Negative experience: My mother was treated as an in-network patient at Cornerstone Dentistry. While the clinical care was fine, the office's handling of insurance billing and administrative coordination was very disappointing. After her procedure, the insurance provider processed the claim and issued an administrative denial (Remark Code 4P) on a secondary procedure line item (D4267 - Tissue Regeneration). The carrier noted that D4267 was the incorrect CDT code to report alongside an extraction site (D7953) and advised that a simple "Corrected Claim" submission with the appropriate code would allow them to re-evaluate the line item. We reached out repeatedly via email and phone to request that the office review the clinical notes and resubmit the corrected claim to insurance. Despite a 20-minute discussion directly with the doctor, the office refused to adjust the code or resubmit the claim, choosing instead to pass the unadjudicated balance directly onto the patient. As an in-network provider, we expected basic collaboration with insurance guidelines rather than a refusal to handle a routine administrative correction. Future patients should be aware of how insurance coding discrepancies are handled here before undergoing major procedures.

It started when I needed to replace about 8 old amalgam fillings. Dr. Thomas got it all done in under an hour, and it was fast and virtually painless. I was so impressed that I immediately told all my friends and family. Years later, when my son was 2 and needed dental work, Dr. Thomas first referred us to a pediatric dentist nearby. But my son couldn't settle down for that dentist, so I asked Dr. Thomas if he'd take a look instead. The moment my son sat in his chair, he calmed right down — no fuss, no medication, nothing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Siny Thomas is an excellent professional with good knowledge, expertise, and personal traits with compassion, kind, takes time to listen, answer questions in detail, not in a hurry, explains the work to be done very well and takes time. I had root canal done today at his office. Almost three and a half hours as additional two roots needed work as they went in. Absolutely no pain, not even a prisoner pinch. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and full of smile that makes us feel very confident and comfortable. They have in house lab and so making of crown is quick. I strongly recommend this dentistry for anyone needing dental work.

I've had a lot of issues with my teeth, so it was really important to me to find a dentist who's skilled and not going to push unnecessary work. I'm so grateful I found him. At my first visit, the dental hygienist was honestly the best I've ever had. I had a few sore areas in my gums, and she took the time to topically numb them before cleaning. She was incredibly gentle and patient. I also had three crowns that were causing problems, and Dr.Thomas replaced them and did an amazing job. When I walked into the dental office, where the atmosphere is welcoming and calming as you step in you're greeted by friendly receptionist the waiting area is tidy and comfortable, with soothing background music the treatment room was so clean and well organized by the dental assistant the doctor and the assistant explains each step of the procedure clearly addressing any concerns you may have. Throughout the application I feel comfortable and confident in the care I have received. The entire team, from receptionist to. The dental assistant to the dentist, work together to provide a positive experience to me I have leaves from there with happy and satisfied care they give me.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about Dr Thomas and his dental practice. I have been living in the US since 2016 and have been through half a dozen dentists, all of which I had issues with. I was finally able to find a dentist that puts my dental and general health first. Thanks to Dr Thomas I was able to get a referral to a sleep specialist, get diagnosed for sleep apnea and now have a CPAP machine which has improved my sleep and general health. Furthermore, the dental work I have had done has been first class. It's the first time since I left my home country that I have found a dentist that doesn't leave my jaw in pain for 1-2 weeks after having cleaning/fillings done. I have been so used to being in constant agony after seeing dentists in the US, that I used to have to make sure I had bottles of Aleve and Tylenol in the house. I have no such issue with Dr Thomas.
