Fantastic experience: I took my 18 month old in for a checkup and they were so accommodating and friendly from the booking to the end of our visit. I had to reschedule last minute (after I confirmed) and they were able to reschedule me for a later appt the same day. We were in and out quickly and everyone was so kind and encouraging for my little one that was so scared. We saw West and he was very patient with a screaming and fighting toddler and he calmly asked me multiple times if I had any concerns and what questions he could answer for me. It was quick, but not rushed.

She was very considerate to me and my sensitive teeth and most of all the dentist was amazing. I love Eco Dental and will continue to let them care for my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I personally recommend eco dental of Sugar Land with Doctor Danny. Since the first time that he assisted , me and my family started to do our dentist check up here. We were all are happy and satisfied. All of the clinic team are professionals and really friendly.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Office We had a terrible experience at this dental office. The dentist who treated my husband was extremely inexperienced. She placed a crown on his tooth without properly checking for an infection underneath, which later led to severe pain and ultimately the loss of his tooth. He had to go to another dental office just a few days after having the crown, where they confirmed the infection and had no choice but to extract his tooth. To make matters worse, when he was in excruciating pain and needed urgent attention, the dentist ignored him and only accepted to see him after we insisted at the office. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any medical practice. I do not recommend this office at all. If you value your dental health and want competent, caring treatment, I strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

I avoided the dentist for a while, due to a bad experience at my previous dental office. Eco Dental made it such a comfortable and easy visit. Negative experience: I love this place but they do not accommodate you, the traffic caused me to be an hour late and came in 5 mins after the grace period also have to drive an hour there and back, very disappointed been coming here for years and never had this issue where they wouldn't try to make it work.

Fantastic experience: Danny made it so convenient for me after struggling to find a timely dentist who would help me with a few problems I came in with. The other doctor who I contacted wanted to do it over a course of days, but Danny was able to get it done in one for me. He also was able to finish my order in time right before the holidays. All in an excellent affordable price, I got all I needed done with no problems afterwards—genuinely surprised. I am glad I found and did business with them.

The entire staff are always very friendly and professional whether in person or over the phone. The Dr.’s and assistants are super patient with my children while they’re getting their cleanings and always make it a fun time! I wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. And anyone else that I missed! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. They make sure to explain everything to you in a way you understand and don’t try to push services or products on you that you didn’t come in for. They made me so much more comfortable at the dentist’s office. I’m actually excited to get work done now, versus being afraid of what it may cost me in the past. I spent many years not really taking care of my teeth and decided I want to do something about it now and they are helping me develop a treatment plan and working with my budget and insurance. I love them so much and would recommend them to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I'm a type 1 diabetic who had not been to the dentist in 20+ years and one of my lower back left teeth broke and appeared rotted inside. I thought all of my teeth might be rotted and need to be extracted. I called eco and they booked me for an emergency appt the next morning. From their incredibly friendly office staff to the hygienist Wayne that did a deep cleaning on me they were all top notch. Wayne seriously deserves a bonus for the work he did on my deep cleaning. Dr. Cindy Hua did 3 fillings on my lower left and I would give more than 5 stars just for her and what she did! I didn't get her assistant's name but she was great too! Heaven, Samantha, and Norma on the front desk/office staff were so nice it was unlike any dental practice that I've ever experienced! Norma also helped me get setup with Care Credit which was a blessing since I don't have dental insurance and they even gave me discounts on out of pocket pricing! If you need dental services of any kind and have been putting it off or don't know where you should you go, then I 110% recommend to call and go to Eco Dental Sugar Land asap!!! I will be going back to get 3 more fillings done on my upper left in about a week and then they will also scan me for a mouth guard since I grind my teeth during sleep. Later after that I will have a root extracted and eventually have them make me a bridge for that side. My Dad previously had some cleanings/work done there. I will be coming back for regular cleanings as well. I can't say enough good things about them and sincerely would like to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!

Fantastic experience: Planning on leaving Sugar Land on Wednesday, then a very old crown (installed years ago by someone else) came off Tuesday after 6pm. The dental office that installed it was not available so I called Eco-Dental and they let me set a last minute appointment. They checked out the crown, warned me it might soon need to be replaced and put it in again for a very reasonable price. Beautiful classy office and everyone is great there, treated me like a regular customer. My dentist was very conversational, fun to talk to and very professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: ECO Dental is where I go to insure my teeth are cared for. There are many reasons I continue to return to this practice. Among them is that they incorporate the latest technology. It is so reassuring to know that my teeth impressions are recreated to absolute scale from digital scans rather than my biting down on a tray filled with plaster and pulled away from my teeth. Their professionalism is not the least bit affected by their concern and caring behavior when it comes to their patients. Knowing what must be accomplished, they proceed on but with a trained second sense to recognize any discomfort their patient may be undergoing. This is of utmost importance to me! I am like most everyone when it comes to going to the dentist- not one of my favorite places to go, but that it being a necessity as a human being, I choose to go where I can get the most affordable, efficient, accurate, knowledgeable and considerate service I can find. ECO Dental is that for me. I highly recommend them.
