Fantastic experience: I have personally had some terrible experiences when it came to any kind of dental work. So much so that I have terrible anxiety around it. I have cried at the thought of having to go. I say all that because at Makeover none of that has occurred since my very first visit with them. The whole team has been nothing but kind and caring throughout every experience. They didn't brush off my anxiety or fears, they worked with me to make me as comfortable as possible. They checked in with me after procedures. They helped me through the financing struggle so I was able to get the implants I had been wanting for years. I have a smile I'm now very proud of. I don't think I can put into words how truly greatful I feel towards the whole Makeover Dental team.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removal and crown completed at MakeOver dental and my experience was absolutely amazing from the moment I called to make my appointment to the moment all of the work was completed! Every person I came in contact with from the receptionist, assistant, dentist, financial assistant, etc. They made me feel like family and their hospitality was amazing. We live in a world where moments like this in a business is very rare. I would recommend them to anyone and I have found a permanent dental team that I can trust.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found Dr Mosquera after moving to Springfield a little over a year ago! He is friendly and professional and all of the staff are honestly so sweet. There is also a really positive environment here and you can tell that both the clinical and non clinical staff are treated well and talk about loving it there. They're patient with my kids as well, which I really appreciate. Dr Mosquera helped my husband with a few extractions that were necessary due to poor work that was done in 2022. He was very respectful and honest with my husband about his options and I appreciate him giving us the more sensible option long term. The xray machine is too small for children, so that is important to be aware of if you're looking for a dentist for a child with more issues than most. My family and I will be going here as long as we live in Springfield. :)

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extracted here and was super nervous going in, but the entire team made me feel so comfortable. They were able to get me in the same day for an appointment and even offered to do the extraction that day, but scheduled it a few days later at my request. The environment is friendly and has a welcoming, family-like vibe. Communication during the procedure was amazing, and the technique was excellent. They also helped me with financing options, which made the process so much less stressful. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best dental practice I’ve ever been been to, the staff are so informative and accommodating! I had deep cleaning, a tooth removal ( I had a crown that broke off at the gum), and two bridges. Dr Mosquera and his assistant were always checking to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. I will continue to go here for all my dental needs!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by Aspen dental after losing a front crown after terrible news finding out I had to have all my teeth removed and a flipper was not an option. I came here they not only got me in same day they were kind they walked me through all of my options and I opted in for a Maryland bridge as a temporary fix until I could afford to have the extensive work done. The dentist here is top notch knowledgeable kind the office staff his assistant everyone wonderful recommend especially in a cosmetic emergency

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists. I had to have all of my teeth pulled several years ago, and had dentures made.Recently I lost a lot of weight due to a serious medical issue, and my dentures didn't fit, besides being worn out. As my insurance company suggested, I called Makeover Dental. I was able to get in really fast. I was very nervous going in to the office. I was pleasantly surprised, the office was very nice and quiet. The girls at the desk were very pleasant, and I had almost no wait to be called back. The girls in the back were very nice and very patient. Doctor was in quickly, explained everything to me. Then asked what I expected from a new set of dentures. That was a first, I sure wasn't asked with my first set. The doctor was very nice and told me what he was doing as we went along. I had another appointment where they had a set of plastic dentures for me to try on. The doctor and his nurse both looked at them, then handed me a mirror for me to see and tell them what I thought. A couple more appointments were scheduled and on the second one my dentures were ready. They fit and look great. I was able to eat immediately. I needed a slight adjustment, I was able to get right in. Adjustment was made and my new teeth fit well and made such a difference in how I look. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is in the office. I got lost going there on my third visit. I called, told them I was hopelessly lost. Turkey were slow that day, and helped me make my way to the office. I have no sense of direction and was near tears. I have never had such excellent care at any Dentist or Doctors office. Thank you so much. My kids couldn't believe how good my new teeth look! I highly recommend Makeover Dental to everyone.

My first visit with them was very, very good and I experienced not only professionalism and great courtesy from the Dentist and his entire Staff, also very little pain, which is important after a visit to the Dentist. I had some Crown Work done, and I'm very, very pleased with his work. So anybody looking to keep your teeth and whole mouth healthy, go to this particular Dentist, he will get you right.

