Fantastic experience: On top of being super professional and good at their jobs, I have never had (and my family I assume as well) an issue paying or any problems with insurance (for the best of my knowledge). I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and loves to chat. Even on the days I’m in a grumpy mood and don’t want to talk I end up finding the conversation and smiles are infectious. I don’t think I’ve ever left upset!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming. I noticed that immediately walking in the doors. During my exam, they explained everything to me in detail and took their time. My previous dentist, Advanced Dental, had already fixed some issues and it cost me a lot. Coming here, I am saving so much money AND my teeth by avoiding unnecessary work. I am grateful for the honesty and affordability. They seem to really care about my needs and figuring out the best solution.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extracted today. They always made sure I was ok. The dentist ran into problems . He sewed me up and explained and referring to a oral surgeon ASAP. Very considerate of how I felt.

Fantastic experience: Having alot of work done over the next several months. Laura Tuttle has been amazing working with me with my busy life schedule. Everyone here makes you feel very comfortable. I have all 3 kids schedule to get treatments in the future. Highly recommend for anyone. Oh and if you dont have dental insurance they have membership type "insurance" they offer and I tell you its worth it.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE waited in waiting room only minutes, but had to wait over 1 hour in exam room. Then they had the nerve to disscontinue there services, after promising to make me a new pair of Dentures, they say 1 thing and do another. Don't go there!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most caring, fun and gentle dental place I’ve ever been too! My son is 7 and we struggle with brushing and flossing.. well that was until we went to see Laura Tuttle at Schon! The way she made his visit so fun and related the sugar bugs in teeth to his fortnight game and getting those bad guys out Lol!! My son, later that night was SO excited to brush his teeth and floss those bad guys out! he woke up the next day and was back at it!!! She truly goes above and beyond for all of her patients and makes sure that you are as comfortable as can be at the dentist. such a great visit! - absolutely love her! 100000000000/10

Fantastic experience: Dr. McNally is a wonderful dentist. He has an effortlessly comforting chair-side manner and it is very evident that he prioritizes quality. I know I can trust him with my care. Edna was invaluable in my experience too. She creates a very warm, lighthearted setting and allows for seamless and efficient appointments. I’m extremely grateful for these two!!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care Ms. Edna, our dental hygienist, provided to my 5-year-old daughter during her recent visit. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Edna’s warm and friendly demeanor put us both at ease. She took the time to explain the importance of regular tooth brushing in a way that resonated with my daughter, referring to cavities as “sugar bugs” and describing flossing as “giving hugs to your teeth.” These creative explanations not only made the concepts fun but also helped reinforce the dental hygiene habits I’ve been teaching at home. When my daughter became hesitant due to the vibrations from the cleaning tools, Ms. Edna immediately paused to ask what was bothering her. Upon learning it was the vibrations, she adjusted her technique to minimize them, ensuring my daughter felt comfortable and safe throughout the procedure. Our dentist was also fantastic, but Ms. Edna truly stood out as the star of the visit. Her patience, empathy, and ability to connect with children are unparalleled. She not only provided top-notch dental care but also empowered my daughter with knowledge and confidence about her oral health. I highly recommend Ms. Edna to any parent seeking a compassionate and skilled dental hygienist for their child. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for over 12 years. Allie is an outstanding hygienist. So friendly & knowledgeable. She’s the best!

Negative experience: I needed an emergency root canal done but they decide it wasn’t worth saving and was best if I just pulled the tooth. The female dentist really struggled to pull the tooth. She wrench on me for about an hour while taking breaks here and there. She also made me pay $750 as I sat in the chair before she pulled it. They treat me like trash. She even left a piece in there that I’m having issue with now.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a broken tooth. Never had my teeth worked on before aside from cleanings back when I was a kid. They were extremely nice and welcoming staff throughout my experience. They did a cleaning and two fillings for me. I couldn't recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here and I had an outstanding experience. The office is cozy and very quiet and calm. The dentist and hygienist that treated me were so friendly and really did a thorough job. I was impressed with the technology they were using as well. I would absolutely recommend this dental group!

Negative experience: The actual dental care is ok. The office and billing is horrible. Knowing how to properly bill insurance would be a requirement I'd think, does not seem to be the case here. Would not recommend. Aslo notice they do not respond to negative reviews on here. Seems up to par on how they our manged .

Fantastic experience: Young, knowledgeable, efficient and naturally friendly! At may age I been to alot of dentist in the area and they by far are my favorite all around!! And they work at keeping costs down which includes taking medicare new dental insurance and know how to process it in a snap! Easy peazy! Love them!!

