't do root canals) and left with a root canal that lasted 12 min flat!!! True it was a simple root canal (apparently there is such a thing) but boy was I happy. Dr. Howard was funny and kind and did a very good job putting me at ease. The office is beautiful and everyone was very nice. No wait time at all which is refreshing. Let's hope I never have to have another root canal but if I do this is the only place I will go to.

The staff is genuinely happy, which says a lot about a business. The billing specialist and the assistant who did my initial consultation before the doctor came in were both so sweet, understanding and judgement-free as well. Fantastic experience: No-one wants to hear the words that you may need a root canal, especially in a tooth where you just had a permanent crown placed. This is the news I received from my dentist and naturally there were many questions about the next steps. I received First Class care from Pinnacle Endodontics. From getting all of my questions answered before I made my appointment to the exceptional care received during my procedure. The entire staff from Check-In to Check-Out were polite and helpful. Dr. Howard is highly-skilled, so much so that I could not believe that the procedure was over, so quickly! Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist and due to unforeseen issues, I was told I needed a root canal. The office called Pinnacle and they were able to “fit me in” on the same day. Everyone in the office was exceptionally nice, helpful, and professional. Mike was with me prepping with x-rays and helping Dr Howard. Everything was explained to me, choices were given, and since I was prepared to move forward, the procedure (which was 2 root canals) was completed quickly, accurately, and I felt as though I was part of a family! Dr Howard was also quite entertaining as he worked; and he gave me post-op instructions as well. He reminded me multiple times to call if I needed anything or there were any changes. Pinnacle was an awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: Update: I recently returned here with my young daughter after a bike accident caused dental injury. Dr. Howard and Garrett were great! They made her comfortable and helped her get the treatment she needed without building anxiety or fear. Very friendly staff! Dr. Howard and Garrett made a potentially uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as possible. I would return without hesitation if I need work done in the future.

Negative experience: Bad experience happened twice. I had two visits with Dr. Cameron Howard, one time he left the one root during the root canal process, I struggled with the tooth almost a month. When I called them, they said it takes time to heal. Later on they asked me to come to hospital and took the 3D, and found missing root. They placed a hole on through the crown and filled it. Crown became weak after they placed the hole. Second time, they messed up the billing. Also they care more about money, no respect from the staff.