Fantastic experience: I found this company on Google, while looking to find a dentist to restore a tooth that had been previously restored, but came out when flossing. I have had this partial missing tooth for a few months now, as i was unsure who to call (My dentist retired) I felt uneasy about smiling, because this tooth was right next to my front tooth and very noticable. The office got me in the same day. The office staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the paperwork was sent to me via text to fill out before i had even arrived! Dr. Jorge examined my tooth, and gave me options on other issues i had going on. His work was precise, but lasted less time than when i initially had it restored. Dr. Jorge answered all of my questions and i did not feel rushed, like i have at other dentists offices. He addressed my concerns, and i felt very comfortable. His body language while i spoke showed me that he cared about what i was saying, and not just listening. Not only is he professional, but he has a sense of humor, which made the visit even better. I def will be a returning patient, and have 3 people so far that will be making their first appt with him. If you are looking for a great dentist, who is skilled and personable, give Makeover dental a call. I am glad i did.

Fantastic experience: Makeover Dental went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with their patients in mind. My son is a senior, baseball player at a college 3 hours away from home. When your 22 year old son calls in so much pain with his wisdom teeth hurting, you do what you have to do as a mom. I was able to schedule an appointment for him the following morning and and he was in his car and on his way home 5 minutes later. Makeover Dental was able to see my son the next day and removed his wisdom teeth that same day. I am truly appreciative of their excellent patient service. I will recommend Makeover Dental to everyone.

Not only did they get me in the same day but they fixed the problem with a less invasive procedure than the original dentist recommended. Wonderful staff and wonderful dentist. It’s not often someone will search out a dentist who’s moved offices. They were worth the search!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Mosquera gave my husband a new smile but more importantly he gave him quality of life. Prior to having full top and bottom dental implants, my husband suffered many years of tooth pain - stemming from since he was a young child. He was limited on what he could eat and there was certainly the social stigma of having poor teeth that haunted him. Now my husband can eat anything he wants, has a smile that unless you knew him prior to surgery is unrecognizable as dental implants, and experiences absolutely no pain. This has changed his life dramatically and we could not be more grateful. This was an investment for us and Doctor Mosquera never treated it as anything less than such.. he dedicated his time and energy and it certainly reflects in the craftsmanship of his art. Without hesitation we recommend everyone to see him for implants and general dentistry needs. He's an exceptional dentist! Five stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Came in today as a new patient, my baby sitter had fallen through for the morning so I ended up having to bring my 1 year old with me. Right off the bat all three girls up front were very warm to both me and my son! When came time for my X-rays my son lost his marbles being unable to be in the same room as me. In fact he lost it throughout the entirety of the appointment. Not only was everyone trying their best to help me keep my son calm but they were all very understanding and shout out to Oshiana the dental assistant who gathered my things and helped a teary new mom back out to the lobby. Everyone, including Dr. Lin, was incredibly patient. Thank you everyone for showing more compassion than most people see in healthcare nowadays!

Negative experience: The dentist that has been helping me is a excellent at his job. If he would actually do it he left me hanging with messed up teeth that are killing me and no longer takes my insurance and didn't bother to inform me of this until I was on my way to Springfield. So anything good I said about this place I take it back the dentist has no bedside manner and it's just all completely unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: Always professional. They do very good with children. We drive an hour from home and it is worth the drive to have a dentist that listens to your concerns and explains everything thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Dental technician and doctor we saw today were both wonderful, Professional, kind and caring. My son was a little bit nervous but they did such a great job making sure he was comfortable and calm, very at ease. We always come back to Secure For this reason. Care is always consistently wonderful! See you in 6 months for check up time!

Negative experience: The actual dentist was great. Staff didn’t seem very attentive or like they wanted to work almost seemed like we was interrupting break time. Also the office specially they procedure area wasn’t clean at all. Floor was dust and stuff all over. Even had stuff on the walls……we have been there before covid and the office was clean and staff was great….Now I’m not impressed at all with the cleanliness and support staff.

