Fantastic experience: The staff members were truly amazing here, from the front desk to Dr. Baines’ assistant to Dr. Baines. They were very kind to us and informative for our daughter’s procedure. They took the time to explain everything and even made sure I was comfortable performing the exercises on my daughter before leaving! What?! So awesome. The assistant was very calming and educational on upcoming procedure. Dr. Baines was very professional and informative. She took the time to discuss in great detail my questions and concerns. As far as any discomfort, I honestly almost fell asleep during the cleaning. No discomfort whatsoever. Absolutely amazing. You have heard of people with a million dollar personality. She has a gazillion dollar personality. That's why I didn't fall asleep. My mouth felt so good and clean, I didn't want to eat. But eventually I had too.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. BAINES from a recommendation from a local dentist. I had some major issues with having osteoporosis and servere fear of dentist. They offered me options and recognized how intensely nervous I was. It's gonna be a long process but I will have good teeth finally. Teeth that will look good and be able to eat without swallowing food whole. No, their not my God given teeth but next best. Dr. Baines and her staff are awesome. From the receptionist to her technical and assistants they are all great. They make you feel your the most important person there. They really care about you. I highly recommend them. I would like to add to this earlier post. I just got my new teeth. They're the snapin implants. They're terrific. It was a long process but worth it totally. It's only been 3 hours and already they feel natural. Of course I still have some getting use to them but they feel and look good.. Dr. Baines and her whole staff are awesome and know their stuff. My 4 day old daughter needed a tongue and lip revision and I was able to get in within days of delivery to get the issue resolved. If not, it could have caused me to give up breast feeding. Education was excellent and they will continue to evaluate with follow up appointments.

Fantastic experience: We visited Baines for a lip and tongue tie revision for our 2 month old son. We had been preparing for this procedure for about a month. From the first phone call to the office I knew this is exactly where we were meant to be. When we made it to the office we instantly felt welcomed and at home. The care they gave our baby is unmatched. They explained everything thoroughly to ensure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. We were referred to her through our pediatric chiropractor with concerns of a lip and tongue tie for our 3mo old daughter. Dr. Baines did a very thorough consultation that included discussing any symptoms we had noticed (almost all of them), photos of our daughter's ties so we could see them, as well as detailed explanations of what we were seeing and the effects they can cause. We had her tongue and lip tie released during that same appointment. We were in and out in less than an hour with complete confidence on how to manage the aftercare. We noticied improvements in her latch within 24hrs and relief with her fussiness, reflux, and digestion followed. She is a completely different baby, in all the best ways and we have Dr. Baines and her staff to thank! 10/10 recommend this office. You will NOT regret it.

I originally came to the dentist office a couple years ago for my daughter and then I ended up doing some cosmetics and I was very pleased. Today I was seen for another issue and I love the options that was given to me. I appreciate how Dr. Baines listened to me and how the entire staff just made me feel like there’s light at the end of the tunnel. At this point, I have to consider them for all my dental needs, because I appreciate being listened to that’s important. They explained everything about what they were doing and the cleaning process was very thorough. Dr. Baines came in to finish up. She explained what I needed to do with one of my teeth and referred me to another specialist. I was really impressed with everyone, especially Dr. Baines. She is a really nice person and an awesome dentist.

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for Dr. Baines and her awesome team. From birth, our baby struggled with every feeding with severe reflux and gas. We brought these concerns to our pediatrician and the issues were brushed off because she is gaining weight. From the moment we called to schedule an appointment, we were welcomed with friendly voices that were reassuring and supportive. We were able to schedule our baby’s appointment within a week an a half for a tongue/lip tie revision. Dr.Baines and Lizzie were so supportive and walked us through every step. Our baby is significantly less gassy which makes her (and us) much happier!

Fantastic experience: This review comes with a heart felt thank you. My son Cannon was having such a hard time (5 weeks...) every feed being miserable, crying, having "colic spells" of gas issues at night, I was tired he was tired and I felt so bad for him that he hadn't had steady pleasant time since birth!! On day 4 following his lip tie revision by Dr Baines, he started latching his bottle correctly, swallowing without choking, and thus reduced air intake and alllll of the issues stopped. Since the revision my little guy has been sleeping 3.5 hour stretches, has not had one "colic episode" (12am-3am screaming) and has been perfectly content with "normal baby" burps and gas passing after feeds. My only regret is not having the procedure done sooner. I cannot thank you and your team enough, everyone was so pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process and aftercare visit. Thank you.
