Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Kids Healthy Teeth and seeing Dr. Chen for over 7 years, and I truly can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me. When I first started seeing her, my teeth were misaligned and I had a really bad overbite. Dr. Chen helped guide me in the right direction, connected me with the right orthodontist, and made sure I was on the right path to getting my smile where it needed to be. Now, my teeth look completely different, and I’m so grateful for the care and guidance Dr. Chen has given me throughout the years. She truly cares about her patients and their long-term dental health. I would absolutely recommend Kids Healthy Teeth and Dr. Chen to any family looking for a pediatric dentist they can trust!

Negative experience: If you want a judgey, absolutely unprofessional dentist, this is your girl. I left the appointment feeling mom shamed and upset after mentioning that my daughter’s father was unsure of moving forward with braces at 10 years of age without losing teeth, etc. She then proceeded to talk directly to my daughter’s face saying “did your daddy get his dental degree? Maybe he should. When you have to have oral surgery to remove teeth from your pallet, not my problem, not my problem”. I will also add the only orthodontist she refers you to is her sister. Go figure. To sit there and mom shame, along with talking to a 10 year old little girl about how dumb her father is was COMPLETELY unacceptable and ugly. You couldn’t pay me to see this office again.

Fantastic experience: My kiddos have never been a fan of the dentist until they saw Dr. Chen.. now they can’t wait to go back!! She makes everyone feel like family! We truly adore everyone at KHT! Thank you for making everyone love the dentist again!!!!

We switched from a previous pediatric dental practice because the last one was absolutely filthy, and I felt very pressured to do certain treatments for my 2 year old. Dr. Chen‘s office is absolutely immaculate and so cute! Her staff went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one for my toddler. Sally, the Dental Hygienist, is probably one of the sweetest humans I’ve ever met. She sang to him as they brushed his teeth together. It was refreshing to see someone who loves their job as much as she does. Dr.Chen is very knowledgeable and very down to earth. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything and left feeling good. I will be telling all of my friends to come here!

Fantastic experience: I came in today for the first time, and we have found our new dentist for life! From the minute I walked in they were super kind and sweet. We had a frantic experience with a dentist when my son was around 1, and today was entirely different. My 5 year old left smiling saying he had so much fun! The person cleaning his teeth showed everything she was going to do on a puppet and let my son be involved. She explained what she was doing and sang fun songs to help him stay calm. Plus their office is decorated so cute! And my son’s favorite part was the treasure tower at the end. Hands down BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had. If you’re searching, stop searching and book an appointment!

Fantastic experience: I took my three year old in for a cleaning. The hygienist noticed her finger was swollen. We discussed bring her in to have it looked at, but the amazing doctor decided to save me the time and just x-ray her finger for me there! She saved me from having to take her in! Everyone at this office, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist herself is above and beyond kind and cheery. They belong in PEDS.

Fantastic experience: We initially brought our toddler in as an emergency patient due to trauma to his gums and teeth from a fall. Dr Chen was able to relax him by playing & singing and she earned his trust. She was very patient and kind of amazing about the whole thing. She was then able to look his mouth as well as do X-rays without any crying! Very knowledgeable and was great at explaining/breaking down what will happen next. The staff is pretty amazing as well! I will be transferring all of my 3 kiddos to this location going forward.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chen has made the dental experience FUN. The kids love her like shes family…and speaking of family, they have seen her siblings for braces and her father for oral surgery. I cant recommend them enough!