Fantastic experience: I do not like to go to the dentist. I walk in scared of possible pain. It has always been this way. At Secure though, I have yet to feel any discomfort in the procedures. The dentist explained things to me and treated my fear like it was ok. The dental hygienists were comforting as well. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And even more, I had three crowns and an implant and it was considerably less than I have had to pay at other dentists for the same work.

Fantastic experience: February 25, 2021 Implant is healing well and Dr. Lui set out the timeline for remainder of the procedure. First, the post, then molding for the crown, applying the the temp crown, then the final permanent crown. My 18 yo son started seeing Dr. Jafari a few weeks ago. Started with a cleaning and he liked that, so they made an appointment to fill a cavity. Got that done on Monday. We really like the dentists and staff at the clinic, so it looks like a long-term relationship.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dentistry. They are extremely professional and patient friendly. I have had to get a lot of work done on my back teeth due to an old accident that caused a good amount of damage and is now catching up. I have been to many dentists over the years trying to stay ahead of the inevitable, as due to the damage caused, I get cavities very easily despite how well I care for my teeth. However, I have never felt secure in the work many past dentists have done as I do when I leave Secure Dental. In fact, I have had more damage done to my teeth by improper fillings and air pockets being left between my teeth and a filling when dealing with other dentists. I recently had Dr. Liu Noel. He is very gentle and efficient with his work, I never feel pain during my procedure’s and they heal so well. After dealing with so many dentistry’s as well as dentist that leave me with horror stories of my own, I have to say Dr Liu is a “God sent”. I was so terrified about my recent surgery for my implant, I could feel my self shaking, just waiting to feel the drill or a part of my gums/ jaw that didn’t get numbed. I had no pain what so ever!!! I am so glad I found Secure Dental.

Negative experience: After being told the earliest appointnent available was going to be 2 months out, i get a phone call 4 days before this scheduled appointment to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance! This is ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: Nothing but personable and friendly staff with Secure Dental! From the girls at the front desk (Shannon & Kendra) to the nurses/assistants as well as the Dr.’s! such positive and upbeat working environment. I look forward to my appts because of the positivity that comes from the entire Secure Dental staff!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dentist in the area and none of them would even touch me until I had my wisdom teeth removed because they were "impacted" and they couldn't get them out. Not only did secure do the work needed they were also able to pull my wisdom teeth as well! That saved me either a long trip up north or $ I don't have to pay somewhere closer. I've had a lot of things done and they have been great at making it as comfortable for me as possible. I would 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Secure was prompt and polite. They have taken great strides in CoVid protection. I was in excruciating pain and they made with the pain pills immediately and pulled the tooth after three days of antibiotics. Dr Liu is friendly an knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I have never been more disappointed in a Healthcare facility. They would not see me for 3 weeks for my crown that fell out today and I am unable to eat or drink due to the sensitivity and they stated they will not take responsibility of taking care of a tooth that was done by another doctor 7 years ago. Even though I have my teeth done by by secure dental and they have quoted me on having this crown removed and fixed. They would only take me in their next available. Also the front desk did not wear mask. I am taking my business elsewhere. There are other things but I just tried to look past them in the past.

Fantastic experience: Secure Dental is amazing, I have always had a fear of the dentist Dr. Choi made sure I was comfortable during my 3 teeth extraction. I left feeling almost no pain at all and they gave me detailed information on how to care for it all. 5 stars to this place and its staff.

Negative experience: Wow, this place was super disappointing. Went first thing on a Saturday (today) and they had a spot open at noon. I have insurance and showed them my benefits but because their system wasn’t able to confirm my benefits on a Saturday, they told me to leave. I asked if Dr Choi would please reconsider and wrote him a note but they said no. No compassion at all, I’m in severe pain and have insurance and they had an opening but the receptionist was only rude about it. Disappointing for a business so close to Southern View. Side note: there was another customer before me working with the receptionist to avoid Choi.

Positive experience: The services is good but waiting time is long. Doesn't get you in on time for your appointment.

Positive experience: I would give this clinic a 2 stars, but it is very clean, the staff is polite, but they're timing is absolutely atrocious. The last time I was here, which was June 2019, I had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen. I am here again today and my appt time was for 11:30 and I've already waited for 45 mins and will have to wait another 30 for the Dr himself. So schedule a whole day for this dentist.
