Fantastic experience: Our visit to KIND SMILES Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry was truly outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and efficient, making us feel very comfortable and stress free. The waiting area was clean, well-organized, and kid-friendly, which immediately put my kids at ease. Dr. Gary was absolutely amazing—patient, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Our kids loved everything about that place. I totally recommend it!!!

Fantastic experience: We came here after some tough experiences with our autistic son at our old dentist. He was so afraid to go, but Kind Smiles was incredible! They walked him through every step, took breaks, have a very friendly environment. We have never made it through a cleaning before and we came away with genuine smiles! When he was overwhelmed by the noise, they switched to a different brush that was quieter. Everyone was friendly and understanding. I am absolutely thrilled with this office and would highly recommend them to other families. Update:we brought my incredibly shy 4 year old and they remembered that she struggled last time and had us in a comfortable room and let her lay in my lap. They had comfort toys and didn't pressure her at all! I seriously cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gary did my daughter’s tongue tie revision when she was 8 weeks old. He gave me his personal cellphone number incase I had any questions or concerns after the procedure. I saw an immediate improvement with breastfeeding. Honestly, Dr Gary saved our nursing journey.

They bring toddlers not big enough for the chairs in private rooms with toys for distraction. My toddler was able to sit in my lap for his cleaning and exam. It’s a very kid-friendly experience. She says he’s the coolest dentist and the goodies she gets from him after the visit is perfect to make her have a god visit! My toddler came today for the first time and wasn’t afraid at all (I mean her sister was so excited so that helped). Dr. Gary just speaks their language and they are so engaged with him! Positive experience: I took my 16 month old to see Dr. Gary and let me just say, I was very anxious going into the appointment. My little guy is in that awkward (and chaotic) stage between baby and toddler, so appointments with him are tough. I chose this dental office because it had a 5 star rating and I was sold on the reviews I read. Well, let me clarify for any parents reading reviews out there, I do not know that this is the place for the young toddlers. We waited in the "lobby" for 15 minutes, which would have been okay other than the fact that the lobby had ZERO toys and didn't even have a TV playing a movie or show. There were some IPads installed onto a wall, but they didn't even seem to work when I tried turning them on. That may have been user error though. But the fact that there was no type of toy area or books for little kids was SHOCKING to me. Of course I had his normal toys in our diaper bag, but he didn't want those, instead he wanted to wander around the "lobby." Which is not much of a lobby in my opinion! There is no boundary, door, barrier, or physical separation from where you wait and where patients are meeting with the doctor, getting their teeth cleaned, and even getting x-rays taken! Which for a young toddler parent, that is a nightmare! The x-ray area is the closest place to the "lobby" and that seems especially dangerous and poorly planned! I watch my child closely and try to manage where he walks, but little kids are fast and sneaky. Seeing Dr. Gary went fine. He seemed knowledgeable, but wasn't super interactive with my pre-toddler aged kiddo. Honestly, I was so flustered by the waiting room experience that I had a low bar for our interaction with the doctor! I was just happy to be in an exam room! All that being said, they clearly made the office cool and aesthetic. If you have an older kid, I could see the appeal. If you have a younger kid, I don't think this is the right dentist for them.

They even used a Solea laser for my cavities, so I didn’t have to get shots (which is a game changer lol). Kind Smiles is so family friendly, the office space is so inviting and plenty of fun toys for us to play with while waiting (not that we wait very long). Dr. Gary shows a genuine interest in my son’s teeth development and well-being! Glad we found this place!