Negative experience: They gave my Dad a price quote for treatment but after he paid the bill they are trying to ding him for more money. They are also charging him for a visit to fix something they didn't do right the first time.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Sean Crawford at Schon. They have been my dentist for about a year now, and I highly recommend them. Dr. Crawford is extremely professional and very friendly. He always explains everything thoroughly that he suggests for treatment. Any dental work he has done for me has held up nicely and he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I recently had some immediate needs, and he took care of what I needed on a day Schon's office was closed. I am still really grateful. The staff has also been really helpful and polite. Natalie at Renken called me back right away, even when the office was closed on a Friday. She walked me through what I needed and coordinated everything. I have always been thoroughly impressed with the combination of skill and professionalism of Dr. Crawford. I am also very, very pleased with the service of the entire Schon staff. UPDATE: It has been 7 years since my last review and I have been seeing Dr. Meagan Hanney for most of that time. Schon staff still does a very good job overall, and are always polite and professional, and try to help any way they can. Dr. Hanney's dental work has been excellent over the years and has held up very well. She has always provided very good information and recommendations for treatment, and thoroughly answers my questions. She is also friendly and considerate. I am still very happy with Schon and would still recommend it to anyone seeking a good all around family dentist/dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hanney, and Whitney took great care of me. I had a cavity that needed filled. I was properly cared for, and not uncomfortable at any time.

Fantastic experience: My child (who has always been fearful of the dentist) went here for a tooth cleaning and then another appointment for a filling. Dr. McNalley and the dental hygienists (I am not great with names but they both were awesome!) were absolutely amazing. They did a great job explaining what each tool was and what it did, and did so in a way that diminished my kiddo's anxiety as well. I am very grateful for this positive experience my daughter had at the dentist- it will make it that much easier to go back! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: It’s a big and busy dentist office but they are still relatively quick. It was my first time here so my appointment was a little longer than usual but everyone was very nice and polite. My cleaning was the most gentle cleaning I’ve had and my gums are pretty sensitive! Everyone I talked to was thorough and educated me along the way which I appreciated. Definitely recommend!

I was not a preexisting patient, but they treated as though I had been one for years. These folks are the best I have ever experienced in my 50+ years!

From someone who used to dread going to the dentist, yesterday I got a tooth pulled with no anxieties from start to finish. Dr Brittany is confident in her skills and compassionate with her care. I appreciate the connections I’ve made with the community of people at this office (as well as Renken) and I look forward to going back. Negative experience: For me as an African American woman. I will not be returning. They clearly have a preference of clients. And I did not fit the category of who they would like to service. I was not greeted upon arrival. Although a older Caucasian female came in after I did was greeted and also called in before me I still waited patiently when I should've left. Then the Dentist came in and tried to look into my mouth without even greeting me and also not telling me her name or who she was. They may be professional for their own kind. But I will not be back. I wish them the best!

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience! Right when you walk in they have a very comfortable sitting area, with a designated kids area with crayons and coloring pages. My son LOVES coloring with me before our appointments! Dr. Keck-Flory and her dental hygienists are always so great at taking the time to explain everything step by step and why they are doing it during my kiddo’s appointment. They do an amazing job of keeping my child comfortable and engaged! At the end they have an assortment of prizes for the kiddos which he loves digging through to find his treasure! I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Keck-Flory. She is highly intelligent, professional and friendly. She’s also amazing with those kiddos! This extends to her staff as well. Always impressed after I leave!

Negative experience: Would NOT recommend even to my worst enemy. They will have you waiting around in the dentist chair doing nothing even when the office isn’t busy and take way longer than their quoted time causing you to use extra PTO. They will push your appointment out for months then cancel abruptly the day before and expect you to be okay with a new appointment over 2 months out. Their front desk will act like this is all no big deal and won’t do anything to try and resolve the situation or even pretend to care. Definitely don’t hold your breath waiting for an apology for the inconvenience. I recommend finding a local, family dentist where they have better customer service and actually care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Schön Dental for years!! My dental crown broke on a Friday that Dr Renken did 10 years ago, they got me in first thing Monday morning from the voicemail I had left Friday. The receptionist who called was so kind and worried for me. The assistant to the dentist, Edna, did an amazing job! And Dr. Brittany did a quick, thorough and great job on getting my broken crown off and getting a temporary one placed. I have so much dental anxiety but each and every employee at this dentistry practice take such great care to make you feel so comfortable. Thank you all for taking great care of me today and every time I come!! So much appreciation for you all!

Fantastic experience: Schön Dental exceeded or expectations. We are full time RV'ers. We travel year round. So finding a dentist that can do it all, when you have an emergency is crucial. The Dr and staff are cordial, friendly and professional. It's a pity we don't live in the area to make them our full time dentist. Outstanding!

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with one of my upper right molars and Schon worked me in,the same day I called. Dr Brittany Keck Flory saw me and her dental hygienist took some x-rays of the molars which were normal. Upon exam Dr Brittany determined that I had something lodged in-between my 2 molars,removed it and that solved the problem.

Negative experience: Be aware that place is horrible with prices they tell you that you can do a subscription for $85 a month including cleanings and X-rays (all they did was X-rays) but then turn around and send you a bill for $150. Be aware

Fantastic experience: As a new patient here, this was probably the best dental experience I’ve had. The staff was so friendly and communicated everything they were doing, results, listening to my concerns. Highly recommend!
