Fantastic experience: I took my son and daughter here for their very first dental appointment in years and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was catered to having kids relax and enjoy their appointment. Daneisha was extremely kind to both of my kids, making them feel at ease and talking to them throughout the cleaning process. Dr. A was also very thorough and my kids are already asking when the next appointment will be! :)

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Kids 360 with my daughter. She has a lot of anxiety around dental appointments, to the point that we avoided them for many years. From the moment we walked into the office, we felt understood and supported. Dr. Appareddy and the entire staff were so patient and friendly throughout the entire process. They worked with my daughter in order to complete her cleaning/x-rays and ensured that she was comfortable throughout. I could not recommend this practice more! My daughter left the visit a happy camper, and I left with an extremely grateful heart. Fantastic experience: So grateful for Dr. Appareddy! As a fellow dentist, I love bringing my son here! She is gentle, kind and meets my son so well at his level. He has been coming to see her since he was a year old — he looks forward to his visits with her and is always excited to get his rubber ducky! So glad that I brought him at a young age to get used to coming to the dentist — she has done an amazing job setting him up to be comfortable. Can’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Appareddy and the staff here are AMAZING! My son is on the spectrum and gets extremely anxious when it’s time to visit the dentist, but everyone here tried to make him feel better! My son did cry during the visit, but nonetheless, Dr. Appareddy and the entire stuff made us feel better. I apologized for the crying and the entire staff kept telling me not to apologize. Seriously, thank you! You guys are 1hr+ away from where we live, but we will keep making the drive.

They were so patient and kind with her and made sure we were very well informed. We feel very comfortable trusting our babies to this team. The facility is clean, well equipped, and clearly designed with happy kiddos in mind. Will never take my kids anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I’m not even sure where to begin because I am so incredibly grateful for the care and service Dr. Appareddy and her team provided for my son. His previous dental office was unable to calm his nerves, but from the moment we walked in, everything felt different. He was very anxious, yet they took the time to verbalize each step and involve him in the visit, which made such a difference. You can tell the staff is truly trained in how to communicate and interact with kids. Dr. Appareddy was so gentle and relatable, and I could actually see him calming down just being in her presence. The entire team worked together to make sure he felt comfortable from start to finish. He left feeling proud of himself — and as a parent, that meant everything to me. We are beyond grateful to have found this office. 11/10 would recommend Kids 360!

Fantastic experience: They had a really nice kids area set up and made my son feel so comfortable before getting started. Once the cleaning began, they were so fast! Everyone from the front staff to dental assistants/dentist were so nice and provided me with great tips. My son loved his rubber ducky toy he got in the end.

Fantastic experience: They were very kind to my 3 year old who was not very cooperative. They were patient and put on his favorite YouTube videos, which helped us manage to get his teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: My daughter had the worst experience with this provider. She had a surgery at Texas Children, crowns looked terribly bad as if they are falling off. Within 6 months two of the crowns came out and we had to pay a lot of money to put them back.

Fantastic experience: I was a very anxious parent, extremely nervous when I found out my 3.5-year-old son needed to be put under anesthesia for two hours due to tooth decay and several cavities from nighttime bottles. My son is Autistic, and I knew this was the only realistic way to get his dental work done, which made me even more nervous. From the moment we met her, Dr. Appareddy was incredibly supportive, kind, and patient. You can truly tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares for her patients. The way she treated our son—with so much compassion and gentleness—I will forever be grateful. Our anesthesiologist, Dr. Park, was equally wonderful. Both doctors took the time to clearly and calmly explain the process beforehand, which helped ease a lot of my worries. During the procedure, the nurse kept us continuously updated, which brought us so much relief. The office was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and reassuring. My son was a bit upset waking up from anesthesia, but he bounced back to his happy, energetic self once we were home. Later that day, both Dr. Appareddy and Dr. Park personally called to check on him, which meant so much to us. We were incredibly impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and compassion at Kids 360 Pediatric Dentistry. I am beyond satisfied and deeply thankful for the exceptional care they provided to our son. Thank you Dr. Appareddy for the beautiful work you did and for giving our son his smile back.

Fantastic experience: My two year old had a bad experience at his previous dental office so we decided to try Dr.Appareddy. I’m upset we didn’t start with her. The office is amazing and extremely suitable for kids, even going into the back. Filled with colors and different toys, the assistants, staff and Doctor were all so amazing. They were extremely patient with my son and did their best at making him comfortable. At the end, he was willing to say bye and give high fives to the staff with a smile on his face.

RDA Pati and Dr. Appareddy were absolutely amazing! They were patient, gentle, and made both my daughter and me feel so comfortable for our very first visit. The office is bright and fun, with multiple toys in the waiting room and any show the kids want to watch while getting their teeth worked on. Negative experience: Had very traumatic experience yesterday. Got extraction of my kid wiggly tooth. Doctor put jelly on tooth and without asking my child if it was numb or not, straight way pulled the tooth out. He was in lot of pain n bleeding. I later asked him if it was numb. He said it was not numb at all. She did not checked even once if was numb or not nor did wait to get it numb and neither asked my child if it was numb. She should have taken her time to make sure instead of rushing it. The roots weee connect to the tissue and imagine pulling the tooth without it making numb. He was so much in pain, was crying all the way back and all evening. I trusted her professionally so much but very disappointed. It has been traumatic not only for my child but for myself too seeing my child crying with so much pain

