I spent about an hour and a half for a cleaning and checkup without any significant wait time, and not once did I feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to come back and add an amazing experience to my previous review. Yesterday the back corner of one of my molars chipped off while I was eating. Thankfully there was no pain yet. I called Dr. Hoang's office hoping to get an appointment set up for this week or next week, since I was worried I might start feeling pain in the next few days. I was so lucky, they happened to have an opening in about 30 minutes! They really saved the day for me & literally painlessly! Luckily my chip was superficial so I didn't need any numbing. It was a relatively quick and easy process & I was back to carrying on my day like nothing happened in no time. Dr. Hoang always checked on me to make sure I was okay during the procedure & really took care to make sure I was satisfied with how my tooth felt before we were done. I appreciate the staff so much for being able to fit me in so quickly & resolving my chipped molar. All of the staff, including receptionist, assistants, dental hygienist, and Dr. Hoang, are exceptionally kind, caring, and patient, not to mention highly skilled at what they do!! I 1000% recommend their office for anyone looking for a dentist!! ******************************* (My previous review:) I just had my cleaning today and the dental hygienist gave me the most thorough gum exam and cleaning! I appreciate her meticulous attention to detail and her care. She checked on me very often to see if I was ok and asked if I was feeling any sensitivity, which I never did experience. She was very pleasant, respectful, and friendly and I look forward to having my future cleanings with her. Dr. Hoang is also amazing as always. She is my favorite dentist. She is always gentle, patient, and has a great bedside manner. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: I have just started working with them but they have already exceed my expectations right away! They are very professional and friendly, carefully explaining the why's and the options I have. They work with you on scheduling and the team at the front desk makes sure you get the most out of your insurance, which for me is important. We have been looking for a family dentist for a while and I think we have just found them. Parking is a bit tight because there are a few other business around but that's something I can deal with, just give yourself a couple of extra-minutes before your appt.

Negative experience: I booked the cleaning appointment for my son who was visiting us for thanksgiving break. When I confirmed the appointment, I did mention the fact that he is visiting for only few days. Appointment started usual but after the bite wing X-ray , everything changed. He was asked to do a three month deep clean appointment. He kept on explaining that he is visiting only for a week and can’t do three month treatment. He was given no choice, charged for full visit but didn’t do any cleaning. He was told that they will not do cleaning until he agrees with three month cleaning which cost $300 plus. He was advised to pay $81 for the extra cleaning fee for the appointment ,then come back again for cleaning for $81 in few days(in spite of his flight) I am really disappointed in the practice and the way they handled the situation. No understanding for what patient needs or their concerns, it’s all about money. I would not recommend the dentist to the people who are visiting for holidays. We moved to this dentist because of insurance. I have four more upcoming appointments which I am wondering about.

Village center Dentistry responded and fit me in the next day for evaluation. Dr Hoang was compassionate and spent over a hour evaluating my needs.
