Fantastic experience: I want to write a review about the wonderful work of Dr. Julia. My 10-year-old son fell off his bike and broke his two front teeth. We all experienced a lot of stress. We were very worried because the injury was so severe. We turned to our dentist, Dr. Julia, and she restored our son's teeth so well that no one can tell the difference between them and his natural teeth. Our whole family wants to thank her for her excellent work. The clinic where Dr. Julia works is very comfortable, and the children love being there. The staff is also very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at my baby’s first dental appointment. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the office is very clean. My baby moves a lot, but the dentist was still able to quickly take care of an issue on his tooth. We were in and out very quickly.

Negative experience: Edit: I got charged for $76 for fluoride treatment. My son didn’t even want to sit through the process, I stopped them 2min in since he was uncomfortable and kept telling them to stop. Had I known I was going to be charged I wouldn’t have agreed. I got a bill later of $76 when I told them to explain why I was told it was covered by my insurance they said that it’s my responsibility to call and verify coverage however I was told by them that day of service that all treatment done that day was covered 100%. Never would I go back, like I said he didn’t even get the full fluoride treatment! They did say he could come back since they were aware of him stopping the dental hygienist to which I responded “No! I ended up paying for a service he didn’t even receive!”

Fantastic experience: We have 5 children and they love coming to Cavity Patrol. We've had a crown put on one kid who had a good experience and two kids who where tounge tied who had great experiences. I also love how they take care of them if they are scared. 5 stars from my 2yr- 10year old kids.

Negative experience: Customer service was rude and unprofessional. They could not maintain a professional conversation when addressing an insurance issue. I am definitely changing providers, and so should you.

Fantastic experience: These people are amazing. My son broke his front teeth and they did a great job repairing them. My son also has some sensory issues and they were able to keep him calm. We normally go to the Cypress location but went to Katy for this emergency procedure and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my son.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to cavity patrol for a few years and I can honestly say it is my favorite pediatric dental office. As a mother of 7 taking my kids to the dentist can be overwhelming. The staff here is so friendly, the office is exceptionally clean and they are very thorough and organized. Scheduling is easy and their reminders are an added bonus. My children do not fight with me about visiting the dentist anymore.
