Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here since Dr. Butler had the con, who has since retired. Dr. Jankowski has taken the helm, and you couldn’t ask for anyone better to provide the same great legacy of care! Janet has since been the dental hygienist for both my wife and I. She is highly trained, skilled, and very thorough. We highly recommend Janet! I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr. Jankowski and his entire team. Dr. Jankowski takes his time, and will explain in detail, any procedures required. He put a crown on my lower left, back tooth. With the new CEREC technology, he expertly prepped and installed my crown in one day. No more temp crowns and need for a 2nd return appt for install. Dr. Jankowski goes above and beyond to make sure any procedure is pain free! Highly recommended, I would never go anywhere else!!!

The dental nurse, Candy, and dental hygienists are very experienced, professional and patient care focused. I highly recommend this dentistry. Fantastic experience: Went in today to get my sure smile trays. Amber was my specialist. Another good experience. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, just like everyone else at sunrise. She explained how to insert and remove my aligners as well as went over how to use the vpro. She labeled and dated the proceeding trays too. Once Dr. Janokowski.came to give the all clear, the appointment was over with as quick as it began. Thank you Sunrise!

Fantastic experience: Whenever I'm planning to visit a business for the first time, i like to read their customer reviews.. Then I decided how much or should I say, what percentage of the reviews are honest. This way I don't go in with high expectations and find myself disappointed. It's now Monday morning and it is raining. I have a respiratory infection, I need a walker to get around and to carry my oxygen tank. I'm not looking forward to this appointment. It only takes me 3 minutes to get there. The rain hasn't stopped. It's not a hard rain but I must be extremely careful. I lift my walker up over the curb and almost slipped. Finally i enter the building and i was impressed with the decor in the office. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I have a seat and after about 12 mjnutes I'm called to go back to the exam room. Amber escorts me back to the exam ṛoom and begins the xrays. I asked lots of questions about the equipment she used as technology has advanced the field of dentistry making it quite different over the years. Amber was patient and answered all my questions. After approximate 20 minutes Dr. Jankowski arrives and apologizes for the delay. He was caught in the traffic jam on the freeway. It didn't take Dr. Jankowski long to complete my exam. Next he asked if I had thought about what I wanted to do.. He gave me an overview of my options allowed me to decide without any pressure. He agreed with my choice which I found unusual but comforting. No pressure tactics were used making me feel more comfortable and valued. Even if he had not agrred with me, I would have respected Dr. Jankowski's opinion. At the checkout desk there he was again. When I finished he asked me if I needed any help to my car. It was still raining and I had a hard time getting my wallet over the curb. The handicap entrance was to far away so I had to lift my walker up on the curb. Dr Jankowski didn't just lift my walker over the curb, ḥe walked me all the way to my car in the rain, put my walker in my car then held my oxygen tank until I was in my car all safe and sound. In the RAIN!! I HAD TO SIT FOR A MOMENT AND REFLECT ON WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Such genuine kindness is rare. And it shouldnt be. Everyone is so busy and focused on their issues that they don't even see you. Dr. Jankowski, I am so grateful for your kindness. You have earned a client for life. I have told everyone i know about you. You are a rare treasure and a precious jewel. Thank you for showing such kindness to a little old lady in the rain. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd visit to sunshine dental, I will have several more of the coming months and everyone is GREAT! here. They make you feel welcomed and relaxed. They explain everything to you and your options and work with you. I highly recommend this place of your local to them and even if you’re not, they are worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: I got a thorough tooth cleaning with Janet. She patiently checked my gums, my teeth, and reviewed with dentist afterward. The office staff, Molly and Kathy, are always courteous and professional. Their office also provide WiFi access for free. I will have a crown replacement next month .

Fantastic experience: A piece chipped off my tooth and left a sharp edge, which threatened to cut my tongue. I called and they told me to come in immediately. Upon arrival I was in an examination chair getting x-rays. in less than 10 minutes Dr. Jankowski had the sharp edge polished as a temporary cure. I go back next week to have a crown placed on that tooth. Great efficient service.

My two crowns were made right in the office, so everything was completed in one appointment...no need for temporary crowns or a follow-up. The crowns fit perfectly! Dr. Jankowski took his time in talking about my procedure and answering my concerns. I highly recommend this practice!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I was charged for procedures that my insurance later denied, yet the office still insisted that i was responsible claiming that these extra charges are my responsibilities without any explanation before the procedures started. What concerns me is the lack of transparency in their billing process. Patient should be clearly informed about potential out-of-pocket costs before any procedure is done.

Negative experience: Dr. J is knowledgeable and professional. The staff is overall friendly and the space is quite clean. However, as a patient I felt rushed on multiple occasions and the quality was not worth the value especially as I had to pay a significant amount in out of pocket costs even after insurance. Although the examination was thorough and the doctor shared much knowledge about the subject matter the cleaning and fillings did not meet the standard comparatively of nearby dentist offices. The cleaning was rushed and my teeth did not look clean and polished as they have when I got cleanings in the past. However, I let it go because the office was short on staff and approaching closing time. I still gave this a chance by scheduling fillings and again I felt a bit rushed like an assembly line and let it go only to realize that the fillings had stain lines and were not matching my tooth/causing discomfort which I have never experienced in the past 15+years of visiting dental offices. I will not recommend.

Positive experience: 1. Dental inspection and hygiene services on Jan 8 were excellent. 2. Several X-ray's were taken. I requested .pdf copy of these x-rays. This has not been received yet. Please expedite. 3. I made to request for "updated future dental treatment, priority plan and cost". This has not been received yet. Please expedite. 4. For tooth # 18, excessive scaling was noted by Janet. She advised use of special tooth brush and shared on-line photo. I made request to forward this information to me. This special tooth brush information has not been received. Please expedite. 5. Regarding continuing use of special mouth wash "TheraSol" prescribed by Sunrise. I have purchased (10)-bottles. Pl advise. 6. For general tooth brush, the sample received fron Sunrise was "hard" brush. I have been using "soft" brush last year. Pl advise. Appreciate the services and look forward to receiving the information as discussed and requested. Thanks. Tej Chadda

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sunrise Dentistry and Dr. Jankowski has been (and continues to be) quite positive! Appointment scheduling is straightforward with plenty of reminders. Dr. Jankowski does a thorough evaluation at every bi-annual cleaning; he communicates anything noteworthy that he observes and he monitors x-rays year-over-year. I recently had to go in to have an old crown replaced, and the experience was as pleasant as it could possibly be. Since they make their own crowns, the procedure was very efficient and able to be completed in just a couple of hours. This review is glowing, and so too could your smiles be!

I have had many dentists during my life time. I was referred to Dr Jankowski by my wife. I needed an implant. My background is in computer technology, 45 years. Dr Jankowski uses advanced imaging technology to produce very precise outcomes. I asked him many, many questions about the technologies and steps required to implement the implant. Dr Jankowski was patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. The results are fantastic. Dr Jankowski is the best dental practitioner I have ever known. I highly recommend him.