Fantastic experience: Customer service was outstanding! Not sure if it was because we went on a weekday but we literally were checked in, x-rays, cleaning, exam, treatment plan and checked out in an hour for both my little ones. The dentist & hygienist were super kid friendly and talked them through the entire process making sure they were comfortable. Treatment plan was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. For my kids to have anxiety about the dentist and WANT to come back is a win in itself. Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old for routine visit and she was very nervous, obviously. When we arrived, the front office was super inviting for a child with organized toys and play area and the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Then when we were taken back, the dentist and assistant and dentist were so sweet and patient with my daughter. She was very nervous and upset, crying a lot. The staff was so gentle and friendly. They used princess terms when referring to different tools and even convinced her that princess Elsa gets her teeth cleaned there. It was adorable. As soon as we left she was so proud of herself. Great experience. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: We just took our daughter to Kids360 Pediatric Dentistry for her first dental visit. I mentally prepared myself ahead of time for this visit because I knew it was going to be tough. Our daughter has special needs, is nonverbal and absolutely hates having her teeth brushed. From the moment we stepped in the door my daughter was relaxed. She went straight to the toys in the playroom they have set up. The office was very calming and inviting for kids and parents. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Appareddy and her entire staff. What I expected to be a complete nightmare turned out to be such a wonderful experience for my daughter and myself. The staff was very understanding and patient and didn't try to force my daughter to do anything. The doctor came right away so there was no waiting around in the exam room. They lowered the lights and put twinkly stars on and even asked what my daughter's favorite show was to put on the TV. My daughter sat in my lap on the exam chair and allowed Dr. Appareddy to brush her teeth with a regular toothbrush, examine her with a mirror and even tolerated the electric brush with toothpaste and floss!!! I was absolutely floored and amazed at the quality of care. To top it off they were even able to get 2 x-rays done at the end of the visit. Medical appointments and new settings can be extremely stressful for special needs kids and parents. This appointment today went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I cannot thank Dr. Appareddy and her staff enough!

Their compassion and professionalism made all the difference. I can’t recommend this office enough—it’s a rare and invaluable find!

Negative experience: Update 04/17/2025: Sadly I have to leave this review now because they don’t value their patients. I have been going there for more than three years and blindly trust them but today when I wanted to schedule appointment for my son, receptionist told me I have pending $50 no show fees from December 2024. She didn’t offer any waive or something since I wasn’t aware of the fees either. Instead when I told her thats fine I will go somewhere else she said OK?! Well to the owner of the clinic, if you will keep going on with customer service like that you will be losing trusted valued customer. I bragged about this place to my family and friends but unfortunately I had different experience with them today. It was great experience at kids360. My 7 yo has anxiety issues but they really make all process from x-ray to cleaning smooth and comfortable. They are not in rush they let your kid take time to get comfortable from staff to dentist.

Fantastic experience: My son is traumatized by previous dentists. At kids 360 pediatric dentistry all the staff are so patient and made my son feel not so overwhelmed. They made a game out of a dental routine they had to do, so he could let himself get checked. I truly love all the staff there!

Negative experience: Unacceptable Appointment Scheduling for Urgent Pediatric Care I am extremely disappointed with the scheduling process. I called to make an appointment for my child, who is experiencing gum pain/issues, and was shocked to be offered an appointment 20 days later. How can a dental office operate without prioritizing patients in urgent need, especially children? Gum pain is not something that can wait weeks for treatment. A responsible dental practice should have urgent care slots or at least a better triage system. If they cannot accommodate urgent cases, they should be upfront about it so parents can seek care elsewhere instead of wasting valuable time. I would not recommend this office to anyone who expects timely and compassionate dental care.

I take both of my children, but I have to rave about the wonderful job they always do with my 7 year old autistic son. The staff are kind and we’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The hygienist & dentist are both very patient & gentle. Even the X-rays were a breeze. The TV on the ceiling and the cool sunglasses make the experience even better. My kiddo loves the dentist because he has no reason not to - especially at Kids 360. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to kids 360 pediatric dentistry since my daughter was 1-year-old. She's 6 years old now and I wish we could take them with us as we move out of state. It has been an actual joyful experience taking my daughter to the dentist every 6 months. She actually gets really excited about it and has never been afraid. Big fan would recommend 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: We had the best time at the dentist office. The front desk was very organized and offered earlier time when available. The office is very cute and playful for all ages! My kid was totally relaxed and distracted. Ms Alicia was the most amazing person! She made my kid feel so happy and comfortable! She explained everything before she did it. Loved it!! Will definitely come back!!!

All of the staff were very Professional, Kind, Good Listener, Great Communicator, Polite, Warm, Welcoming, Friendly and Patient, all with a Wonderful Attitude and a Smile. They made my daughter feel at ease. By communicating everything they were doing was amazing. Monica did her cleaning and comforted my daughter by talking to her, letting her know everything she was doing and asking if she was okay. WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNERS!!! Dr. A. was very AWESOME! Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first appointment today here, she’s get very anxious at dentist offices. I am so glad we found this office! After her appointment she said I really like the Dentist I only ever want to come here! So glad we found a dentist to continue appointments with!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience ! I simply did a google search(because I m new to the area) and decided to try them out ... From making the appt , to checking in , x-ray, exam visit with Dr and the check out process everything was easy and professional. Not to mention the office was easy to find, lots of parking , and very clean inside. I am now taking both of my kids and would record to parents. The part of the visit that stuck out to me the most was the nurse, Great patiences with my son ( he was scared and was not looking forward to the x-ray) , also the Dr very nice, sweet and on time,.... after her exam she called me over and showed me what she was recommending and explained why it was needed.
