Everyone on the team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The dentists are knowledgeable, gentle, and always take the time to explain treatment options and answer any questions. The office is clean, appointments run on time, and the staff genuinely cares about their patients. It's rare to find a dental practice that provides such excellent care and service year after year. I highly recommend Waterview Town Dental to anyone looking for a trusted dentist in the Richmond, TX area!

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Dr Saeed, manager Joshua, front desk Ashley, and Dr Saeeds caring assistant Jordan for taking care of my elderly mother. She came in with pain around her front teeth, the team quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly offered solution. They took extra care of my mom and followed up immediately after her treatment to make sure mom is pain free and recovering well. Cannot ask for a better team to accommodate and look after my mom. Thank you guys for everything!!! A++++

Negative experience: Not a good dentist. They attempt to add things on that you do not need.

Just amazed with the Dr. So caring. On the other hand my wife was getting treatment the same time she said the lady that treated her was amazing and she wants her to be the only one to keep her teeth beautiful. Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. Short wait time Thorough examination

Fantastic experience: Dr Leila saeed her and her staff is very nice and friendly easy appointments making next day services

Negative experience: On my last visit to the dentist I was referred to a specialist because my root canal was infected. The specialist then referred me back to my dentist to have my tooth extracted because they couldn't save it. I called the office and asked about getting antibiotics for the infection ( since the specialist had mentioned it) on Friday morning and was told that they would speak with the doctor and get back with me. No one called or texted me. I called back about 3 pm that afternoon and spoke with a guy who said that they would get it taken care of. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND NO FOLLOW-UP. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm usually petrified of the dentist, but they made me feel at ease. Everyone is so friendly. They go above and beyond expectations.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have been to in a long time. Glad they are my final dentistry.

Negative experience: Three of my family members have used this dental practice over the last year…won’t use ever again-over the course of the year we have been significantly overcharged (admitted) waited months for a refund(usual excuses “person that signs checks is sick, on vacation, forgot ect) Front desk help untrained on two occasions -(I’m not sure/I don’t know type answers to questions) and inconsistent billing with two of my daughters-save yourself the headache take your business elsewhere-you’ve been warned….

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Hygienist were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions.

Been calling them 2-3 times a week to get a status update. But no luck. Always say they will get back but never do. Don’t come here.

The dental staff themselves were beyond thorough did an excellent job dealing with a cleaning that was long overdue. Extremely professional and comforting. I will not go anywhere else from here forward. They go way beyond expectations. So grateful for the time and energy they spent working with me.

Negative experience: Update: This corporate office does not allow shadowing, even though the staff seems supportive of it. What’s the harm in shadowing for just two days? As healthcare providers, we’re supposed to uplift our community and support access to higher education, not restrict it. It’s disappointing to see a practice that doesn’t align with the educational values or community health priorities emphasized by dental schools. I was a patient here but will no longer support this practice. Welcome to corporate America, where community and mutual aid seem to be lost values. —- Thank you Dr. Shah and assistant for my cleaning, exam, and X-rays today. I used the new patient promo of $79 check up and cleaning—a very good deal. Everything was really detailed and Dr. Shah was super gentle, understanding, and knowledgeable. She got rid of all my stains. I would come here again.

Negative experience: I don’t know why it took over a month to make a night guard. After a few calls, I’m still don’t have the answer when can I get it?

Fantastic experience: My experience at Water Town Dental is always Great, they are all very kind and sweet. They go above and beyond for their patients. They are my Dental care from now on.

Negative experience: When I say DO NOT GO HERE. I mean it wholeheartedly. I got in a car accident after being a loyal patient to this facility after MANY Dr and employee changes/ staff issues. I had been previously set up on a payment plan for a crown I had done. I was later in a horrible car accident. When I showed up 2 days after the traumatic accident, I needed to have an emergency extraction and bone graft, bc my front tooth was broke and the nerve was damaged… they REFUSED to remove the tooth until my past due fees of $128 was paid… ONE HUNDRED AND 28 dollars compared to the thousands I have spent myself or from insurance … and all on top of the $389 down for the ext… they gave me an exact amount down I would have to pay and made me leave. A WEEK later I arrived with the money down as asked ($450) and when I arrived the girl with curly hair (kinda chunky) and unprofessional piercings all over her face told me they wound need $580 instead witch my husband did not prepare to send me with. So AGAIN I hade to leave. I CRIED AND BEGGED FOR HELP. When my DA left the room I could her the front desk girl talking, laughing, and complaining about my treatment. When the DA came back and I asked for someone else to talk to the girl came BACK in the room to continue to try and explain to me why they couldn’t just help with the extraction witch was deemed medically necessary later at my new dentist. They treated me as a number and not a patient and I will forever warn who I can and post bad reviews so this does not happen to anyone else. My DA even went as far as to tell me “ she’s new so she doesn’t really know what’s going on” SO SEND SOMEONE ELSE. When I asked the dentist himself he told me “the money part has nothing to do with me” and something about that just doesn’t sit right with me. She not only embarrassed herself but her whole office and I HIGHLY recommend to not seek treatment with this company. Oh and who eats their lunch at the front desk (during PT hours) at a “health providers” office. Crazy!!!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I made the decision to drive all the way from College Station to this place. Dr Tran and Daeja treated me with such care and concern for my situation knowing I previously had oral cancer. Dr Tran was more concerned with the best options rather than my spending a lot of money unnecessarily. I highly recommend Waterview Town Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so helpful and nice! I loved being told what was happening every step of the way and being educated about my teeth. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at waterview and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, I had lots of work done in one day and they made me feel very comfortable during it all!

Fantastic experience: Jacey is awesome and the staff was very friendly!

Fantastic experience: The team here put my mind at ease and turned what would be a typically anxious experience into a very informative and comforting process.
